All the staff are very helpful and create a very good atmosphere for the duration of your stay. I had a good room on the 18th floor with fantastic views over patong and great sunsets over the beach every night. The pool was great with sun trap and shaded areas for either choice and was very clean with great poolside staff to. The hotel is in a great location 5 minutes walk from the beach and Bangla road. I will definitely stay again when in patong.

The morning food is highly recommended. Wide range of different menus. And very good coffee ☕️ The staff very friendly and attentive. As soon as the coffee cup is empty is given again. Thank you very much we will be back.

Beautiful clean hotel, amazingly friendly staff who can not do enough for us. Great location, 6 min walk to Bangle Road. The best views ever from balcony. Highly recommend. Swim up bar also great. Many food choices, can not fault this hotel or t he wonderful people who work here.

Do not book a family holiday at this resort. Your children will be swimming with prostitutes in the pool.
They allow tourists to bring prostitutes back to the hotel.
The power constantly goes out, we were trapped in the lift when they had one of their many power surges.
The whole hotel is in disrepair, bathrooms are dangerous with chipped tiles.
Front desk staff are so rude and unhelpful.

Awesome hotel… I truly enjoy our stay here. Very clean room and good service. The best hotel I ever seen in this area and the tallest one. You can really recognize from far distance while roaming around because of the unique design of the building and it’s color. I’m very much thankful for the wedding anniversary surprised in our room. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very nice at times. The breakfast is disappointing as there isnt much to choose from, maybe one should rethink the menu through. The pool is beautiful as well but just closes way too early, been to other hotel and it closed at 12 and that was perfect. Maybe rethink the pool times aswell. I'm sure it will get better as time goes on. But thanks for a good time.

The moment I entered hotel greetings from staff member was so warm and welcoming and the ambeience of hotel is just marvelous! It's a value for money.

Room was nice. Elaborate entrance. The piano bar music was very loud which made it difficult to relax at dinner buffet. Too many noisy and bad manner tourists. Overall, it doesn't live up to its title "The Royal"

We recently stayed two nights at this hotel and chose it because of its location and price. The room was very nice, large and newly renovated. The breakfast was very disappointing compared to other hotels we stayed at. The menu needs more variety as we chose to have breakfast at a local cafe on day two rather than visit the buffet again. The pool is very nice however children were jumping from the top of the pool which is not permitted and pool staff did not stop them which was disappointing as it did not allow for adult relaxation. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, I would recommend this hotel to future guests.

Just got back from a 4 day vacation in Phuket and stayed at your hotel. We absolutely loved it. Friendly staff a beautiful hotel, loved the pool. Great customer service, although there was a power outage for couple of hours. We specially loved the food, room service was excellent. Oh boy can't forget the all u can eat breakfast.

We were a family of 5 travelling from Bangalore. Upon arrival they were serving welcome drink to other nationals but no welcome drink for us while everyone else was getting it. Not a big deal but felt discriminated. It was my birthday and they conveniently said yes for a special request on agoda and upon arrival they didn't seem to remember and reminders also didn't help. The construction of the hotel is very old. They are renovating few floors so there was noise during the day. Also don't let the photos fool you. Not many choices in breakfast if you are staying for more than a week. The hotel probably has seen better days but it's old, you will find much much better options at better prices.

Why on earth do people give negative reviews apart from it maybe a tad dated in areas. The facilities restaurants and pool area is superb not to mention the location. This is my 2nd hotel in Patong, (I won't mention the first it will be in another review) but for similar money it is 5 x the hotel. This deserves a higher rating that it has. Try and spend a few pounds more and get a large room with views and wrap around balcony. Big thumbs up.

Don't be fooled with what you see on the internet. The Royal Paradise-Paradise Wing is filthy with thick greasy dirt more like a hostel. Smelly and so old that you can't spend 2 seconds longer than you should-staff are rude and non communicative. Checked out within a few hours and booked into the Amata instead. Real class. Clean with excellent caring staff. Outstanding service.

Very chic hotel bar on the 24th floor with friendly staff and super view over Patong nicely for the sunset. You can also visit as a non-hotel guest and it is practically always happy hour.

The worst hotel for the money. Everything is old (don't look at the pictures). The staff cheats on money and steals.
Make substitutes with furniture and fines. In any case, I do not recommend this hotel. You leave a deposit there and you can be sure that they will deduct it.

Tallest building in patong made it easy to find when out exploring. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a large range and was fantastic. Restaurants in the hotel were brilliant. A wonderful stay and would recommend and stay again.

Best thing about this hotel is Tanya she works at the tour desk she’s so friendly every day we walk past she makes us feel so welcome and does beyond and above for us stays back after hours just to help everyone out.

Not bad. Staff could use a training course and English lessons. Breakfast often cold. Not enough European choices. But adequate.

We just went to see the view. Face brick as you went turn to the right to the sheets, shake the 23rd floor and enjoy the view) ) If you walk down the corridor straight, you can go outside and climb the ladder above and enjoy a great view, I recommend) ) )

Just back from a 12 night stay! Both myself and my partner celebrated our birthdays and were treated to a complimentary cake each to mark the date! On our first full day a very diligent member of the hotel security staff noticed that we left our bank card in the ATM outside the hotel, retrieved it handed it into reception! All the staff from cleaners, reception, door staff were polite and very happy to help with any advice or issues we had! I wish I could remember all their names! The Royal Wing was a little on the noisy side for us so after a few days we spoke to reception who were more than understanding and accommodating. The result was we paid a little extra for an upgrade to The Paradise Wing and our luggage was moved for us the next day when the new room was available! Special mention to Tanyaaaaah! She provided advice and booked some trips for us, she is a very enthusiastic member of staff and is… hilarious! The hotel is in a fantastic central location a few minutes walk to Bangla Road and the beach! I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our needs and cannot wait to visit again! We will definitely be coming back! Best wishes to all at the royal paradise hotel!

