Great experience nd lovely memory.

What a wonderful hotel this is it’s small and quite but I must say everyone is so friendly warm, welcoming the whole time me and my friend was staying here! I couldn’t ask for better service the room was lovely and comfortable with air con which was prefect for us. We had such a lovely time and it’s was near the strip and the town itself which was in walking distance prefect for us! Definitely coming back again! Thank you to the staff and the hotel it self for looking after us and having postive vibe at all times with cheesy grins On you’re faces as well ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had a 3 night stay at the resort this week. Should say they have whole set of amazing friendly staff at your service. Good ambience. Good housekeeping service. Budget friendly. Situated not far way tourist places, eateries, beach. Good buffet breakfast. Great restaurant staff. Receptionist Feemi was so warming.

I recommend for those looking for cheap hotel but extravaganza service, this hotel should be in your first list! thestaffs so friendly, helpful and the room is nice.

My Room was Huge and I loved it. The house keeping and the restaurant staff are the best. Room service and house keeping was very fast and excellent. One thing I didn't really like about this place was that I wanted to stay half a day and pay a extra for a late check out as it is stated in their hotel policy but the staff at the reception lied to me that it was fully booked. I went to book the room again on booking. Com it was available, this really pissed me off and I had to get to the bus station at 12 which my bus was leaving at 5:00. Its so disappointing and very rude for the reception and front office to behave like this.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Patong… I've been holidaying here for years and it's getting better and better each time I visit! It has a lovely pool, with a little waterfall, restaurant right next to it. Awesome setting, it has a spa… never used it but it looks really good, a gym… as well… u can book tours… so in a nutshell. All you need for a perfect vacation… yet to top it all, it has something that most hotels strive for, but not many succeed at. It has the soul… the true customer service that no chain hotel ever will… same staff for years do the same awesome job at making your holiday… well… exactly what it's meant to be… and more. You simply can't go wrong if u stay here… trust me!

Would highly reccomend this hotel staff very friendly, rooms comfortable and clean. Also have a very nice pool to cool off in the midday heat.

Good environment nice location. A friendly start. Swimmpool great. We travel with group and family. Our group really enjoyed. Walking distance to beach 10 to 15 minutes. Really appreciate aol the staff, kind and helpful. Will introduce to friends and will return here again. Big thanks to club bamboo management.

3 stars with a stretch only because of a large deep pool, a large refrigerator, excellent Wi-Fi (150Mbbit) and the presence of 3 Russian channels (1, Russia and a channel with movies without advertising). From the hotel every day (3 times: 12, 16, 19 hours) except Saturday rides a personal free car to the beach, back 45 minutes. Later. Lived a month (all June 2018) in the room "superrior" (102), a large 2-bedroom bed, a large bolcon, mugs, spoons, e-levels. Kettle, conductor, a huge mirror in the van, a "washcloth" next to the toilet, a standard bath, in the room plastic 2 chairs and 1 table, the cleaning lady every day brought 2 bottles of water in the glass, 2 bags of coffee and cream (in a steam), sugar, 2 pack. Tea, 2 mini pieces of soap, mini shampoos, at the request of tual. Paper, fresh towels. I need to tell her what she won't do. It is better to encourage money for cleaning it, so that she did not "forget" anything to bring/change, we finished 10 baht. But at the end of the rest when the money disappeared and we stopped rewarding it "swayed"!
And now MINUSS:
1) TV (not a significant minus, because everything in the Inethe is) : quietly audible channels are called on the Russian, and their local yelling, h/z settings (you can choose the Russian-language menu) tried to change the sound, but in vain, still quiet.
2) CONDUR (old, without a remote control, a full-on) : at first there was a complete thrash with it.

I visited the place last week, Resort is very good in position specially the pool and the restaurants, All the stuff member is good in behavior. Room and washroom was clean. Good value for money. Food quality was nice. Very good location not far from all the fun but still quiet to enjoy sleep. -it was a nice stay.

Stayed in the penthouse suit for one week. Not as flash as the pictures make it out to be however still nice clean and somewhat comfy. The bed was very hard though and gave me a bad back which I've never had. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even helped carry a drunk person upstairs to bed the food is good and the cocktails are good room service was good and housekeeping did a good job too. However they don't clean the toilet which I find a bit odd. The pool was lovely too. A few things need repairing like the air conditioning and cabinets could of been in better condition. But overall a nice stay. Bonus is its a few km from main town so the nightlife doesn't keep you up at night.

