Economy priced hotel with friendly staff, out of the noisy part of Phuket. And around 500 metres to the beach. They can also do your bookings for events, shows and cabs. And can even organise scooter rentals for the brave.

Wonderful staff amazing experience loved it and just next to it is a 7eleven which is very handy for a quick snack or drink.

Almost catastrophic experience, I booked the suite with sin hot tub was practising unusable since the tap water was brown! I brushed my teeth with bottled water. The bed was almost destroyed. Breakfast was slightly acceptable compared to everything else. Courteous staff and central place.

Hotel tes Correct! Located in a very lively Thai street, staff to small care and very nice! The hotel has a terrace in rooftop which is very nice for breakfast! I recommend the eyes closed.

Hotel room rooms were nice, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a great view. 5 stars mainly because the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, going so far as to draw us a map of the surrounding area showing us where to go for food ("touristy" and most authentic), shopping, etc.

The hotel is like is atvertize, no more no less that what you book. The owner is fair and is not trying to rip you off, and for me was very nice to see that. We book some trips from him and he was telling me the onest truth about them. Over all he is honest! I recomand buy tours from him and also rent bikes!

The hotel staff and owner couldn't have done enough for me in ensuring I was comfortable during my stay after a fractured ankle left me on crutches. They were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, not to far from Patong beach but far enough so you're not kept awake by the strip. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.

We visited Phuket with my son as a graduation gift, the hotel is pleasant owned by English speaking people who were very pleasant and provided us with water towels and mats for the beach, the hotel is situated close to everything, 10 minute walk to Patong beach and shopping centre. All went well and no complaints at all, would recommend this hotel.

Spacious rooms with great view of city and friendly staff.

From moment we arrived everything went smoothly. The owner Carl Simpson and his team been very helpful and sorted out issues promptly with a smile.

Ten hotel był naszym pierwszym przystankiem na Phuket I wraz z przyjaciółmi spędziliśmy tutaj kilka dni. Poznaliśmy właścicieli — przemili ludzie, którzy pomogli nam odnaleźć się na wyspie. Doradzali, dawali wskazówki dotyczące podróżowania po okolicy I pokazali wspaniałe bary I restauracje. Pokoje były BARDZO czyste! Codzienny housekeeping, woda, klimatyzacja I wygodne łóżka. Można zamówić śniadania (koniecznie spróbujcie brytyjskiego, najlepsze na wyspie! ). Tak nam się spod…obało, że kilka dni po pobycie w hotelu, wróciliśmy tam I zostaliśmy na 3 tygodnie (gdyż pracujemy zdalnie). BARDZO szybkie Wi-Fi, świetny pub na dachu z widokiem na całe miasto I niezwykle miła obsługa sprawiały, że nie chcieliśmy wyjeżdżać :) Bardzo dziękujemy Wam za gościnę I z pewnością się jeszcze zobaczymy! Pozdrowienia z Polski! This hotel was our first stop in Phuket and along with some friends we stayed there for a couple of days. We met the owners — very welcoming people who helped us not to get lost on the island. They gave us some useful tips on travelling around the area and showed us great bars and restaurants. Our rooms were VERY clean! With daily housekeeping, water, air conditioning and comfortable beds. You can also order breakfasts there (you really need to try the British one, it's the best breakfast on the island! ). We enjoyed the hotel so much that a few days after our stay, we came back and stayed there for 3 weeks (since we work remotely).

Great location freindly staff.

The staff is very good… Rooms are big and along with bathroom. And the rate is also not much.

For the price I paid it was prefect for my needs and why it gets full stars as is based on the price, Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, They have Beach towels & Umbrellas for guests to use. Safe, TV, Fridge and free water each day. Shower was nice and hot. It is about 10 min scooter to beach or 30 min walk there are Cafes and food places around hotel and a 7/11 across the road from hotel. Scooter parking outside hotel. If you are after something cheap and cheerful then this place is perfect.
