This is out third time to this resort. The staff are the nicest I have known in a Phuket resort or hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are lovely & clean & the breakfast is amazing. We would always stay here. Plus our trip From just over two years ago was cancelled due to Covid we had a full refund from the resort with no problem. Great place! Sharon Guest & Anthea Sealy!

Grand Mercure Phuket Patong is another property that impresses us. The room we stayed in was a pool villa. When we went to WeekN, we got to noon. The staff was kind to us to check in. The care service staff is very attentive. The room is clean, fragrant, comfortable. The club lounge, sandwiches and delicious snacks are eaten and enjoyed by the pool view. Varied breakfast, restaurant staff take good care of benedict eggs here are delicious. Freshly squeezed juice was available as we ordered. Oh! Halal food is also available at the hotel near Patong Beach, but it's quiet and quiet. Travel comfortably at booked a car. In the evening, walk from the property to Patong beach for a walk, looking for something to eat. I'm tired of drinking and walking down Walking Street, and overall it's a hotel that I'd like to come to.

The pool view rooms are smaller than expected. Bathrooms has hard water stains everywhere and would rather say it’s not well equipped. Take a tour of room and bathroom before you book. Due to carelessness of the porter one of my luggage was missed in the the hotel itself which I realised was missing at the airport and when I called up the hotel I was asked to pay 800 Bhat to get it transferred it to the airport.

Friendly and attentive staffs at the resort. During my check in Ms Julie is very professional and kind. Ms Chompink whom we met at the club lounge is very friendly and courteous. Also Mr Gift from Bubbles is very caring and always very attentive to your needs during meals. We feel very well taken care of during our stay. Foods at Bubbles are great so most of our time are spent in the resort. Resort is very well maintained and clean.

Another fantastic holiday at Grand Mercure. Whether it's breakfast in the Bubbles restaurant, cocktails at the bar, massage in the spa, or delicious afternoon tea, all the staff are so friendly and attentive. A special mention goes to the dynamic trio of Dao, Yen, and New who made my holiday so amazing. I'll be back.

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff are nothing but helpful & have gone above & beyond to make our stay wonderful. Our pool access room is amazing & the food & cocktails have been delicious. The day spa is definitely worth a visit too. Can’t wait to come back but with the kids next time!

Rooms have enough space for two. Stylish. Clean. Well appointed. Reasonably quiet. Restaurant by the pool, therefore brekky, lunch, dinner by the pool if you wish. Brekky has pretty much anything you want with a sumptuous multi national buffet. The hotel has a day spa, and a small but adequate gym with good quality equipment. Friendly helpful staff. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Three minutes to a night market. 10 minutes to local retail and restaurants. Cabs everywhere. My only question, if I've paid in full in advance, am I likely to be the type to skip out on my mini bar bill; do I really need to leave a $300 security? Other than that … great place for a holiday!

There were many wonderful things about Grand Mercure but the star was the staff. They were attentive and recognises us, never failing to ask about our stay. They also prepared a little surprise for us on our anniversary. Wow! The location is good and quiet, with eateries, massages and all you'll need nearby. The breakfast was great and food was very nice, I like that you will never feel that the restaurant is crowded despite being high season. The pool was nice, gym was great with well maintained equipment, surrounding was quiet, and Wi-Fi was fast! All in all a great stay!

We have loved our Phuket holiday especially our time here at the Grand Mercure. The facilities and service were fantastic, the friendly and welcoming staff their attention to details, the amazing breakfast buffet at Bubbles not forgetting the wonderful special buffet dinners was a real highlight. Loved the cocktails can’t wait to return.

Its only my 1st day & I have Enjoyed the private calm atmosphere, greeted by warm friendly & always smiling staff. Awesome stay with nice delicious English breakfast.

The Grand Mercure is an incredible hotel. When you arrive you are given a drink and a wet towel to cool off. The customer service was on another level, they were so professional, kind, and helpful. Our room was stylish and luxurious, loved the toiletries and decor. The pool at this hotel is legit, there is a swim up bar, and lots of room to lounge and hang out. Did not want to leave this place, and would stay again in a heart beat.

Excellent hotel with well mannered staffs and very helpful. You have option for room with private pool which is the best one! It’s close to all nearby attractions like beaches, restaurants, market places.

