At first when we checked in staff was helpful. The first problem was miscommunication on price of ferries. On their site they posted the price of 300, I also emailed them to confirm the times and price and they told me 7am and 300. When I arrived they said it’s 400 total with the shuttle to ferry. This is ok but why did they never mention the extra 100 on their site or emails. Also the ferry does not leave at 7 but the shuttle does and ferry at 830. I planned my route around their information they gave, but they did not explain well. Next we checked in and were told to take any bed in the dorm. We picked our beds and later returned to find all our things moved by other guests, they later said no we have assigned beds, which is ok but why say any bed before? I asked about a motorbike and additional costs of damages, the lady working said no extra, scratch ok. We didn’t get a bike but later heard another staff explain to customer if they scratch they have to pay (like most places) so I don’t know why they keep giving wrong information. Overall the place was average but the information and service was poor. When we checked out and took our shuttle to the ferry we booked with them, for some reason they put another guest going to the airport on our shuttle for 9 people going to the ferry. The shuttle stopped for 30 minutes to try to find the 1 guy a taxi to airport, I don’t understand why 9 people have to miss their ferry for one person but this is what happened.

Very Good hostel But there is something odd. I Stayed two nights and did not see any guest of the hostel.

Best hostel I have stayed in EVER. Price is perfect, the location is perfect, and the staff are even better! Would recommend to anyone and everyone who wants a hostel in Phuket. 11/10!

Amazing place to stay, the staff as pure rad and the atmosphere is awesome. Fully recommended to anyone and the prices are right good.

The staff is really lovely and helpful and the room are good for the price. 15 minutes by foot from the main street.

Lovely staff, good prices and good location in Patong (not far from the parties but not in the middle of the crowd).

You guys are THE BEST! Hands down, BEST hostel I've stayed in! Staff are so cool and very helpful, they made my stay memorable and always offered the best prices for tours. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Close to main attractions but far enough so you can sleep at night. See you guys again when I go back! Love from down under!

Fantastic place to stay great staff, fantastic food will stay there again. If your going to phuket then I strongly recommend this hostel more like a 4/5 star hotel than a hostel thankyou again all the staff at balcony hostel phuket.

Balcony is amazing. We weren't even staying herr but came in one afternoon during our trip to Phuket and the whole crew is amazing. Aood and Tim were so welcoming and helped us with everything we wanted to do and made it feel like a second home. Only left yesterday but already miss being there. Can't wait to come back and see you all!
