The strong points according to me are the location which is close to the beach but not on a busy road, the environment quiet and comfortable hotel with a swimming pool and nice gardens, very well kept and the Bungalows, which, despite not being in the top x a few maintenance issue, they are anyway, cute and comfortable more than a simple room in a hotel!

Probably the only place on Patong, which is next to the sea (3 minutes), preserved a real tropical garden and at the same time in the garden is actually home (not a bungalow in the understanding of Russian). Super place, not at all expensive, wonderful deep pool (also rare)!

We stayed with family about one month in the July 2018. It is a best place for holidays & same resort! Good deep swimming pool, bungalow — like a normal standart hotels rooms! Daily cleaning, no mosquitos, every day fresh bottled water. Have a parking for motorbikes and cars. Very much green trees, palms, grass with regular cutting. 3 min to the clear beach and 3 min to the road, but no noise, very quetly place! Massage, shops and other not far! Good place for all kinds of the stay! In the Patong we dont know other place for stay with this conditions!

It was an amazing stay here. Location is very near to beach. You will get rent bike in front of hotel.

Rooms are clean although we had water issues its understandable and its bec of the bad weather too. Its pretty decent and acceptable.

I just checked out today, I had the worst services in thailand in the hotel, for the following reasons 1 — there is no phone in the room, so every time I want something I have to walk all the way to the reception. 2 — it is written that there is a Wi-Fi, but once we go in our room there is no service. 3 — the reception staff is not friendly and not polite 4 — I asked the reception for water she told go buy from outside, what is this? 5 — finally I informed her that am leaving because of the service and she replied that I want to leave too, what an answer…

Had a really comfortable time here. Very beautiful garden, nice to be in nature. Pool was pristine. Housekeeping came every day to refresh my bathroom supplies and tidy up our room. We got complimentary water every day. The employees were all very kind to us. This hotel is within walking distance of the Patong Beach and the foreigner's district. Very enjoyable experience walking around. I had an issue with my kettle, I accidentally poured out cold water. I came to the front desk where Kwang helped me. She smiled very pleasantly, and took 2 minutes of her time to give me a hot bowl of water for my noodles. I thought that was very sweet, and made me feel most welcome here.

Well maintained green complex with years of small bungalows. Pool is small but ok. Breakfast is clearly arranged in 2 hot dishes, cereal and fruit. Fresh egg, Omlette or scrambled eggs are made. Laundry service for only 50 THB the kilo of linen. Bungalows outdated, worn and a bit shabby. Mosquito nets should be present, as there are mosquitoes in bungalows too. For the price but everything OK.

Good location near to Patong beach. I will recommend stay here for those who love peace and greeneries.

I am currently checking out of the Eden bungalows and very sad to leave. Close to everything. Will definitely return.

Awesome greenery pool next to the beach 5 minutes walk and 1klm from Bangla Road.

We had amazing time at this place. Everything u need is at walkable distance. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is gud. Overall a pleasant stay in Phuket.

Dicontinued good area, everything is green, neat, well-groomed, daily several times a day the territory is watered, swept, something somewhere mowed, we even became once witnesses of how the palms cut off the coconuts and flowers, I was just delighted with the fact That in our latitudes do not see this, it's like a little free show!
The rooms themselves are clean, small, in our was a bathroom (everything worked) bed, wardrobe with safe, TV, shoe rack, bedside table and chest of drawers, well and conder with a fan, the cabins can be divided into 3 lines (as a resort) on the first line all overlooking the garden itself, and the rest of the house on Distance, and on the second and third lines right in front of your house is another house and the view is not so super, so I recommend to take care that your house was on the first, because of the view will not regret. For example, we had a is on the first, the view there is just a space, very nice and day, and in the evening, when the lanterns ❤ in the yard sing birds, go seals, in the evening a couple of times saw the mouse.

Nice, beautiful grounds, pool, but the rooms are awful, small, old furniture, cabins are quickly heated, the only plus is the track. The location is good.

A great place to stay very quiet and clean. Eden Bungalows is a little slice of heaven in the heart of Patong close to everything. Staff where always very friendly and helpful. We I'll definitely be staying again at Eden Bungalows.

An oasis in the down town sprawl of Patong. Good restaurant.

Ugly bedrooms stain sheets and old towels with holes. Rude staff. Will never return to this rat hole.

The outside and garden are great and wonderful, but the rooms are not. Rooms are old and beds and blankets are not okay. There is no even a boiler or even slippers in rooms. And electricity had problem, every time we went to bath, electricity goes off and we had to go behind the room and switch it on. But others was good specially receptions and other staff were polite and behave perfectly. If you are looking for a quite place you can check this out, but first compare its price.

Walked in off the street and got an unexcpected gem for 2 weeks at an affordable price. The staff were perfect. Great open air restaurant with lovely Thai food. Laundry done pressed and delivered for 50 baht a killo, clean freestanding bungalows. I much preferred this to a large resort. I could not recommend it more.

This is my go to place when in Phuket. It's 1 minute away from Patong Beach and a short walk to Bangla Road. It's very affordable too so there's no need to share a room with your smelly mates.

Love it. Mr. Otto and his staff make you feel like you're at home.