Location is convenient. Walking distance to Patong Beach, nice food nearby at night. Rooms could be more clean, there are stains on the couch and in the wardrobe. Fridge is not very cold (I bought milk, so I worry about it turning sour), and air conditioning was weak. There is a pool so that is a bonus if you are into that.

Love the room and as a member of Accor group I do enjoy the extra privilege that comes along… Things that did well. Half of the staffs are good in customer service. However there are a few of the female staffs that can do better with their attitude as their facial expression can tell how helpful they can be or can’t be… Things that can do better are:- 1. Water bottle should be the plastic type so we can just bring along when we go out to walk etc.
2. Very bad experience on my arrival when I was asked and Insist to provide the particular credit card that I bought the hotel rooms with. Apparently I did not bring that card along and was shock that the staff and manager told me must cancel that transaction and use another card. As I already have been billed last two weeks for the room I did not agree with their reasons. After talking to the manager she told me in the past there was a case where the person end up cancel the transaction when back to his country. However management of Grand Mercure do note it’s a one off case and should not use that to penalize others. Anyway if that’s really what is required then do email us and tell us so. So simple. I hope I don’t have to face such issues ever again.
3. The cleaner English is so poor as I went out at 12pm today and told her to clean up after 12pm but yet when I came back at 3pm the room was not done. Obviously it is cause her English is poor. Do ensure staffs go for courses to improve themselves.

Location of the hotel is great, in centre of Patong city. But this is the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are too small, hardly any space to walk around. Mixers in bathroom don't work. Even the staff is non-cooperative, I many ordered them provide with shower gel and shampoo but no response. No balcony in the room. Worst experience ever.

The hotel is nicely done up service is excellent! Request sent in were fulfilled. The breakfast spread is quite well — a specific bread and cookie section (with Gluten free food), salad corner is well laid. Main course the usual suspects. I was surprise to find fresh fruit juice, waffles and local food selection at our service. Fruits section has current season fruit. Definitely something available for everyone.

What a great hotel. Out of the way of the craziness but close rnough if you want to get involved. The room service was fantastic, the pool area with swim up bar was also great. We used the gym a few times which was good. The rooms are quiet and well kept. We will definitely stay again.

Visited for Seminar, and have lunch. Lunch is very good (buffet), room for seminar room is good as well. Coffee Break is great! Staffs are active.

Unreal. Loved our stay in the pool access room. Close to all the places you wanted to see and extremely polite and friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

A 5 star hotel in the middle of bustling Patong. An oasis in the midst of so much chaos. Perfect for the one who wants to enjoy the nightlife of this place without sacrificing comfort, luxury and good attention. The facilities are wonderful.

Conveniently located close to the action and the beach. Its only a 5-10 min walk to the action. There are great eateries just across the road. 5 star facilities and fantastic professional staff. The pool access room we had was great even though it was relatively small. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet is to die for. The building is relatively new so its not run down. The pools and gardens are great and the swim up bar is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel very clean the staff are very helpful and friendly. They even remind you when it's happy hour. The pool side rooms don't have access to the pool bar you have to walk around or climb over the edge which is what we did. Very close to the beach.

Location is great within walking distance to patong beach we well as Bangla road for the night life. Rooms and service was also fantastic, staff was always very helpful and spoke decent English.

Location of the hotel is near to Bangla Street. A very nice resort style hotel with good breakfast and prompt service. Room size is good too.

Wonderful stay, This hotel is located in the heart of patong. A lot of restaurants, shops etc walking distance from the hotel. The only bad thing is the local vendors located right outside the hotel who constantly harass you to book excursion, taxi etc but don't let that be the reason for not staying here. The hotel staff in awesome, rooms were top notch, beds were comfortable, the pool and the gym were not too busy and were awesome as well. We stayed here for 3 nights, they had live music in the lobby every night. We used there hotel shuttle to the airport, a little expensive then the local taxi but worth it. We will definitely stay again if ever in Patong.

