Very nice pool area, great view.

Fabulous pool and sea views from pool side. Competitive drink prices. Good meals, good breakfast, nice rooms, gym and sauna included, I would recommend this to anyone.

The Gig Hotel is an excellent hotel. Big, nice and clean rooms with daily cleaning.
The top floor / rooftop is amazing, lovely view, great big infinity pool, bar with drinks, restaurant with delicious food and a very nice gym. Great location in short walking distance to Bangla. … I look forward to stay here again!

We absulately didnt enjoy our stay at Gig hotel few days ago. Hotel food was super lousy. Hotel front desk and restaurant staffs were rude. Hotel location is absolutely a very big dissapointment, secluded and quite far away from Pating beach, inconvenient and not suitable for family with young kids. Wifi system is lousy, kept disconnected when out of room and no auto connection when back to room. There are limited interesting shops surrounding hotel making it boring for family stay.

Good location and near by the shopping Center. Staff is very friendly. They are pay attention for our requests. Room is quite clean. All facilities are good.

Food and drinks are great for affordable prices.
Great view at the pool deck where sunrise and sunset can be seen. Also staff are very friendly.
Do yourself a favor to enjoy and relax on this hotel. You wont regret it.

Nice boutique hotel close to all of the action but tucked alittle away so it’s not so noisy. Rooms are well appointed and immaculate. Breakfast buffet wasn’t that great but tolerable. Views from the pool was awesome. I would come back and recommend.

Positives Excellent location, nearby to the main street but just far out enough that you can enjoy some peace during the night. It's a 5-minute walk to the main areas and even less to the shopping center. Fairly modern rooms, with everything you need. Big bed, decent TV, massive bathroom, small balcony and fairly clean. We booked this last minute as we extended our stay, and for the price, it was excellent Negatives Cash deposit for rooms was annoying, and luckily I had enough for the three rooms (1000 Bhat each). However, no issue having it returned and staff reminded me which was a bonus as I forgot as we were leaving in a hurry. Bathrooms have a concrete theme… not bad but not entirely comfortable either. Bed sheets had some stains which was concerning.

I was here lastyear and all the staff is so very kind and friendly specially to Emily. And the food section is really superb and very delicious. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and I really like to comeback here again. Thank you.

Beautiful and modern hotel right in the middle of the phuket nightlife and shopping. Amazing buffet breakfast.

Clean, modern, big rooms, huge the bed. I was on the 6th floor Sea view with balcony. A fairytale. On the top floor there is a terrace with swimming pool, open until 11am. 30 you can swim in the pool, drink, lunch and dinner, gym and sauna. The arrival is in the center, with the windows closed you do not hear the chaos. The staff are friendly and always available.

One of the best hotels in our trip to Thailand! Patong area, centrally located, equipped with every comfort, banquet to organize excursions and even the possibility of renting cars and scooters directly in the hotel. International breakfast and cordiality spread in the staff! Congratulations, to be taken as an example. Last but not least, super panoramic pool on the top floor with bar and gym. Recommended!

Very noisy hotel, warm welcome but check out of the kind you are fired the hotel no longer knows you when you leave we asked for a bottle and no one has no right, otherwise the room is very good.

Very good hotel with Infinty pool on the roof and very friendly staff. A little noisy and wieser by many Chinese guests.

Decent to excelent 4 stars penthouse with private 4x5 meters pool. Excelent room service. Well supplied in-premise fridge with plenty of water, beer and whisky.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
Always lacking coffee, no hot milk and all of very little quality to be a 4 star hotel.
I'm not coming back.

The rooms are average, the location is good. Facilities are above average, the staffs were brilliant.

Near the street bars, lots of massage parlors nearby. It is a 10 min walk to the beach, but Patong is not the best beach on this possibly better swim in the pool.

Online said breakfast is great, but I think the meal is not rich enough, selective is not big, not attractive. Health is not good. The pillow had a heavy taste and did not use a pillow for a full three nights.

Great location and really close by the madness of Bangla street. Pool has a great view and a really good gym as well. Breakfast is not included.

Excellent place with good access to food joints and close to Bangla Street. Pool is awesome and there is a wonderful sauna room too.

Terrible customer service. House keeping never comes and when asked for it you get ignored until hours later. Food is okay. Rooftop pool is nice. Lunches and dinner quite responsible. But the customer service from front desk workers is appalling. Room has a slight smell of dampness wouldn't recommend to family or friends but each to their own. Can't wait to move on to our next hotel.

Stayed there with my boyfriend for 10-11 days and it was amazing. From the food to the staff and the incredible amenities, the pool was the best. Really recommend guests to choose this place, our first time in Phuket and it was within walking distance to everything (shopping mall, bars, clubs, restaurants), meanwhile in the room the outside nightlife was impossible to hear. Staff was so friendly, genuine and never made me feel hesitant to ask for anything. Definitely staying there again next time I visit Phuket!

An Amazing hotel in the hearth of Patong. New and modern building with huge room. Amazing rooftop swimming pool and Gym. I suggest u to enjoy a good cocktail at the sunset into the Jacuzzi ;)

The gig patong is in an awesome location if you want to shop, party, eat or have surgery in Patong. It is only 2mins from jungceylon and bangla rd. And 5mins to the beach. The hotel is very very clean and comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof is awesome, with sea veiws and veiws of patong. There are plenty of lounge chairs but no umbrellas for shade. They have an excellent bar with music and cocktails that arent pricey. A/C in rooms is excellent and the rooms are spacious. The veiw from our 8th floor balcony facing the ocean was great for watching the sunset. The gym is small but well equipped. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was free but very average. The breakfast is disappointing for such a great hotel. The selection was good just not very tasty or fresh. There are plenty of other options near by so just go out for breakfast instead.

The hotel is very modern. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is very good, if you want it to be in step availability. The center is 2 minutes away. And a big shopping mall. Good location. Recommend!

It would be a great hotel in the room.

The cleaner stole 50 dollar form the wallet in room on the last day of stay, and the hotel winked at this after we reported. Wi-Fi in the room is really bad. The room and the location is good, but the staff and the regulation of the hotel is quite disappointing!

One of the best places we stayed at in Thailand. We read a bunch of bad reviews before and we were a little intimidated, but were thoroughly happy with our experience. Rooms were big, modern, and clean. It's right near all the action but tucked away on a side street so it's not loud at night. Staff were helpful and attentive. Rooftop pool is glorious, a large infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. Only issue is price point. We got a last minute special for $70 CDN and for that price the value was amazing. The suggested price says 300 which is extremely pricey for Thailand. But it's a great hotel nonetheless.

Managers at the front desk are extremely rude. As soon as we got there they tried moving us to the hotel next door which was not comparable. The rooftop bar and pool is nice, the only reason it gets 2 stars. Room smelled a little. Staff gives a bad image to the true thia personality.

Excellent location, High Street, Jiangxi cold, seafood market, night markets … All within 10 minutes of walking. Quiet in the noisy, not noisy at night.

Excellent hotel with a great rooftop pool overlooking the ocean. Full workout room with spectacular views. The bartender was friendly and knew how to make a perfect drink. We also had dinner on the roof with cool breeze and a start night. And the rooms are well appointed.
