Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfy and spacious room, excellent price, nice location. I Recommend it!

The hotel had a nice design and looked generally clean. However there was a cockroach in our room in the first night. We only got a 50% refund for one night. We got moved to a different room for the next night and we got assured that there had been preventative measures done. We got woken up the next day by a even bigger cockroach anyway. When I accidentally stepped on one bare feet later that day we decided that was time for us to check out. The staff wasn’t helpful at all and could speak hardly any english and the manager was trying to blame it on us. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

Great budget hotel. Breakfast is nothing to rave about. If you are looking at staying here, I would consider no breakfast option and go somewhere else in the area for breakfast. Rooms are clean and tidy, somewhat noisy if you are on the main street/beach facing side. Consider asking for a north facing room at point of booking.

Good location as there is night market opposite to the hotel. Reasonable price with acceptable services. Only mins walk to Kara Beach.

I stayed there 6 days, all was well, except minute of check out. I was told that free water glass bottles are not in the room (of course I trash it), so they charge me 100 BHT. Also they try to scam me at the same time at reception that one glass is missing and to get more money from me… WATCH OUT! Count when you check-in and write it down)!

What happens in the hotel do not know. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. Clean, small restaurant. In the menu: 6 dishes of eggs, cooked with you; Fried bacon, sausage or chicken sausage, beef in the form of gravy, rice or macaroni. From fruit: Bananas, pineapple, dragon fruit, papaya, something else. Puff pastry, white bread-dark, coffee machine. Milk is hot and cold, a variety of ready breakfasts: cereal, granola, oatmeal. Two kinds of jam, condensed milk. Various fresh vegetables and leaf salads.

We were moved here for one night because of the lack of places in the hotel on the voucher. The pool area is small. The room was very clean. The room was clean. The safe is not raotal. Near the sea, the market and many useful places.

The sea is close to 5 min. In the room paint on the door of the paint flies away. The room was very clean. The staff is friendly. 2 swimming pools on the roof deck chairs are available. The location is convenient. Cafes and shops are within walking distance. Nearby is a local nomadic market.

The hotel is next to Kata Beach, walk 7 minutes, but the road there will require you courage, I could not walk there, to Karon Beach to walk 15 minutes. The hotel provides beach towels, they can be changed during the day for new and 2 bottles of water in the room edednevno. Cleaning every day, but we had problems, although left for tea daily, the toilet paper will not be put, there is no soap. The breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very kind. The room was quiet.

Only 5 mins to the kata beach and near karon beach, the room is quite well decorated but small, We have a balcon but a view of the building site in face is not sympa and also lots of noise day and night. The shower is a disaster, we don't have hot water constantly and the pressure is not enough.

A small cozy hotel with a lovely interior and wonderful service. Nearby everything you need: beach, exchanges, cafes, 7/11, pharmacy. The Internet is good. Come back!

Very nice place to stay.

The place is very convenient to all the supermarket and night market. Best of all, 5 mins walk to Kata Beach!

You can live. But the location is not ideal. The construction site nearby.

A good place to stay on a budget. Small rooms but serviced every day. Friendly staff.

Bad service. Payed almost like a 5 star hotel for a tiny room with a tiny bed. The hall was frozen like a fridge when the weather was pleasant. The Wi-Fi didn't work. I wouldn't recomend it. I will come back to Phuket but never at the same hotel.

The rooms are spacious and luxurious, but the breakfast needs a lot of improvement and is not up to standard.

The hotel was very nice for the price charged. Clean and comfortable room, about 2 blocks away from the beach with all needed essentials (groceries, laundry, etc) very close by. I arrived early because of my flight and they even let me in the room earlier than the check in time.

Just came for a drink. There are sofas and bean bags all over the place to chill out. Drink prices were about average for Kata. Staff were friendly and polite. The only really minor negative point was the sofa/cushions could do with a wash.

