The manager is gorgeous. The pool is so much fun. The clientel very adverse. All good. Really, what to do under the circumstances with COVID-19! Melody Phuket is for sure doing all they can, and it's just perfect. Big nice beds, cosy ambiance and a great sofa. Recommend them big time.

Nice clean hotel well situated, staff pleasant and has the ecoute beautiful swimming pool I recommend we are currently, and c is top for. First in thainande.

We spent a superb stay in this hotel. The staff is nice, smiling and very responsive. The rooms were clean. The hotel is really nice. A nevette files every morning from the beaches of Karon and Kata. The location is perfect (close to restaurants, bank, pharmacy, pubs, massage salons, supermarket… thank you Again to all the team!

Great Stay
Welcoming environment and the Hotel. They recommend, when you can enjoy scenic, quiet and cozy hotel. Great personal touch and generous staff. Upgrade to the Pool room. Close to attractions and beaches. Nice Time. We used the Orange Car to Phuket twice already (it was quickly found on Google) and both times we were very satisfied. If you are planning to visit Phuket and car hire services, choose Orange Car Phuket (in the case of Google quickly found).

Everything is perfect, location, service, the hotel capacities, the only minus is loud and Chinese people coming by buses every day. Highly recommended.

It's a decent hotel. Clean, good breakfasts, clean pool, polite staff. Cons of Wi-Fi outages and distance from the sea. But, if you ride a bike, the remoteness does not strain.

Very clean, deliciously fed, good staff… Everyone smiles and responds to requests as much as possible. The view is amazing, there is a large pool downstairs. The towel, the umbrellas, all give out. You can even make a photocopy of the documents.

Good location between 2 beaches. It's a nice hotel. Pure and modern. Changing clothes every day. Water in glass bottles 0, 5 also daily. One moment. Glass bull. Do not throw out and out of the room can not take out (they are reusable)

It's a great hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfasts are hearty, towels change daily. To the beach on foot for 15-20 minutes, on the road is full of souvenir shops, along the way you can buy fruit. The choice of place to rest are happy with it, and it is not noisy, and the tourist infrastructure is nearby, and the conditions are decent.

A hotel with some good reviews. I did. And it really is. Clean, cozy, good breakfast, polite staff. The friends even returned the purse with money. Yes, it's 20 minutes to the sea, but it's not a problem for me. From 9 to 10 goes a ride to Karon and Kata. If you ask, he can take her to Kata Noah.

We stayed here for 6 nights when travelling in Phuket. The room: we got a pool access room which was very convenient Had a nice and clean sit-out area for soaking up the sun. Bed was nice and big enough for me, husband and our 3.5 year old who wanted to sleep with us The children's cot was clean and basic and did the job well. The pool: Nice and clean it has enough pool chairs to lounge around the pool The general ambience: the whole place is small enough, but very nice and neat it is close to a main road, so you can hear the vehicles if sitting outside However, the windows/doors to the room are sound proof and the noise didn't get in. Breakfast buffet: Average Access to beach and other places: Karon and Kata beach are about 10 min away by Tuk/Tuk taco (200 baht) — there is also a hotel shuttle that takes you down to the beach in the morning. There are some fruit markets and road side cooking stalls for dinner and such. Seven eleven and pharmacy is close by Close-ish (30 mins) to Chalong temples, Big Budda etc Overall, its a nice place and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very good for your money. There is a pool, there is high quality Wi-Fi, a balcony on which it is pleasant to drink. Fridge and safe. And the main thing is all new and qualitative.

Good value for money. The Melody offers access to the surrounding pool from the ground floor rooms. The breakfast is available from 6-10am.

From the moment we checked in we realised that the staff aren't there to provide any level of customer service. The hotel was almost empty. The room was clean and OK. When we booked, the agoda page said it had a gym with photos. Apparently this is only available in high season. The agoda page still says that the hotel has a yoga room, but apparently this is only available in high season too. It's quite a walk to to the beach, but it's OK, they have a shuttle bus — but, you guessed it, only in high season! The first day, there were 3 drop offs and one collection. By the second day, the sign had been altered to show only one drop off. At breakfast they had signs for porridge, pancakes and other things, we were also told were only available in high season. When we asked to speak to the manager as we wanted a hotel with a gym, we were told that she's in Italy (seems like a common excuse, see their Facebook reviews) and would be back the day after we were due to leave. The staff said they would see what they could do. By that night, they hadn't said anything to the night staff. The night staff claimed that he didn't have a phone number for any manager. The next day, the "supervisor" said she still couldn't speak to the manager, but tried to call her on the same mobile phone that the night staff was using. I gave her agoda's phone number and she said the number didn't work — but when I tried the same number, funnily enough I got through without a problem.

Pricier than Other hotels around, but is definitely worth it, even though I stayed there only one night I could see that the place was very well taken care of. The room was modern, clean, and with a very comfy bed. AC ran smoothly​. It's a very cool place for people that don't wanna be in noisy areas, only 15 min walk to kata Beach. The music themed rooms added a very unique touch.

Do not break anything, or it could become a "criminal case"! Nothing really to complain ~ considering the price~ just don't break anything lol or they might really make it a criminal case so here is what really going on in this place~dispute its western "look", this place treats their guests as how they are viewing us — idiots with too much money to spend~well it could be just towards the Chinese ones, cuz this old old old woman said "All Chinese pay", since my exp with them is of course limited to what I have personal gone through, if u are not Chinese they might just" let u walk with just a warning ", then again they might not~I am actually ok with this piece of tinny glass costing 2000THB (57.29usd), which according to my thai friend should only cost about 150-200THB tops, what I am not ok with is that when I ask for the damage, they have to went through the whole act about calling their owner in Italy (while the owner is actually just lives in that hotel), how about keep ur elementary level mind game for someone who can actually fall for it. What I am not ok with is that, u refuse to give me a receipt for it right away, of course, I wouldn't wanna give a receipt for a crime this stupid as well.

Great location 10 minutes to beach, shops and amenities close by. Very clean hotel, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The staff is friendly and the bed is firm and comfortable. The bad thing is the aircon is centralised and take at least 30 mins to an hour before the temperature drop to a cooling temperature during a hot day.

Back home now and missing this hotel already… love all the staffs, from reception, restaurant to housekeeping, the beds r very comfortable, breakfast buffet is also fantastic everyday. Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay! Pob kan mai na khrap!

I've stayed in bangkok hotels 3 times the price while this is 3 times the quality. I would rate this hotel as 4 stars rather than 3. Breakfast is good, staff are very attentive without being too full on and ghe rooms are modern and spotless. I extended my stay from 4 days to 8 and would definitely return.
