Hotel as a hotel, standard triple, price-quality, of liveliving only heekotoki on the stairs. The rooms are big, there is Russian TV. It's a regular hotel. No better or worse than others. For some reason close the pool on the roof at night, to water overlooking the patong at night will not work, but the staff is another matter. There is no language. I don't think they understand each other well. Intelligence is completely absent, it is a feature of the hotel, in any case you will see only stupid eyes looking at you. And of course, if suddenly, you will have a request above their understanding, then wait for trouble, they will do nothing.

I visited thailand and this hotel I took in my package. Giving it only star and it totally deserves this. Did'nt liked anything about it. The worst thing being interaction of hotel staff with us. They had no gratitude and no did not talked in the right manner. Won't suggest anyone going there.

They took the hotel only because of the low price, slept one night, then traveled themselves. But what we had time to feel: the deposit unexpectedly large 3, 000B (on the islands in the same "troika" 500B) numbers "tired". An average hotel to stay. Services are poor. Lots of things to improve. Nobody speak understandable English. Overall, expensive hotel with budget hotel services!

Near to beach, excellent service, superb breakfast, Pool is just avg. Cleaning service is nice. Ambiance is so nice. Phuket has entirely different culture when compared to other places in thailand .

The Hotel is not new. Stayed on the 8th floor, in the "suite". The Room is large, but the Jacuzzi lacked details) ), yes, and not in the Jacuzzi happiness-only a night in the room, shower, and all the days on the island on a motorbike-beauty! Tourists on other floors complained about the presence of cockroaches. The Staff at the reception-generally a stalemate-rude and just stupid. Restaurant norms for breakfast. Good location. Good breakfast. The room has everything. The bed is gigantic. The problem is one-small annoying.

Good and clean. First 3 days of my 7days no hot water. And then fixed it. Breakfast ok. I look back again maybe.

Arrived 3 times, on the face negative dynamics. Now do not give at all beach towels. Settled in a distant building with a pool. The room is not tiled at all. The crane is unfixed and dangles. In general, you can still interrupt, but we will not go here again.

Worst hotel in phuket near patong beach with impolite staff and receptionist. They didn't gave us breakfast although we had booked it. Overall worst hotel and resort in whole of thailand.

Nice place to visit. 0.5 KM away from beach. I will suggest to visit local market in night. That is best place to taste local Thai food at low price.

My impression of this hotel was generally satisfactory, (apart from the fact that the cleaning was not done in the best way and the sand in the room did not disappear) until I discovered the missing dress! The concept of a door at a closet in this hotel does not exist, therefore all clothes hung on a kind. I was alone and often traveled outside the island, the dresses were with me only 2! Therefore, it was not difficult to detect the loss. No one gave me any comments!
Please refuse to stay in this hotel if you do not want to stay without something more important.

Excellent location with everything nearby specially nite mrkt n patong beach. Hotel food great too… Staff are RUDE to customers. Rooftop pool is calm n cozy. Rooms are clean with thermostat.

Beautiful resort located in a great location, convenient for both those who love nightlife in the centre of Pathong (3min on foot from Bangla Road) and for those looking for daily excursions thanks to the agency Turististica located at the entrance of the resort. The staff are very friendly, helpful, caring and always with a smile…

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Myself and my wife stayed in this hotel on 19/01/2018 & 20/01/2018 and I like to share my worst experience with every honoured tourist. We have been travelling since 1982 to different parts of the world. But for the first time we faced this horrible experience. After going through my review, if anyone like to book this hotel further, he/she must know where the room is alloted before booking. APK group has three main properties in Patong itself. They are, 1) three by apk, 2) apk hotel & 3) apk resort & spa. Now APK Resort & Spa has two buildings side by side, but not continuous. On the Road, APK old building, whose photos uploaded in their website with some of the photos from new buliding which you cannot discriminate, next building is Patong Resortel, which is different property and different owner. Third one is new building of APK is at the last. We were alloted at this property, no reception, no room service, if anything happened with you, nobody will be there to attend. Lift can run only with two adults and one suitcase. If third person enters, lift will stop for overweight. Rooms have insufficient space. You will see that Wi-Fi in lobby, but no strength. So no download or upload. Even I could not upload my tour photos in facebook. Each time I have to go to the lobby of first building on the road. Peculiar fittings of shower and taps on the tub. Each time after water use, the whole bathroom use to be flooded with water. Faulty system.

The Hotel is really great. But to sleep quite well. The Staff is friendly. Wi-Fi at the influx of guests brakes creepy (Breakfasts are quite edible.

The hotel meets the requirements… Two swimming pools. One on the roof of the hotel… Rooms as pictured in the prices… A little far from the sea but within walking distance… I do not know the food as I took the pass without it… The staff was very friendly and helpful. The… I stayed at the hotel… As will be with departure do not know for the reason that have passed on reception at settling on 1000 baht… If everything is ok give… The room was clean and the breakfast was very… Photographed just in case… Who doubt advise… Budget option… Without much frills.

Cheaters… Show pics of main wings and while check in, give last wing. Not 3* but you can call it lodge. Rooms very small, lock not working, Coffee maker given but no Supplement given (he said today not available will give tomorrow)

The hotel is a norm. 3 line. The market is next minute three foot. Breakfast was good. The rooms were cleaned every day. But it's not bad. ) Good rest.

This hotel is situated near Patong beach and the rooms are also very good and comfy. It also has a swimming pool on the roof and one can get a nice view of the city and the beach from the terrace. Food served here is excellent and they also have buffet for breakfast. There are many grocery stores and restaurants situated near this hotel. If you want to experience night life of Phuket, Bangla Road is where u wanna be. It just takes 5 min from this hotel to go to Bangla Road.

We had booked the honeymoon suite Then even the Junior Suite with extra bed for our child.
The suites are beautiful and functional. If you book in advance, you get the rooms at a great price. So for me as a Thailand connoisseur and Thai ratios really a suite.
Know the normal rooms. These are also okay and functional.

The staff was very helpful. The lack of understanding of the Russian language and the desire to help solve the problem, an online interpreter to remove the spoken borders, does not help. The room was Bachjok.
It's a good location, close to the market and shopping center, to the sea 700 meters, about 15 min foot.

We took a room in a guest house next door. By facility we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant.

It's a quiet nightmare. The mattress is very clean and the pillows are very good. Rooms All OBOSR … It feels like the hobos lived here and they didn't get away with it. It's broken and service. I don't recommend it. There are 10 minutes to the beach. There's nothing, the fruit in the bar in particular the pineapples are spoiled, the melon is not ripe, whether the grass is a melon or a smell of taste. Near the pool of the mold sink and Tina weird.
