Great value. Absolutely gorgeous infinity pool! Perfect apartment in walking distance to everything like market, beach, massage shops and restaurants.

My room was filthy when I arrived, I have never stayed anywhere as dirty as here, there were screaming children running around the halls outside my room almost every day when I was there unsupervised, I even saw a child puking in the main common area and no one cleaned it up, the internet barely worked, the management we're extremely unfriendly and inflexible (there are signs everywhere threatening fines or eviction if you do xyz and the staff can't be bothered to help). For the amount of accommodation that is now available in Nai Yang, the location and quality is way below par. Stay elsewhere and nearer to the beach and you will be so much happier! *****Update*****Since posting this review the manager sent this response to my personal email: "Thank you for being vicious and leaving such terrible review to our place. We trying to do good deal for volunteers, but receiving knife to our back, hope karma with be equal to you. Good luck. " Talk about 'great' customer service and scary to think that someone at this level and who works in the hospitality field feels it's OK to write a threatening message to a customer's personal email. And the emails didn't stop here. He continued to send me harassing and accusatory emails after this.

Awesome hideaway near such a beautiful Naiyang beach! We have so lovely memories of our 2 weeks holiday here, of those cool and cheap overwhelming markets nearby where we bought the freshest seafood for our family dinners at our happy home, snorkeling in the National Park, stunning sunsets on the beach and dining with our toes in the sand, lovely local people always ready to help, cosy coffee shops and swimming under the stars in the stunning condo swimming pool! We’ll be back!

The condos are small and the kitchen facilities are poorly equipped 2 plates cups and glasses for a 2 bedroom apartment. The promised Wi-fi didn’t extend to our room so we had to sit in reception to use it. It’s a long way from the beach a 5 minute cab ride where any reasonable facilities are. The beach is lovely and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from, its just more than the 10 to 15 minute walk. The pool is lovely and the Gym looks good and the surroundings are nice. It was cheap and fine for our 2 night stay, it was convenient for the airport. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Water pressure was incredibly frustrating, took a long time to shower, very pricy for a huge hotel. The furniture was very tatty and kitchenette tiny. Poor selection of kitchenette utensils, most old and blunt knives. Gym equipment consists of poorly chosen elements. A junior bench and half the machines out of order.

The condominium itself is very good, with well kept rooms. However it is challenging to find anything interesting out here — for food/drinks or nightlife, with everything at least 8-10km away. The beach area is quiet and nice, but overall other parts of Phuket are much better for having fun.

I visited the pool and fitness. Pool is very good, 20 m, fitness is for starters. Nice place. A lot of russians.

Nim was super helpful, went above and beyond for me. Comfortable room, good if you need to be by the airport and want a pool and fitness center. Everything in the room worked well and was very clean!

Amazing facilities, beautiful room. Great security within the hotel also. Could easily book a taxi to the airport. Food around the area can be hard to find but it is great value and good quality. Loved it!

There is a swimming pool. The gym. Close to the best beach of Naithon beach. You can take a bike rental service. Close to the beaches of naiyang and Mai Khao.

Spotless, like it's never been lived in before! Aircon amazing 1 in each room. Cheap for what you get, friendly staff. Wi-Fi is perfect for YouTube and Netflix in my room on the 4th floor.

Nice, new building. Rooms are cosy and have aircon. Does lack Wi-Fi in rooms.

Gym is quality and pool is huge!

Great place to stay overnight, or even over a year! Affordable, yet beautifully designed rooms, generously equipped with kitchen and all-needed accessories will make you stay unforgettable. Only 10 minutes walk from one of the best beaches of Phuket Island and in the middle of everything for everyday life.
