Bad. When I arrived, they said room unavailable. Very bad. Not recommended.
First of all not quite sure this place fits the description of a boutique hotel — it's more basic budget-friendly accommodation with a small shop-like front that serves as a reception. Bed was comfortable, internet was fast, room was cleaned and bottles of water provided daily, AC thankfully worked great since it was roasting hot in Patong while we were there, rain shower was nice, and staff were friendly and helpful enough. About a 10 min walk to Jungceylon, 15-20 mins to Bangla Road, and about 15 mins to the stretch of beach behind Hard Rock Cafe. Wouldn't recommend this place if you are a light sleeper — noise from traffic on main road can be quite loud at times. The room is also small so with two people it can be hard to move around/find place for luggage. Some of the furniture looked stained and so isn't the most aesthetically pleasing. If you're looking to book a taxi, don't book with reception. We were charged THB 500 for a ride to Kata Road near Kata Beach (15-20 min ride) when a Grab fare costs just THB 260! Do your pockets a favour and download the app to get around Phuket.

You get what you pay for. Cheap room, poor condition but it's okay for sleeping because they have AC. BUT DO NOT rent motorbike with the hotel! They gave us a bike with broken tires and we didn't notice. We had to fix it because the air went out when we were riding the hilly mountain roads. When we came back to the hotel, they were not willing to cooperate and didn't give us any money back for the days we paid ahead. That was not surprising. They claimed to check their bikes every time. Good joke. They rather rent bikes which are dangerous and risk lives than to fix their bikes easily for a few bath.
