We loved this place very much and we enjoyed our time with the quiet weather and privacy we loved tantawan resort… This place more than amazing everything was perfect❤️

We stayed here for your wedding anniversary and the pool villa was prefect! The pool is huge for a private pool and the well appointed outdoor area has great views. The honeymoon room set up stunning with flowers prefectly places throught the villa. We really enjoyed the romantic candle lit dinner, so private as it was set up in our villa. The staff here are attentive and nothing was too much trouble. If you stay here you must dine in the restaurant the Thai food was excellent and treat yourself to a bounty dessert (if you like coconut) as it was delicious! Thanks to the Tantawan Team for making our stay memorable!

Villas are very nice. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa with private pool. Quality is very good. Daily cleaning and nice service with friendly staff. A bit hilly but they have golf carts for your transfer. Swimming pools can be a bit more private.

The management of this villa has caused a big disappointment and is now leaving us feeling even more upset than since we first tried to settle an issue. We booked the villa via Agoda, and the booking stated that the price included "restaurant credit", which to our understanding meant that we would have a certain amount of money that we could redeem at the restaurant. During check-in we enquired regarding this and the staff told us that to them, restaurant credit meant guests would be able to order food and drinks from the restaurant sign the receipt, and pay later using credit card at check out. We were puzzled by this answer. The staff called her colleague, we explained to him our understanding of the term and this other staff responded "why would we do that? why would we give that to you? " That was rude. We asked for the manager, but the manager wasn't on duty. Given the unsatisfactory response, we reached out to Agoda customer service. The officer made a call to the villa and came back to us with the same answer. At check out, we tried to see the manager for the second time. Again, the manager wasn't on duty. We finally talked to the sales team and she again gave us the same answer regarding restaurant credit. I asked if we book the option that didn't include restaurant credit, would we be allowed to pay for my food later with credit card? The staff said yes.

Amazing atmosphere, good Wi-Fi, clean house, jacuzzi, private pool, very quite place excellent for enjoy the holiday.

Excellent villas on the hill side over looking the town and sea. Golf cart driven to your villa with private pools to relax by. Super comfortable beds with high end linen and extra pillows. Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. Has restaurant on site and attentive staff. This place is really maintained to a very high standard and I could not see any defects. All of the villas are very private too.

The Villa was so comfortable and spotlessly clean, the pool was magnificent, and all the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed!

Villa tantawan is an amazing place for week end get aways. Best for honeymooners and great for friends and family bonding. The private villas of this place are in perfect location where you can relax and enjoy your holiday together with your family friends and love one. Services that they offer are in its best. Come and visit the place and experience the best holidays in thailand.

Generally Ok. The food in the restaurant was overpriced, and the tiny restaurant was totally out of place from the rest of the resort. Felt that the place was ok since I booked on a special offer.

Atrocious customer service we ordered breakfast to the room and all that came was a ham sandwich and danish in takeaway container when we called room service to tell them we got yelled at said we don't even eat ham can we order something else he refused and said no you already got breakfast! Not only that all the resorts charge 500baht for a mini bus they charge 900baht and then compared themselves to anantara! That was their reasoning when we asked for them to bring us a normal taxi lady in reception told my husband to walk half an hour to find one at kamala beach. Also room was not cleaned properly and many cockroaches were inside and we were told to spray pif paf, staff have trouble communicating in English never have I experienced such bad customer service in my life this should Hotel should have a much lower rating! To refuse a customer food isn't normal and definately doesn't not feel like a resort experience at all.

When I stayed at the hotel this month I had a spa appointment so I took off my hand jewelry and left them in the drawer by the bed, unfortunately upon checking out I forgot to check what I have left behind and so I forgot them and went back to my country. I called the hotel several times and they denied finding them at all which I find very very odd considering the hotel is well known but unfortunately I do not recommend staying there for their poor customer service. Give me back my missing bracelets please.

Its a really nice villa for honeymooners who wants to spend couple of days for relaxation only, far from the hyper places and supermarkets, the only concern was the lizards and spiders going inside of the villa other than that everything was good, specially the staff they were really nice and welcoming.

This place is absolutely amazing… food, staff, place, view… every thing is just perfect.

Villa Room is ok but poor breakfast and staff service make you believed you made a wrong choice.

Very excellent here with a good private pool. The view from the bedroom and living room was also great! All the staffs here were so kind.
