Had a really good stay, we upgraded our room and literally just walked out the door into a pool. Friendly staff, food was good and close to shops with a quick toot toot ride to others.

This is a beautiful Resort I loved walking through and looking at all of their art. They have an orchid garden or you can see bananas and tons of orchids and pretty birds and statues.

Great hotel, of the main pluses its huge grounds with several pools, water slides and plenty of space to stay, everything is very beautiful. Rooms are also without questions, everything is necessary. Not always high-quality cleaning of rooms (had to leave a tip — ask to clean better), boring breakfasts (although this is a subjective assessment).

Water slides, pools for kids, nice staff, old hotel but rooms are spacious. Ample parking. Good breakfast. Shops and restaurants around hotel. Perfect place for kids. (I. E extra towels for kids already present in room when check in). Short walk to nice Karon beach.

Few different Pools were very great. Kids love water slide. However, I found the baby poo in the baby swimming pool and floor… and raised the issue but staff didn't close the entire baby pool to clean up. Staff should've closed the pool and clean up.

I stayed here two years ago. After this trip I wanted to buy an apartment in Phuket in a condominium. Be careful what you want!

Good hotel, justifies its 4 stars! The large area and water park is a paradise for children in general. Friendly staff and around a bunch of everything from cafes to tattoo parlors…

Bad hotel, and I don't like it at all. It should be rated two star. The smell coming from bath room and the AC was liking The bed was uncomfortable at all.

Great water slides, rooms decent size, very clean, staff nice, good pools. Stone throw from Karon beach which is great for walks, watching sunset etc. Got adjoining rooms which was a bit of a novelty.

It's very beautiful! The hotel is made under an ancient temple and has a huge pool with water slides where you can go with children, and if you want to go to the sea then it is right across the street. There is a buffet, in the morning free, for lunch and in the evening will have to pay. The hotel often hosts themed holidays where children and adults have fun. 5 out of 5

Number 3. Clean ed by 3. Territory on 4. There are slides, children's slides and a swimming pool. The food is normal mostly European. The sea is not far. The area is quiet.

This was first time here, and I love this place, yammy food, lovely pools, clean, and people are so polite!

The standard rooms are correct, clean and big enough with a King size bed. On the other hand no bottled water offered. And lack of light in the room as they are on the ground floor. No curtains either which is very embarrassing. Breakfast was good enough. Beautiful swimming pools… the resort is very well placed at 5M. From the beach… and restaurants, massages. Family Mart…

I've read so many reviews. Before you fly. I thought it was bad. But when I saw it, I understood. Reading someone else's testimonials is a crime. We (son and i) liked the hotel. Declared 4, it is probably 3 + +. The hotels have their own range of spa programs. This is a Thai massage, the price of its 300 butt. The food for breakfast is even very, I do not think that you have a house for the morning omelet, rice with vegetables, donuts, pancakes, etc. Yes, pastries are not here every day, but it is. The hotel is decent, the grounds are beautiful, there are pool, two big slides and one for toddlers. Good breakfast. Near the hotel there are many cafes, the beach was closer than we expected, three minutes to the sea. The hotel is very expensive, the rooms are not presentable, the bathrooms need to be repaired, a lot of mosquitoes, the room is cleaned poorly, the towels are shabby, some even weighs the braid, I do not talk about the thread, the sheets brought even ragged and pureed, In short the hotel needs an upgrade. This hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel is near the beach. A relaxed, pleasant stay. Large hotel on the territory of which there are several pools and water slides. There is a gym, a visit is free. It is in a quiet, peaceful place. To the beach 2 min. Walk. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. There were no problems with cleaning. Two rooms for eating, feeding normally, did not complain. Nice hotel. Large area. Several pool areas and water slides. Well fed. Evening Dinner with live music. Cleaned every day. The windows overlook the quiet courtyard where birds sing. Rating to high. This hotel offers a rather good pool-area with several different pools and two bars. But when it comes to food and cleaning, I’m not impressed. Poor supply of food and nothing really tastes like it’s supposed to. Especially at breakfast. It’s really bad in my point of view. Cleaning only includes changing of sheets. No cleaning of floor.

After a week in a 3 star hotel in Khao Lak I came here with my daughter (8 years), the pictures from the hotel looked good so we chose this hotel. We had booked 2 weeks and after about 3 hours I checked out again and we are out the next morning. Where this hotel has 4 stars I don't understand. It was completely overrun with Chinese, in the short time I was there, we counted 5 buses full with Chinese who arrived. The breakfast was a disaster, I felt like I was in a company canteen in the deepest China. In the pool was a construction site with scaffolding that only half the pool was available and the chute was closed. The water was so gloomy and disgusting that we are not pure at all. The rooms reminded me of a military barracks, a lot of mold and mildew odor. The 3 star hotel in Khao Lak was a dream and this 4 star resort was a nightmare. Nothing like gone and never again. A pure clearance.