The restaurant food are superb and exceeding my expectations! We stopped eating out as it's very tricky to get good restaurant, and the restaurant in this hotel are really authentic. Also love their Mee Hoon Gaeng Poo, crab fried rice and signature mojito (with sugar cane). The hotel provides many details, hand rail outside your room to hang any wet clothes (as well as inside the bathroom). The room are clean, not very fancy. However the pool is nice, breakfast quality is really good (5-star options, only missing fresh juice and cake desserts), fresh coffee and thick milk (not mixed with water at all), they provide many details on your food; fresh and rotating fruits every rounds (whenever they have to change the plate). Friendly restaurant staff, nice gym, have kids area, open mini jacuzzi. One of the very good new hotel in Patong.

Wow what an amazing place. We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are unbelievably kind and would do anything for you. We could have asked for anything better for our honeymoon. We arrived early hours of the morning and were still welcomed with refreshments and shown to our room. The food was amazing we had breakfast nearly every morning and the options were endless. We ate at the restaurant for their seafood BBQ night and wow it was amazing. I said to one of the lovely waitresses that I was finished for the moment as I was saving myself for some lobster. She came back a minute later with 3 lobsters on a plate for me and a selection of sauces. We had a bottle of wine and our glasses didn't get close to being empty before they were being refilled by another kind waiter. The service was exceptional. Nothing was to hard for the staff here, we wanted to go on a elephant ride but we wanted to make sure we picked on where the elephants were treated well. We asked 2 staff members if they knew of anywhere and instead of just giving us a place they phoned off of their own mobile phone, organised and booked it all for us. Our shower drain wasn't draining properly one day, so we let guest services know whilst we went for lunch they apologised very kindly and by the time we got back in was all fixed. The only suggestion I do have for the resort is please invest some money into teaching your staff better English.

Central location with restaurants, the beach and Bangla Road all a 5-10 minute walk. Despite being in the middle of all the action — the hotel is set back from the main street and surrounded by a few quite residential buildings and a vacant plot. The rooms are decent sized and relatively well equipped with modern amenities, balcony doors and a glass wall shower — not for the timid. Access to the rooms is through an external hallway à la the roadside motels of the US. But the lobby, restaurants and other common areas are modern, well designed and open concept — continuing the indoor / outdoor theme of the hallways. The mid-sized pool is internal — surrounded on all sides by other guest's rooms overlooking you — and offers virtually no sense of privacy. There is a swim up bar with only about 5 stools — but it's not the kind of place you would want be spending much of your time. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Nice hotel, the location was good, I stayed there with my family and everyone enjoyed it. To mention, the staff was quite efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet was nice with varieties. Pool was good. Overall ambience of the hotel was superb.

Close to everything. Away from hustle and bustle of of Bangalore Road. Next to Otop market with plenty of shopping. Cheap restaurants aroubd the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and well cleaned every day. Would recommend it stayed there in 2014 and woukd stay there again.

Great hotel with polite staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Also, they quickly fixed a small issue with our room. The location is great (beach) and they offer an affordable shuttle from the airport. My wife had a massage at their spa and was very happy. My son really enjoyed the pool and the food at the hotel is quite good.

Hotel quite new, very clean, each of the window pick out a small drying machine with clothes rod, you can hang the clothing. 4 pool is surrounded by rooms surrounded by a children's pool with slide children liked, and children's Playground, service personnel are particularly friendly, located in jungcelon and Patong Beach, the middle, The Walk is also just 5 to 10 minutes. Sink design less reasonable, the wash brushing your teeth wash clothes, water a.

Nice little hotel on the strip and not too crazy hectic as some parts of the strip. Near Hard Rock Cafe. Family Mart is less than 30 feet away from hotel. Happy hour at the pool. Aussies in general seems to like it:)

This hotel has seen better days. I was expecting quite a bit more when I arrived. Though the welcome drink was a nice touch and the service has been great. The room: Very dark even with all of the lights on. Not sure who planned that design. Also — the shower is tiny. You can barely move around in there for a normal size farang. There's no lotion either — just shampoo and conditioner. Woulda been nice to lotion up after a day in the sea water. The internet is spotty in my room. Meaning I can't get it unless I open the door and lean out. It's quite a pain so I have to connect in the main areas or at the pool where I'd rather be doing other stuff. The room is getting a bit dated as well. Just nothing very special about this place. Except maybe the pool area. It's nice.

Had an 8 night stay here and was great overall. The prices of the room service and happy hours really are acceptable compare to other resorts. The buffet breakfast is 400THB and has nearly anything you could possibly want. The quality of the room service and pool side menu are great (especially the burgers! )
