Comfortable rooms in the new building. The old building rooms were a little small. Close to the city walking distance from town. Taxi and private transport expensive.

Well… Its a big ticket poor show hotel… To my surprise, First time in life while check in at 14:00 hrs we were offered welcome drink vouchers which we can use from 18:00 to 23:00 hrs… So welcome drink is served not at check in but at fixed times and that too one per person. Hotel lobby / reception area is not air-conditioned. So if you wait in lobby, you will need to take bath after getting wet with sweat. Pathetic location in the mid of small houses in a very shabby narrow uphill lane. We have to climb 500m every day to reach hotel as no taxi ready to drop to uphill Lane or they would charge double for this. We booked superior rooms but were offered the ground floor rooms with view to the slums. No beach view from rooms. Safety deposit of Rs. 2000/ has to be deposited per room and same is returned on getting clean report from their staff on check out. Secondly, there are so many rules with penalties mentioned at many locations in your rooms and hotel lobby that u start feeling you are staying in boarding school and not a hotel. There is list of some 50 odd items right from cup to Bed with their rates which you may have to pay if found damaged or misused. We literally were afraid even of dropping a shampoo bottle in bathroom. No napkins offered with towels, no bathrobes, Lamp and lamp stand was placed in corner with a short length wire to connect to plug. No Indian breakfast whereas all other hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya offered Indian dishes in breakfast menu.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Safe, fridge, TV, air conditioning is available. Bike rental took here without problems!

Although the staff were very friendly especially on the reception desk however the cleaners were very rude n didn't clean the room properly at all we had to tell them several times to change bedding n clean properly, the breakfast was very poor was not a lot of variety at all especially the traditional English breakfast wasn't anything no cheese no beans not even many choices of fruits it became rather boring breakfast even the location is quite out from the local attractions quite abit of walk to the patong beach and to the Bangla road the hill on the hotel is lot steeper than expected so the location is not good it says it's near but it's not especially with kids.

Amazing hotel. Staff really friendly. Good food good rooms. Tried to book again but was fully booked. Room air con is brilliant. All round good stay and good price.

The hotel is not bad. The new enclosure is better. The rooftop restaurant is very nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was very clean, the hotel has a restaurant, very tasty local dishes are served in it, of the cons far from the sea, but there is a shuttle that runs from the hotel several times a day to the beach! Recommend!

Hotel is damn excellent. Rooms are very spacious, you get spacious bathrooms. Some rooms have view to the sea and some to the pool. Breakfast options are good. Restaurant is very neatly maintained. Very less veg options when it comes to restaurant food options, only a pizza and fresh fruits. When u choose tea, Indian tea lovers will not like tea. Only a disadvantage is you will have to climb a steep road to reach hotel by walk if an option chosen.

A wonderful experience! From the moment you step onto the hotel grounds you're welcomed and made to to feel like first priority! The staff are friendly and kind, quick to answer any questions and understanding of any needs. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept with all your basic necessities as well as some luxuries like coffe and water, a hair dryer and a bit of showergel and shampoo. The hotel boasts amazing views that make the steep climb and cramped road here worth it, especially from the 5th floor where the hotel looks out over the town below;you can even see the sea from there. All in all it is a fantastic place to vacation at and I'd strongly recommended it for new and old travelers that aren't afraid to experience the culture of Thailand.

I stayed for 12 nights in the month of November 2017, the housekeeping leaves to be desired… Breakfast is only salty. Far from the city, and dangerous to move on foot to reach the Center. Friendly staff overall but with the large number of hotel I do not advice… very noisy at night.

Cheapo nasty. Very dated but expensive. The pictures must be very old.

Very friendly staff. Good Quiet location and yet all within Walking distance. Good and sufficient breakfast. The Restaurant on the Terrace is the most beautiful thing about the hotel. Room spacious and beautiful Terrace in the new Part.

So so. From the pluses of the view from the new building, at the expense of exaltation and quite responsive and friendly staff. From the cons, breakfasts, location, Toilaround and having a shuttle only to the beach side. Rooms, 4 out of 5.

Hotel is nice, the location is awful and is on a steep hill not great for walking. Hotel offer a free taxi service into Patong town centre but you will have to ask about for a taxi to take you back to the hotel.

Hi I'm coming to this hotel next month I booked the superior on the rock room is there Wi-Fi in the room and is it in the ne or old building can I hire a tuck tuck or a scooter or a car for my 8days stay and can use please give me prices of what I can hire to travel around.

Very good place to stay. Nearby main market. Managing Staff was very polite. Very clean. Good vibes.

They have two properties, one old and the other new, listed under the same label. Just make sure you book your room in the new property.

Hotel is good, satff is courteous. Only negative is lack of vegetarian food and location…

Nice hotel. It's just a little out of all the fun area of Patong. I wish they could provide transport to and from Patong Beach. IT was a long walk to Banglo road.

Very nice hotel with two nice pool.

On the fifth floor, the view is great, live on the second floor, out the door is the pool! Just hang around the place! And the hotel is in hillside, not too convenient.

Stayed at Casa Del M2 years ago and will never stay there again. Was very upset that we were put into the oldest part of the hotel as we are gold members of our club. To get upgraded we paid more money of which I do not believe we should of. Cannot remember the guys name behind the desk was absolutely fantastic.

Good hotel cool ambience my stay was very pleasant staff was very co-operative specially yui, noi, and aom very very suppotive at all times. food quality was very excellent. enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. visit phuket and stay at casa del m will be enjoyable experience.

Location, more difficult to find. Poor surroundings, halfway up the Hill, more laborious, many roadside trash, taste is relatively large. Hotel service was very good, pool was good!.