Very nice little hotel. It's an oasis in this filth called Patong. Nice large rooms, cozy decoration, chic European breakfasts, very polite staff would recommend this hotel if one could recommend a stay on Patong, but it is better to go elsewhere, especially with the kids.

Very Good resort. Good value for money. Lil far from the beach but the best way to move around is to hire a bike which you can get from hotel reception@200 baht/day. The pool is amazing and so is the restaurant. The staff was supportive. Room and washroom was clean.

Nice place for family. Very economic. Staff is very polite and breakfast is also good.

Mixed reviews, but not bad for $120 for 3 nights. What to expect extra. Felt the food is very expensive. Breakfast not included and priced at 250 bhat per person. Rooms are clean but felt some pungent smell in bathroom always.

A cozy hotel in the midst of palm trees and tropical plants. We have a spacious family room. Cleaned every day. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is really a bit in the mountain, but a leisurely walking pace of 5-7 minutes and you are in Patong. Near the restaurant with Russian cuisine "orange" well, and all amusement tong.

Nice hotel in a quiet area away from the noisy parts of Patong Beach. Keeps you fit walking in and back from the noisy parts.

Nice staff, much quieter than the rest of Patong. Nice, single cabins as a room. Really good food, in front of everything the breakfast buffet is huge and high quality. Fried egg, scrambled eggs or omelette are freshly prepared on a small cooking element, you can watch.

Rooms are not good and waited for 2 hours for the room and finally got it. The most important thing we have left our baggage there and went out and left our currencies in the baggage which as dollars and INR but when we went back and counted are currency there was bit less in the dollars of 100$and almost 7500rs in inr and they are to tallanted not robbed the entire packet of currency… kindly be aware. Inspire of they are planned charge for the hienken beer which we have not used from the mini bar…

I had been there a week ago, after stayed in Ananthara, sathorn (bangkok) my expectations with this resort was very high but all went into vein. Sharing my experiences one by one. On 14th feb I have arrived in phuket and we had our bookings already with this resort, there checkin time is 2 pm and we reached arnd 1.45 pm at resort, so these guys made us to wait for 1.30 hrs in such hot weather before giving us the rooms and made excuses that the cleaning is going on. They dint even have courtsey to ask us for drinking water. At ananthara, bangkok we made calls for our pickups and their staff constantly cooperated with us, even dint charge a single baht for it but on contrary the staff of this resort charged 20 bht for every local call. Rooms are old fashioned, doors and fixtures are all broken, cockroaches and flies are there to sleep and eat with you. Staff is non cooperative, even if you want half n hr more at the time of checkout these guys will make you leaving your room at 12 pm only. I asked for the same but they told that you have to checkout now and please wait at the lobby, I have waited fr almost 2 hrs as my flight was of 5 pm. No welcome, no greet, no thanks. Once u paid the bills then they will treat you as you are nothing for them. Disgusting experience with this resort.

Not a great place. Toilet in the bathroom kept running and we had to lift up the back to re-seat the stopper after every use. The shower drained over the sink and onto the floor. No bathroom amenities. Looks better on the outside than on the inside. The only plus was that the guy at the front desk was helpful and seemed to always be there We would come back to the hotel at 2am, sleep for a bit, get back up and 6am and he would be there and he would be there when we got back in the evening. Would not stay again.

We booked family room (king size bed 2) and 6 night. And already I contacted with resort about that we are 5 people. We have one disabled person and two 4-year-olds. We arrived at night, we couldn’t sleep in the reserved room. They said “Our family room are full now. We will give change your room tomorrow 2pm. Instead, I will give you free breakfast tomorrow. ” They gave me another room that 3 floor and there is 1 king bed and 2 extra bed. We didn’t have any choice. So we had to sleep in another room that night. Next day, we went to the front for change the room. They suddenly changed their words. They said “ You can sleep in family room from 26th — 29th and you have to change to another room again. Because we don’t have family room” So If we wanted sleep in family room, we had to change the room 3 times. They offered us free breakfast. We didn’t want free breakfast, We didn’t want extra bed, We didn’t want 3 floor, we didn’t want free dinner once. We just wanted the room reserved. We didn’t want sleep in another room (1 king bed and 2 extra bed). We asked to sleep in our reserved family room, but they said “we can't accept. ” So, why did they get reservations? The woman manager said, "If you don't like these conditions, move your hotel " We didn’t have any choice again. My mother is disabled women and I have 2 cousin who kids. We couldn’t change the room again again again. And we never wanted sleep on extra bed. So we had to changed the hotel.

