Very affordable and clean accommodation… handy to everything and staff is over obliging… pool is a great place to relax with a cold drink at days end… will definately use the resort in the future.

2nd visit here! I love it! They have moved the restaurant upstairs which is the only problem as no lift so not good for disabled traveler’s. Friendly staff, great location! 5⭐️

Nice hotel close to beach and local amenities. Rooms from budget to nice. Pool area good with easy access in and out. Breakfast typical Thai but hit the spot every morning. Staff were amazing and can’t go enough for you. Overall definitely stay again.

Just had a two week holiday at this hotel, the staff are outstanding nothing to much trouble for them, and if they havent got what you want they will try to find it for you, the location is great, very reasonable prices for drinks, food is coled fresh as and when you want it, even room service definitely recommend this hotel.

The location in Patong, the staff and the atmosphare is perfect. Coconut Village given you The Best service and on this SANDBOX PHUKET PROGRAM The best support. It's close to Jungcelong there I do my PCR test. We booked two rooms with connecting doors, and that was perfect for us during this 14 days. I have before stayed here msny, many times. I love this hotel. I feel that I come back home. Specially Thank's to Khun Saroj and Khun Meena.

An amazing resort for such a cheap price! Cleaned well and overall a really comfortable stay. A pleasant distance away from Bangla. A short direct walk to the beach.

Cheap and decent. It's a long way to the center. But leaving the town convenient to the southern directions.

Stayed in March 2018. For the incredible price, this hotel was amazing. Room was spacious with a great view of the relaxing pool. Super short walk to Patong Beach with absolutely everything you need in the area. We rented a scooter for 2 days and were able to explore so many areas of the island.

It is a super hotel with nice affdinance and at the pool there is a lot of nature. The Thai food there is delicious and the foreign food is also quite ok.

In comparison with all Patong there is quiet, close to the sea. The pool is very nice. Nearby restaurants, fruits, shops, Hard Rock Cafe. Overall, convenient. But due to the fact that it is a city, exhaust gases are a lot of people near the hotel. Right on the road to the beach is a plus. The beach is dirty-it's minus.

Clean Hotel in 500metres from the beach swimming pool with noisy hot tub side street take a room in the back do not stay more than a week there is nothing in Patong apart from full massage parlor, cheap tattooist restaurant to weigh the lobster in front of you.

Spacious rooms with balcony, you can smoke in the balcony. Bath tub available, good service, clean hotel with maintained pool. Overall a good experience.

Overall a good hotel: The room is improved normal, but clean poorly, large, normal pool, the grounds are quiet and calm. The breakfasts are certainly monotonous and the staff do not greets sometimes, but this is generally a problem of Phuket. Thais probably just zazhralis.

From the pros-a great pool with palm trees around. For holidaymakers in the rooms "standard" (first building) a huge minus is the road near. Very noisy at night. The room was very… Air conditioning does not turn off. The refrigerator turns on with a wild crash (will compete with the bikes passing the window at night)

Staff are wonderful, hotel is a little dated but pool is nice. They put on a wonderful NYE party and banquet for patrons which included a live stage show. A hotel well worth looking into.

Great location spacious tons and beautiful beach… Good breakfast very near to beach and market and away from noicey bar… Will recommend it!

Near the beach, excellent infrastructure, shops, there are 24-hour (femely Markt), pharmacies, market, restaurants, a huge shopping center, gym. Night life boils, fans hang out-here. The restaurant at the hotel is very decent breakfasts and generally prepare well, you can also have lunch and dinner, if laziness somewhere to go.

The shower doesn't stay at one temperature it jumps from hot to cold every few seconds. First room the air con was not cold at all. The pool was the only thing I liked about staying here.

Great service, professional, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Nice location as it is in the center of the beach, food market, shops etc. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort as we had a great experience.

Grear place to stay for a holiday. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Everyday room service lady comes and cleans everything and restocks water, towels even shampoo bottles. Room we stayed for 10 nights was spacefull with bathroom, there was tv, kettle, AC, fridge, safe, phone and quite big terrace. We are happy with service and definetely recommend staying here.

This hotel uses GoToGate as their booking agent and they are based in UK. I made a simply request to change the date and the agency told me I had to cancel the booking with no refund and then book again on the new dates at double the price of the original booking. IT took two calls from Australia to UK both in excess of 20 minutes and they said they could do nothing as it was the hotel decision. I then contacted the Hotel directly via mail and they told me I had to deal with the agent. IT is a rip off and not worth the trouble as there are many other similar hotels in Patong who are much more reasonable. I will never use this hotel or agent again. I have been to Thailand on numerous occasions and you will find much better if you search.

Standard room, the one we had overlooked the garden and the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the beach but you don't get any disturbances from the bar. Nice pool, good breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay in the coconut village resort. The Hotel was very easy to access, rooms were clean, staff are very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was plentiful. Yeah, you must book now in this hotel. ❤️

Good location. Very close to the city centre. But I don't recommend numbers starting with a "1" (in the first body). You won't get any quiet in them. The terrace of the rooms goes to a lively crossroads and you listen to the night life of the city all night. Plus the twin numbers, the thin doors between them, the audibleness of the neighbors on 5 +).
Nothing in this hotel, but it's just a residue from the fact that the cleaning staff decides what kind of things you have left in your room to get or throw away.
