The best hotel… very clin.

My 4th return stay at this hotel. Comfortable for the low price. Although not pristine but it's better than other hotels at same price level. Relatively big room with balcony (always). Warm rain shower. Good stable Wi-Fi. OK rooftop pool with a view into the nearby hill and Andaman Sea. Relatively decent breakfast spread. GREAT LOCATION! Next to Banzaan Night Market, Thai Boxing Stadium, Jungceylon Mall… I've never encountered rude hotel staff here. My advice — — be nice and patient to the staff and they in turn will be nice to you. Humans like you and I who deserve equal respect.

Avoid avoid avoid. Be ware very misleading when booked online, nothing as shown in pics. You can get hundreds of other hotel with better and comfortable rooms. So rude staff also.

I booked this hotel after seeing the great reviews. I stayed for 4 nights all 4 nights I couldn't sleep. There was some noise going on loud on first night so I changed the room next morning next room still had some noise and. People always make sounds in the corridor at midnight. Never quiet. Rooms look nice in pics. The bathroom was old and dirty. Please avoid if you can to get a good stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights. At check in, the attitude of the morning/afternoon front desk staff was poor. Not friendly at all. Poor sound proofing of the rooms. There was music and laughing from the neighbouring room and we can hear them. The doors also do not have a door closer which forces some residents to close their door super hard and the door bang can be heard from a mile away. Other than that, the room was clean as what the other reviews have said. The bed was a bit hard, in which was okay for us.

Nice hotel for the price. Good food and nice staff. Unfortunately the beds are as hard as rocks. Literally like sleeping on a box spring.

Clean basic rooms, very quiet facing mountains. Great location, walking distance to beach and city center. Great view from 9th floor deck and pool.

Great hotel. Rooftop pool with great views. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is friendly. The location is great, 2 minutes to the evening market, 5 minutes to Big C, 10 minutes to Bangla Road.

Location: Perfect location. Near shopping mall, Evening Bazaar and Bangla Road. The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast: Tasty breakfasts, but on the day 4-5 bored already.
Cleaning: Every day the room was cleaned. Provide 1 beach towel, 1 bath and 1 for hands. In the shower provide shampoo, shower gel, soap, uhochistki, disposable hats daily. Also daily provide 1 bottle of water and one coffee. I write everything for 1 person.
In regards to arrival: On the 1st day of arrival gave not very good room on the 2nd floor with dirty walls and with a view and smell on stagnant water.
On the 2nd day we were given a room on the 7th floor with a beautiful mountain view, a balcony and a very clean room. The rooftop is nice but a small pool with a beautiful view.
The sea on Patong is dirty, walk 10 minutes before it. More clean water on Karon Beach but it's boring.

The location was very central to everything you would want in Patong and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Staff are very welcoming and will help you with any questions. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, although the beds are a bit hard but I prefer that type of mattress.

Great hotel, everything is close by. There are a bunch of bars, shops, spas. Near Banglaroad and several night markets.

Very rude staff and sane breakfast everyday. Only plus is budget hotel.

The hotel is in an alley, so opening the windows is quiet enough. On the last floor of the pool (there are sunbeds, shower, WC). The room was clean and tidy. 2 Bottles 0, 5 water is left in the room every day. There is a safe, a hair dryer, a set of towels (for the beach, for hands, shower), TV with Rus. TV, refrigerator, balcony. The only negative is the dirty glass in the elevator. No breakfast.

Visited for next group stay. The staff was very helpful Perfect rooms. Wonderful rooftop pool with breathtaking views. Good value for money Central location but out of the hustle and bustle of Patong's great nightlife.

For overbooking, the first night we were sent to sleep at another hotel with less amenities and they did not discount us. Good breakfast, good pool on the terrace but no shade sectors or umbrellas. Very close to the nightlife area of Patong.

Good reasonably priced hotel. Modern decor in the room. Nice rooftop swimming pool.

In a great location, very close to most things 2mins from the night life, roof top pool with quite nice views, staff very friendly, now everybody's saying the beds were a little hard but me personally, I like that, over all great value for money, me personally wouldn't come again as I like trying different things but someone who is coming for the first time it's fine.

The rooms are clean, cleaned once a day. There are towels for the pool, but you can take them to the beach. Overall not bad. Great value for the price. In sum the hotel plus breakfasts about 3000 p per day, not bad. No breakfast. But you can have breakfast. Breakfast in the hotel. There is a swimming pool but no umbrellas.

The two ladies at the front desk were really un-welcoming as they were very rude. The rooms are cozy therefore the average leverage within the rating.

Good cleaning in the rooms, big rooms, careful personnel, rather noisy door locks, a lot of noise because of guests in corridor.

Great Location — 4 Minutes to Junceylon — 2 Minutes to the local Banzaan Food Market and 10 Minutes to Bangla! Clean Room, Aircon Cold and adjustable but beds were very hard! Rooftop pool was clean and had a beautiful view but the whole hotel is under furnished and not finished — would definitely stay here again though!

Overall we enjoyed our stay — The Ex Pat Bar right downstairs was handy considering no bar within the hotel. Breakfast was fairly good — 2 Minutes Walk down to a local cafe — omelettes fruits noodles and curries! Tea/ Coffee and Juices :)

I arrived at the hotel at around 11am and the reception was okay and they were happy to check me in at that time as the usual checkin time is at 2 pm. Customer service went downhill from here. The hotel staff showed us to our room and asked if everything was okay and I said yes. After a while, there was a foul smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and we reported it to the hotel staff. They came and checked the drain and used room spray to mask the smell. It started again after a while and I asked for a change of room at the reception to which they were not receptive and said they will send another staff there to check it out. Same thing, only room spray to mask. I said I was not happy about it and asked for change of room, to which the staff was rude and said “go change room. It was okay before. I replied that, room spray is not going to fix the smell and it will come again and the reply even ruder. Got a change of room, and the light in the bathroom and the shower drain did not work. I reported that to the reception and they said they will send an engineer to have a look. No one came. I had to remove the block myself to use the shower. Room service skipped to clean my room twice in a 5 day stay. Any questions you ask at the reception, the reply was rude. Will not be visiting this place again.

Clean, large rooms, hard but good mattresses, bathrooms with large showers. Still under construction, yet quiet and well worth the money.

Fairly new hotel in a walking distance to Jung Ceylon, Bangla Road and the local market of seafood and vegetables. On the roof a nice pool.

Rested in the hotel for the money very much. New, clean with a good repair. Minimalism, nothing more. Breakfast in the adjoining building, Breakfast buffet. All delicious.