One of our favourite boutique hotels in the world. We stayed here during the shooting of our worldwide marketing campaign. Rooms are stylish, awesome bathroms, excellent swimming pool, spa centre, everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday.

I have recently stayed at Club Bamboo, the staff are fantastic and very very helpful especially Anny and Ked, great hotel and pool in a lovely quaint surrounding, health and spa was so peaceful and relaxing, the beach is about 10 mins walk from hotel, its situated in a great place overall lovely staff and great hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you xxx.

A cocooning spirit. Great pool and excellent home.

Friendly staff. But cleaning is bad, under the bed, dirty towels and pillow cases changed every time. From the window saw the maid picked up my pillow from the floor and laid on the bed without changing the pillow case. (On the sun loungers by the pool well seen our room) Shampoo, shower gel and water in the room stopped to put on the 4th day of our stay there 6 nights. Sunbeds are terrible. Without a towel to sit on them disgusting. In many maskito. They bite.

Nice staff and overall fair price per night for a kingsize bedroom. However this Hotel is definitely not Made for elderly or disabled people because there is no elevator at all but instead a whole lot of stairs to take. No parkinglots available if you plan on arriving by car. The worst is the below average infrastructure of the entire hotel. Starting from molding areas in the bathroom over to ceilings coming down in the Fitnessroom (which is btw also pretty worn). The view from the rooms to the areas around is something you need to get used to… Just trash every here and there and/or other "well used" buildings. Breakfast is good, however either book it in advance (for cheap) or go for breakfast at some other place because you will get the same for less money. The staff is speaking english and very helpful. Overall, we can recommend this hotel but it definitely needs to invest money in infrastructure.

Staying here right now. Cosy and freindly, nice peoble nice room fix problems fast. I like it very much. I bit worn but I dont care as long as the peoble are nice to me and they sure are thanks Bamboo.

We stayed here for a week and it was an amazing experience. Just 2 km from Bangla road, it is a calm place. Rooms and the food at the restaurant are great. Our room was upgraded for no additional cost. Value for money. Loved it!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was very small. Great balcony.

Room smelled like old wet rug… Other than that everything is ok with this hotel. Those with knee problem or can't climb up stairs… OR have elderly family members… this hotel is NOT recommended!

Horrible cancellation policy — be sure you want to go there or they wont give your money back even if you changed your mind just after 2 days. No exception was made which I think is very sad. You are virtually stuck with them.

Dirty, noisy. Many dogs in entrance of hotel. Endless barking throughout night 3, 4:00AM…

Very friendly staff who are always on hand and helpful. Rooms are nice, grounds well kept with awesome pool and the restaurant has excellent opening hours with great food and drink options. Great value for money in a good location.

Great Hospality. Highly Recommended Accomodation. But Don't forgrt to hire a Bike by paying 250 Bhat/24 Hour. As it is little far from the beach. Also suttle service available.

Needs better bed. Cried first night need 3 — 4 blankets to lay on top of. Great location for price nice pool area and beautiful spa otherwise.

They don't respect and care their customers. Service is also not good. There are no lift, we have to climb by stairs till top. I stayed there between March 13 to 16 in 2016

Have stayed at club bamboo three different times. Always a pleasant experience. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very nice small boutique style hotel.

5 days in this place quiet, very nice location. Friendly staff, friendly, clear and accurate service. Very good quality/price ratio. Just a small flat on the general condition of the establishment that deserves a refurbishment.

Pleasant stay in a Superior Room. Bathroom had an awkward layout and the shower wasn't great. Room was clean and had a balcony, nort much of a view looking out away from the hotel. Pool was nice but collected leaves quickly from overhanging branches (didn't find it an issue). Bar and resturant next the pool with decent Thai food. Didn't have breakfast here. Amazing satay chicken. Must try. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers bike rental but will ask for your licence. Short walk into the city and up a hill. Tuk Tuk back should cost 200฿. Don't pay more. 1000฿ deposit easily returned. Good value for money.

Unpleasant customer service. Overall not very clean. The girl at reception with the acne and the twitches was a liar and a hypocrite and sadly should not work with the public. She made the place a nasty experience.

This place is a no frills affair and you get exactly what you pay for. Rooms are spacious and clean enough but overall finishings are old and in need of a revamp. Can't complain about the price though. There are certainly better places that would cost more.

I am surprised to see so many negative remarks. I did not have a single problem with the hotel staff and their service. Everything went on smooth for me. Phuket is an amazing place, far better than crowded Bangkok.