A disadviser, unpleasant staff, area without interest, hotel located in front of a sewage treatment plant. The pools are ridiculous, two shells of cold water. And the price really abused for the benefits. We arrived at midnight and a half, 1 H taxi from the airport, the type at the reception did not even offer us a glass of water, we paid full rate to make the room at noon or 12 h rental without breakfast which more is, all 1000baths. The scam.

I went there to avoid the unsafeness of certain youth hostel only to realise money was missing from my bag when I came back after they cleaned the room. I got told I should have put anything valuable in the safe (my bad for believing they were professionals who would not take anything from me). Only go there if you are ready to hide all your belongings. I talked with them for a while but they offered absolutely no compensation whatsoever. First time that ever happens to me in a hotel. I expected better from a hotel on the main road of Kata.

This was our second hotel in Phuket — we were in Patong first. Very very clean hotel, chic and nice. Not dated, looks fairly new. Rooms are well equipped with free Wi-Fi, working A/C, very clean, very comfy beds, safety box in room, ~250m walk to Kata Yai Beach — there's a little walkway. And about a 15-20 min walk to Karon Beach. Nightlife here is pretty quiet (we were here in early May) compared to Patong, but still some cool bars around! There is a open market Monday evenings and Thursday Evenings literally right outside to your left and two 7eleven's right around the corner. Rooms are pretty quiet — however you can hear your neighbours if you have any. Hotel staff were somewhat helpful, but not that friendly/talkative as they were in Patong.

Nautical theme is carried out very nice. Breakfast option is worth it. They have cereal, toast, pad thai, omlette station, salad, pasta, coffee and delicious juices. Great Wi-Fi signal in our room. Big room for $30/night. Beach towels available for when you go out. Friendly staff. Only toiletries available are soap and shampoo (which smells really good). AC works great. Only cons were the shower has no walls and the drain is slow so the water on the floor goes everywhere. You have to be careful and shut it off or you'll flood the bathroom. Also, the beach is close but it's along a stinky sewage canal. There another way that smells better but the shorter way isn't that bad. Tons of restaurants and 2 7-11's nearby. Night market is nice to check out.

Great location! Fast new lift. Clean pools on the roof. Nice design of the hotel. Kind staff. Good cocktails without a lot of ice instead of alcohol)
Good plumbing without stupid interruptions temperature in the shower. Clean pleasant room. Good technique the condo the TV bar. A lot of lighting in the room above the curtains behind the bed. Lamps. I do not regret it)
Good blackout curtains. Balcony with a table. All for 3900 per day is generally super. Stayed for 5 days. Think will be back)

Breakfast is good but little choice. Noisy in the room (hear the whole motion). The rooms are clean, but no balcony, Smoking not allowed in the rooms (fine 2000 baht). We are on the 3rd floor, the stairs are steep, no Elevator. The sink clogged and the toilet because of this smell is. Not for the first time in Tae. To the sea 5 minutes. Its a small price justifies the hotel.

Cheese tortilla is almost a quesadilla bit not quite. Still amazing!

Affordable and has just about every amenities for a comfortable stay in Kata.

Very well located, close to the sea and shops.
Large defect: The WC of the rooms which offer no privacy with their smoke glass door impossible to lock and the space of 5 mm between the door and the frame.

Excellent hotel. Very good price. Rooms excellent and modern. We don't missed nothing. Very nice. The only bad thing is the access to the beach but I tell you one thing. Would go.

New hotel, clean, nice, good location (5mins to the beach), friendly service with nice smiles always and cool restaurant. Only the pool seems to be totally different from the pictures. Love it.

A very cozy hotel, located almost at the junction of the beaches of Kata and Caron. Pleasant staff, daily housekeeping, European breakfast, ubiquitous Wi-Fi.
Nearby all the infrastructure: shops, pharmacies, exchangers, even a market where fresh seafood is cooked right in front of your eyes!
I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday in Phuket!

All for the comfort of guests: fast internet throughout the hotel, a rooftop whirlpool, air conditioning in every room and friendly staff! What else is needed for a good holiday?! :)
