Good value for money ++. Good location. Minor improvement could be a shower curtain as water goes everywhere. The people we spoke up had minimal English. But once again good value for money.

Clean, quiet, cozy, all in walking distance, no living room helpful staff, nice people, a lot of positive emotions.

I arrived at Patong almost 7pm and found out our hotel not available. So I walked around to find another rooms for my family. Finally found The Cocoon Hotel. This hotel's receptionist informed there are two rooms available for 4 days for us. She also help me to call SRC Phuket Travel for our Island hopping. The room is big spacious and comfortable. I will definitely come here again. There are also parking spot in front of the hotel which is really good if you're driving like me.

Good hotel and nearby to paton beach and bangla street only drawback is no inbuilt restaurant and no room service rooms are good.

I can't praise the staff enough in this hotel. I've had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Consult found a room that smelt really nice… Very friendly staff with minimum check in and check out hassle. For the price you pay, very spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel. Good job.

Very helpful and good value for your money. Just make sure about their telephone number on Google. It changed and Taxi driver could not find Hotel. Will stay again.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and all facilities provided. Convenient location close to the mall and 3 min ride to the beach by scooter. Great value for the money.

The Kitchen cook is also very friendly and knows his job :-) it's was very delicious. You can get free beach towels. Everyday they clean the room very good (i'm german… you understand :) ) put fresh water into the freezer, and form cool figures out of the towels in the room. I know its easy to made, but for me it shows they do it with a kind of passion to imp…ress you. And my personal favorite, meanwhile my stay in Phuket Island. I Lost my creditcard, had a issue with girls/police/motorbike … and you know what? They are pleased to give you hand and make your holiday the best you ever had. I'm looking forward to see this hotel & team again. I can absolutley recommend this hotel. Thumbs up.
