This place was most disappointing. This is was an air bnb booking from Vitamin. We booked 3 night stay with 3 beds only to find 2 beds and a futon type mattress that was thin like a gym mat. Pictures were very misleading. The main bathroom began to flood after a shower. The a/c in one of the rooms was not working and we were not given pool bands and were told that they were not needed but signs everywhere clearly stated that you must wear bands or pay 500thb to use the pool. We were moved to another unit but the next unit was even worse so when we asked to be moved back the agent became upset and locked herself in another unit for over 15 mins. We finally had to call and request refund for the unused nights and he refused. We were told that we could leave and find a 5 star hotel if we didn't like the place and no refund would be given. Next day and After much debate we were given 50% back and were marked as no show for the unit. I highly recommend never to book at this place and especially not with Vitamin. The place is very removed from everything. Save your time and money and Go some where else.