The only good thing about this hotel is that they have a small coffee shop in reception with very nice staff and good coffee. We have had a lot problems with our room so we have need to change rooms 3 times and one time in the middle of the night. We are traveling with two children age 6 and 8, hotels compensation for this is free buffe and I told them to put that compensation in there but… I can't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay in…

The hotel is a little worn out. The staff always has a bad face. Nothing extraordinary.

The hotel is ok but not well located.

Very large lagoon-like swimming pool, size pool bar. Good friendly service, big modern rooms, rich breakfast and good location close to the beach: small children should not walk alone to the beach there dangerous.

Good location, clean and well organized. Beds are hard, and the breakfast was ok, not great.

An ok quality hotel, except for the restaurant. — The restaurant doesn't contain a big amount of choices and you're sometimes have to dine your table by yourself. Also we didn't get to order any drinks once and had to wait for about an hour on the food another time when we ordered. And after that I gave up. — There's a lot of non English speaking Russians (and maybe some other origins, but I did only hear the Russians speeking) that doesn't care about others and this doesn't comply with the buffet concept where you need to cooperate. — They don't change nor brushes the bed sheets when they cleaning the room which resulted in sand in the bed from the sand that didn't come of when showered it of in the pool showers (own fault). + There's a guard control of the water rides and they did a really great job. + There's many people keeping the area clean and repainting is done as well as lawn care. Except the restaurant, I think it's a fully ok hotel.

Ideal place for families with fun in the pool.

Quiet, secluded villas. The sea view is very beautiful. Very green. We liked it. The path to the sea does not bother at all, to the center of Karon on the beach minutes 7. Back on the tuk-Tuke 200 Baht. If you plan to spend a lot of time in a hotel or with small children, it will not suit. Once again you are not. We've been with a kid for 10 years, okay.

The hotel is for parents with children. There is a children's pool with small slides for the kids the depth of the pool is Gdeto 0.6 m no more. Excellent resort for families. The whole resort is like one big water park a stone's throw from the beach. Large Gourmet Chef prepared breakfast buffet. Fantastic food. Right outside the resort you have shops, stores, and a Subway restaurant.

Close to the sea, swimming pool for children and adults. Free internet only on reception. The rooms are quite miserable. The child is delighted with the slides.

We stayed here for a few holidays in February. The hotel is comfortable. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very clean. The food was excellent. The room key is one, which is not convenient. Of the pros-a large manicured green area, several pools, including water slides for children, near the sea and massage parlors, exchanger. In the evening, live music is played in the restaurant. Animation is rare and in a foreign language (whether Spanish or Italian). The Kids Club is there, but the animators are the same.

I arrived at midnight. Sleepy guy came out and check in whthout guiding where we go. And never help to carry our bags. He seemes it's not his working time after midnight. Room is very Old. It like Inn. Worst room I ever stayed. Play ground for Childrun was full of bugs. Only good thing was massage around this resort. I want to say to all of you please don't go there. I went to centera Karon and Andaman see view resort. It was really much better.

Many write makes no sense, but being here, we can say that with children is very good, everything you need for a relaxing stay. All gud. But there is a small "but" poorly cleaned (floors generally do not wash) in the motel! It's a fact.

Start with the cons:
1. Were in the honeymoon and any gifts or bonuses, congratulations not got very upset!

6. Breakfast every day is the same and most importantly for me, no vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, etc)
7. Gave us a compliment from the hotel, which gave all fitting (two free cocktails) we chose to drink come on bar, cocktails, selected gave the bartender a piece of paper, he proignoril our selection and poured us a JUICE.
8. Staff know 10 words in Russian and communicate with them very difficult.

the food at the breakfast is meagre, only fruit watermelon, pineapple and papaya was nasty, that tired on the second day, many nažarât and eggs, then take her-she is cold and feels like a normal hot breakfast. All the dirty dishes, plates, cups, all some zalâpannoe, dishes with tables not clean until the hand does not have qualified personnel or you defiantly to another table. In general food is enjoyed, no diversity and the quality leaves much to be desired.
room cleaning is bad. Flooring is not washed, the balcony, not even go in the shower also did not clean. And we had such a cleaning lady as if she specifically to spite tried to spoil all-bed linen threw the dirty sex, then these sheets and duvets blanketed bed. Put 2 bottles of water, although the room we lived three (another members of our family in a different Corps put 3 bottles without problems), refused to change the towels for the second time, when they were we need in advance the next day, because we went on a tour in 6 am. Class. Traveled with a child 5 years of age. Rested perfectly. Were 12.2014. Go 2-3 would be months. Earlier in the half would mean cheaper. Try pancakes with banana. Super.

We liked the hotel and room. Very friendly, always smiling and friendly employees. Rooms are cleaned every day. Fantastic pool throughout the resort. We have the most positive impressions and next time in Phuket we will stop right there.