Nice hotel. Clean, nice place, everything is close by. Good breakfast. Good coffee in the lobby. Great view from the 6th and above floors. We are satisfied with it.

The lobby and reception were very nice and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. The room was fairly basic, we did have some issues with the toilet leaking and the bed was a little uncomfortable due to how hard the mattress was. The view from the 16th floor was great. The pool area was quite impressive and was decorated with extensive Christmas lights which was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast buffet was good and the food in the restaurants around the resort were great. There are plenty of dining options and a nice bar near the lobby and another bar and restaurant on the 24th floor with amazing views. The food and drink had average prices though the laundry service was expensive. All in all a very nice place to stay with well presented and enjoyable amenities and dining with decent service in a fairly central location.

The Royal Paradise hotel stands out among all hotels in Phuket at the Patong beach. It is a high rise with a great view of the beach, the city and the hotel swimming pool. It seems to have all modern facilities you expect from a tourist spot. Room are clean but decor is average. They have good restaurants and a place to keep luggage. Staff is good but seems unenthusiastic. However, they to your queries quickly. There are lot of ethnic restaurants nearby as well as massage shops. A separate huge Spa and massage centre is boasted by the hotel. Even if you have checked out from your room, you may take shower and change. A good prospect at Patong beach I would say.

Nice hotel. They don't steal. Cleaned every day. The water is free in the room, the only thing is the water in the glass and the hotel cannot be worn Out. Free Wi-fi is available throughout the Hotel. The kitchen is as Asian everywhere, but you can eat if you do not like Thai Cuisine.

Near to Bangla Walking Street, Patong Beach and halal food outlet. Royal Paradise itself is a muslim friendly hotel and have their own halal restaurant, Casablanca.

Been here like 15 times over the past 24 yrs… always a delight being here. Its a 5mins walk to the beach n bangla st. The staff here have always been nice, courteous and respectful… veri helpful too if u needed help. Front desk staff have always try to accommodate to my requests. Food is good always on thurdays with BBQ n grill beef. Happy hrs at the ground floor lounge and sky bar is always value for money with 1 for 1 drinks. The rooms are clean and tidy. A value for money stay if u dun wanna have a bad night slp ard the beach or party area. Cheerios.

I wont get back to this place again! Not all the information were giving while checking in. One friend came over to visit for 2 hours at night and the reception asked to pay additional fee of 1000THB. They demand the money on the spot, they said that even if someone come to you for 2min they will charge this money. This information has not been mention during the checking process. At that time I felt that I am being conned. I had no choice but to pay them this money.

Bad service! Really hate the reception! How did they work as the receptionist? They even not know the meaning of GOOD SERVICE! They don't deserve to work at hotel. The Manager or the Owner must do something on it. If u refuse this. Then better close this hotel! Ps. Just my opinion! Many people complaint. But nobody's care!

Definitely not a 5 or 4 star! Maybe in 1980 it was. The food was over priced and horrible. The room was clean but very dated, towels were tiny and very worn out, as were the pool towels. Only impressive thing was the amazing view.

It's my birthday, but I hate it. Yesterday I pressed the "Do Not Disturb" lamp and also ordered the front desk attendant not to have anyone enter our room, the clerk said that I would give a surprise for my birthday tomorrow, I will send a small cake to me, I said "no" in real-time, I really do not like someone into the room to disturb, Thank you for your kindness. The staff said they knew and would instruct other departments that no one would enter our room.
What do you expect? We came back and found someone in our room and put a cake and a set of cutlery on the stage. I reflected and complained to the manager about the matter and she said it was a surprise to me and nothing was wrong. Did I say that my command yesterday was useless? What does the guest say?
She even said that now that you have not seen things? I told her that my room had cash, watches, all kinds of personal belongings, etc. She said she could only ask the staff to stop entering our room. That's how they ended the event! This is the hotel industry bogey, for any guest is a bad experience.

We stayed for two nights, two different locations respectively in a hotel. The first position in the right side of the Hall, House older, is key to the door opening, the facilities are generally, and is not in the lobby. One night after on the left, decorated facilities good, and the scenery is better, very much. Breakfast is not rich, less overall is good, location is good.
The hotel has a good location. I've had two nights there. One night our room is in the right side of the hotel. The room is old and the door should be opened by the key. The second night I live in the other side of the building and the room is good enough and you can see the swimming pool in your room. And at last the breakfast is just so so, don't participate so much.

Who wants to plunge into the world of mud, huge cockroaches and nikakuŝego service-welcome!
Pool: written opening 7 am. We came at 8.30-on sunbeds no mats, ask an employee give mats, "the moment, " says and continues to sweep. Swam in the pool again, write mats. And mats under lock and key-so would have brought. The employee went to the toilet and cleaned his feet, sits wipes them out, putting on socks afterwards sneakers, quiet important, dull. I'm in shock. Plastic tables and umbrellas, rusty dirty up to an incredible degree.
The cockroach running around underfoot at the next table. Thai giant cockroach. Scary. Staff constantly drops the dishes with a bang with shrapnel. Dishes not rinsed. Window not myty since the opening of the hotel) ) ). Filthy.
