Great service and informative staff Located just 7-10 minutes walk to Bangala Road. Excellent location nestled between two food markets/bazaars and Jungceylon mall. Easy to sleep at night because it's away from the party district. Most importantly, rooms were clean and washrooms were fantastic. Definitely staying there again when I return.

Good location, spacious room, budget hotel, new towels, soap, shampoo provided everyday. Breakfast choice very limited and portion sizes aren't big (eggs, ham, sausages, bread, salad) sometimes there's no salad. Sometimes salad is provided but no salad sauce. Officially breakfast time starts 730am to 10am (written on the blackboard in the cafe house downstairs) but sometimes the chef comes in late so you can only get breakfast at 830am. Hence if you are going island hopping which usually has very early pick up timings, I will advise you not to pay extra for the breakfast, which is not much and might not be timely. Housekeeping not thorough at times; used saucers and spoons were not cleared and replaced with clean ones. No toothbrushes or toothpaste provided. We stayed 6 nights and we asked for new slippers on our third night to replace our dirtied slippers, but they explained they have no new slippers but can get their housekeepers to wash the slippers for us. Not bad for the price.

Good place, great location. Rooms are clean and ac works great. Close to Juncelyon shopping mall and Banzaan Market plus a lot of street vendors.

Staffs were friendly and the room was well arranged. The bangla road is very near and there are lots of restaurants and shopping places near… overall good.

Low budget hotel but provided a spacious room, comfortable king bed, a huge balcony, water heater works well, air-conditioning perfect, what else you could ask for a very cheap price? Everything is nearby here. Away from noisy night clubs, so would ever is looking for a quiet but not so isolated hotel I would suggest to come here.

Close to the center, from cafes, from Dzhangcejlona, to the beach on foot 7-10 minutes. Class.

Nice location, opposite 7-11, 3 min walking to Jungceylon shopping mall. Clean room and friendly staff. The hotel did provide simple nice american breakfast, will be prefect if can provide variety of bfast.

The hotel is nice, its very near to the best areas of the city and room that we took is surprisingly good for a relatively cheaper priced hotel. But what I found really amazing about this place are the People. When we arrive in Phuket we arranged a hotel taxi from the Airport to the hotel, when we arrived I forgot my backpack and inside it are Nikon 5200 DSLR camera, GoPro and its accessories, Ipad Air, and my slippers. Before I even realized that I lost it, in less than 10 mins the driver return it including everything in it. I never got to thank him properly or even ask his name. And he never even hinted on asking for a tip or reward. I want to thank the Hotel and the driver whatever his name was for their honesty. My vacation could have been tragic if it wasn't for you. Again thank you so much, I wish you more blessings.

I got really sick from staying at this place. Their breakfast was horrible and the staff is very unwilling to help. The first night I stayed at this place, there were tiny bugs on the bed and in the sink. I asked for another room and the floors were sticky and gross. I do not recommenced this place for anyone else despite the prices especially when you're really paying for it with your body at the end of the day.

Pros: location is great. Jungceylong shopping center is a few steps away (grocery store and lots of restaurants). At 6pm, many street vendors open to sell cheap and delicious food and drinks. A must for sure! Patong beach is walking distance (10min) but tuktuk will charge like 200baht which is a lot for such a short distance. You can rent motorbike but the traffic is so bad especially at night that it may be safer to just walk around. The rooms are good size… not tiny like other accommodations. They offer beach towels, refresh room towels daily, offer key for safe and storage of luggage on departure day. Rooms are refreshed daily. Cons: very loud at night as much of Patong is as its a party area. No crib for baby. Washroom is a little outdated and the sheets provided all have holes and even stains but they were washed. The a/c unit worked ok but we requested an additional fan on arrival as it was so hot and humid in the room and a/c could not compensate. For the remaining of our stay we detached the key from the key holder which was also the key to the power in the room to ensure a cool room. No elevator but we were thankful to be allocated a room on the 2nd floor. Would stay here again if We went back to Patong. Stayed December 2015, travelled with family.

No effective room air conditioning/old system. Kicked out of hotel with young baby due to an argument where we were screamed at both when returning from an evening out and morning at breakfast over a stained towel from baby as we refused to pay 1000 baht for a replacement which only required a wash with white towel bleach. Hotel called police and kicked us out onto the road or threatened to take us with our 10 month old baby to the police station. We had to find accomodation with no notice with baby screaming… I would not recommend this hotel to any one and to be avoided as the worst example of customer service and attempted scam ever encountered.

Clean room with fridge and flat screen TV. Bed was very comfortable and linens were clean, smell nice and fairly new. Air con worked well and close to Jungceylon. We well recommended this for a weekend getaway. Owner was here to greet us when we checked in. Thanks for a good few days.
