Very beautiful hotel Bathrooms are very nice. Very very clean.

Art Mansion At Patong is one of the fines places for stay. Nice people. Polite people. They even checked us in at 12 pm itself not 2 pm. Rooms are spacious and full with all amenities with locker, fridge, safe, bath tub, cup, coffee maker, ac etc. Value for money. One should come n stay. Overall recommended.

Rooms are nice and spacious. It is around a couple of kms away from patong beach. If you are looking for Indian food — badsha and tantra are good restaurants within a 2 km radius towards the beach. P. S Tantra is a bit cheaper.

A good hotel for unpretentious people, for whom the location and distance from the beach is not particularly important. The photo on better is a little better than a live state. The staff speaks only Thai, Russian do not understand English in a very limited volume, but at the same time very friendly try to understand and help the maximum. No deposit at arrival. It was a wonderful experience to stay in Art Mansion. It is a budget motel and the normal price of the room should be below THB 800. It is located about 10 mins away from Patong Beach Road. This hotel does not serve good breakfast though there are many affordable options around and the meals must not cost you more then THB 150 per person. The reception can help you to book tours to Phi Phi Island, Fantasia Show, Simon Carbaret, and more though do compare the prices outside as sometimes it might prove a bit expensive. You can book motorcycle on rent per day at only THB 200/ day. No room service or you can say that the service is quite slow but what more can you expect at such cheap price. The most important thing is that the place is safe to stay. You can book taxi to the airport at THB 800 or Van @ THB 150-180 per person. Cheers!

The hotel is not three stars. You can see that it is not a fresh construction. The rooms are old furniture. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good and the breakfast was very good. Artsy hotel (well only the lobby really is, the rest of the hotel is very much stock standard). We stayed over the new year break due to a cock up from Agoda and we would definitely not have chosen the hotel ourselves. Specifically staff are mostly distracted but the French manager is the best go to for local information. We were unfortunately booked into a windowless room — who knew these still existed. High points were a solid internet connection and a good shower. Low points are general cleaning is very poor (see photos for dead cockroach found in our room as we have checked in), hotel cafe is exorbitantly expensive and as others have commented the hotel is about 15-20 mins away from Patong beach. Overall it's an ok place to stay but there's so much choice around and our preference was always to stay away from Patong and around the more peaceful Kamala beach.

Never ever book this hotel No safety NO intercoms / have dead phones in some rooms, You cannot call the reception. Found trip hazard in my room Complained but no response only answer our hotel is already booked can't help. No room service No restaurant (only area to sit and have breakfast / liquor)

Upon arrival, our rooms were mixed up due to a staff member losing our room key, therefore waiting half an hour before gaining access to our rooms. The rooms were below average in cleanliness. As for the Wi-Fi, the connection is on the same level as dial-up and does not work at all. Our expierence here wasn't pleasant at all, and it is very far away from the town centre and even further from the beach (not walking distance). The Hotel manager was very rude in resolving a situation in relation to the room and trying to rip us off completely. Overall, our group was highly disappointed in our stay and will definitely not be returning or recommending this resort.

Stay Away. They asked me and all guests in a very unfriendly and treatening way to leave because there is a new owner… And said call the old owner to get a refund. And that owner cannot be reached. Its the old pass a hotel around between two guys and kick out all the guests trick. That repeats every 6 months or so.

Quite cheap for the place, big room, 20 min walking to the beach, but you are near enough to eat cheap in the local restaurants and rent cheap bikes around.

A very good hotel. And if we consider it relative value for money-the hotel is just gorgeous!

Horribly rude staff. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful tone by a hotel staff member. Cockroaches in room. Misleading pictures. stay away.

If you like to live with roaches — welcome. Dirty, dirty, dirty! Walls, floor, towels — everything. Very unfriendly staff. We have been trying to change the room because of many roaches inside, the man at recepsion told us, that we can eat them (roaches).

When looking for a hotel that has managed to go here. Terrible hotel-it has little to say. In Thailand will not go, unsanitary solid. On the road to it there is a feeling as if you walk among piles of garbage, the length of 15 minutes from the sea. I feel drenched with slops. Urns no, the locals throw themselves under the feet of everything from cigarette butts to Tara from just-eaten food. After 10 days of stay linen is not changed. Breakfast every day the same (egg, a little bacon, a sausage, a leaf of salad, not tasty coffee, a glass of juice, two pieces of toast). The staff allows her working hours to drink beer at the reception, as well as trannies. Basically from the Windows look out to a wall of another hotel, which is located two feet. Weak Internet in the reception area, the rooms are not catches. Don't come in, so as not to spoil your holiday and don't regret spending the Finance.

The same as Patong Forest also really nice and clean!
