Fantastic place to relax. Room was great. Service was fantastic. Small details made our stay very enjoyable. Good variety of food at breakfast. Very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Beautiful resort. Wonderful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Beds for us were good. Would definitely go again. Wonderful for kids too, although I did not come with my younger kids.

Not a bad hotel for a family holiday. Lots of couples with kids. There are several swimming pools, slides, playground, gym. Far to go to the beach, 10-15 minutes; which is not always convenient, but for the lazy there is a free transfer.

We are returning guests and the treatment we received has been great. More important we've seen improvement to their services. Breakfast is the highlight and the staff can't do enough to help you. The pool music could be improved.

We have a rest in Centara at the moment. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. On the first request everything is solved. The staff is friendly, smiling. The pool is clean, the bar is OK. The room has insect repellent, air conditioning works regularly. Recommend.

Wonderful hotel and nice personal, close to tge beach. On the right side has got a lot of places to eat. There is a small bazar on tge left side. (On the photo is the restaurant on the left side of the hotel, quite expensive)

Beautiful hotel, really friendly staff, especially towards the kids, we have come with a 2, 5 and 8 year old and the staff live them and my 4 year old has said how nice and friendly the Thai people are.

Nice hotel at good price. Top breakfast and for lunch/dinner there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Hotel Level 4 *. At all 100% of the stars are honored. There are rooms with access to the pool. They are two-room (for those who choose exactly such). Swimming Pool 3. In some almost always there is a shadow (for children is actual). Good breakfast. The room was very clean and the bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel just in the middle of all the action. Secluded enough if you are looking for some peace and quiet but walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Beautiful swimming pool and all staffers in our experience were nice and polite always ready to help out. Definitely one of the better hotels in Phuket, Thailand.

Pros: the territory is good, customers from the former CIS is not so much, the girls at the reception are excellent — good knowledge of English.
Cons: not very location — inconvenient to get to the sea. Very old rooms. The cleaning is mediocre. Breakfast is not very diverse.
Conclusion: the hotel of the same chain on Caron is more pleasant in every way. Solid three. I don't want to visit again.

A very decent hotel. A little tired repair, but all in decent condition. Tasty fed, the staff are responsive and friendly. Great pools, towels give. To the sea run shuttles (walking about 15 minutes because of the hotel, which covers the entire shore). For families with children — great, there is a children's club, playground, etc. Thais are very happy children, friendly and smiling. Lunch-dinners do not make sense — around a lot of cafes, you can bring yourself to the hotel. For children, the place is the restaurant "Veranda" they are a head higher for the same money. In "Chekhov" with children do not go, it is a cloaca with bought reviews, we had 1 time enough.

Attentive and kind staff, clean place, well furnished, comfortable, spacious, central, around many shops, market, and info centers.

Quiet, clean hotel. Three pools, one with a slide. Breakfast is delicious, but there is always someone who will not like it. To the beach minutes 10-12 on foot. In the morning walks truck to the beach, 5 minutes drive. Record on it on a separate rack. The principle is simple: who first signed up, the first and planted in truck. But our tourists and here ahead of the planet all-come completely without a record and arrange a scandal. But this is an isolated case. The rest is like it. Would recommend for a family holiday.

If you take Tai as a whole, it is a place for those with children or families. The view of the ocean, the beach is clean enough, but not ennobled, Fall. (beaches are all municipal, but showers and peredevalok, as well as toilets do not). But gradually accept everything as they have and the way of the locals and shopkeepers… The locals certainly starajutsja to please, as far as they understand… As a result, the climate wins, you get tired of analyzing and retiring… Because we have SNOW.

Family hotel, The grounds are green, large, there is a children's room and a pool with a slide and the entrance to the pool for children is gentle. There is a pool for very small. Also there are billiards, table tennis, breakfast rather varied buffet. Fruit watermelons, Passion fruit, pineapple, papaya, bananas, etc. We came to the hotel earlier because of a charter and we were warned by tour operators that we would have to pay extra in the $85 area, but we paid 1000 baht and we were immediately upgraded with a condition of 12.00 next day we'll be given another number. The staff is Polite. Clean rooms, bright, big, beds are comfortable.

Friendly staff, at times under pressure at breakfast times, well laid out resort, close to restaurants and taxis.

Nice place, could be 4 stars with few fixes: more personnel. Now the hotel had ppl to do so many roles during the day. They did their best with a smile but the guests had to wait (drink, food, cleaning) when the personnel need to do so many other things in the meantime as well. Sometimes I already finished my starters before I got anything to drink or my breakfast before I got my coffee. The other thing was old textiles. The pool towels were dirty looking and bed sheets had holes. Small things, can be fixed.

Nice place but in need of some renovation. The breakfast is good but the lunch and dinner are expensive and not that good as cheaper options outside the hotel area. The pool is big and well maintained but could have been deeper than 1.5m. It has a good pool bar. The hotel is well suited for families with children, with outside and inside playground and very friendly staff.

Not quite the standard I expected for a 4½* accommodation. Here's why: for every return from a trip outside, the condiments are never replenished, and a shower door is missing. Don't get me wrong; the room is great and the staff are incredibly courteous and polite — even the security guard greets you with a smile whenever you come and go — but I guess with certain accommodations of a rating this high there is always something they can't get right. Apart from that, great stay!

Hotel with 4 stars, and no more. Good-natured staff. Standard food, edible. The rooms are clean. Pools. The territory is cleaned regularly. WI FI INTERNET ACCESS and a safety deposit box in the room. Minus that doesn't have its own sea.

Very polite and helpful service people. Clean room. Beautiful pools. Only that it is quite far (10 min. Walking) from beach with a free shuttle bus service (but for one way only). Centara is a 4 stars hotel chain in the same group of Sofitel and always professional organised. Worth for money.

Very nice for vacation with family.

Went on holiday with wife and stayed here from 08/08/2013 till 13/08/2013 the hotel was everything and more and the staff where 1 of the best and friendly people I have ever meet, food was great, room was clean and tidy every day, grounds around the hotel where maintain every day we where there, staff even helped me out when I couldn't get my mobile sim card to work they showed me what I was doing wrong. The wife and I have already book for another holiday at this hotel but we are going to bring the kids back with us this time. AAAAA++++ this goes out to all that work at the Resort bloody good job keep it up :).
