Very friendly staff and clean and decent rooms. The beds were very comfortable and they clean your room daily. I do not put 5 stars because it has no elevator and the price is somewhat high, of course in Patong in high season everything is quite expensive.

Nice facilities. It took a while to get Wi-Fi.

I was charged 500bhat when a friend (different hotel) came over to visit me in my room for a few hours.

Defeel Hostel is a nice clean hostel located at patong. It is just a few hundred meters from the north of patong beach, which is quite convinient to walk to. It is also close to the night clubs and pubs which are located at the south of the patong which is just 5 mins by tuk tuk. The hostel has both private rooms and drom type of rooms. Both rooms are quite affordable and it's defentinly worth the money. Dfeel hostel also has a nice TV room with a good collection of movies and a games area with nice games which are great places to meet your fellow travellers. The hostel also has washing machines just outside their building which is great service for backpackers who want to get their clothes laundered. They also provides motorbikes for rental at affordable prices. It makes travelling around Phuket very convenient if you are up for driving.

The best place to stay when you come to Phuket. Owner & staffs were really nice & helpful. If you want to go to the island, you can ask them, they have packages with affordable prices. Thumbs up for DFeel Hostel I will recommend to my friends & family. 5 starts!

We were in Steel hostel for 2 nights, if you want to book speedboat for phi phi island or one day sight seeing you can book at the reception and they will help you get best rate. And it had very good ambience at the entry.

Very cosy and comfortable rooms and hostel.

The room was very good and the room was very good. Our room was without a window, and rather cramped. There is a shuttle service to the airport, drove on time did not fail.

Good spacious beds and hot water for toilet is available. No views and no proper lighting.

This place was great, very helpful staff fantastic hospitality and great service! Will come back another time.

Arrive here mid night, the guy at the reception is very helpful. I plan to pay my room with credit card but they do not accept cc and im out of cash. So he offer me to stay first and on the next morning I went and withdraw money and pay to him. Room was clean comfortable and in good condition. Great.

The owner and his staff are really nice and caring. The room are spacious, nice and clean. They also have scooters that you can rent to get around easier which is awesome! I actually got into a little accident while on vacation last year, trying to get to the other side of the town and of course I had to pay for the damage to the bike (Due to my inexperience with riding a scooter, I ran into the side of a car while trying to get around it and layed down the bike, scraping the side of it), but they gave me an honest price, no extra BS. It was just 1000 bhat! I offer to pay them more because I was shocked that how cheap it was, but they would not accept it. These guys are really nice and the owner is extreamly honest. I'd recommend this place to anyone who will be vacationing in Phuket/Pa Tong beach area.

Awesome! Great design. Very clean and well kept. Super friendly staff. I'd recommend splurging a couple dollars more for the private room just because why not to have your own place. Doors are still really nice too. A 60baht shooter ride to Bangla road and a 20 minute walk to the beach.
