Absolutely impressed with the hospitality and service here. Professional, positive and friendly staff members who are switched on. This really complimented our experience in a beautiful place. I particularly want to commend Chai, the buggy driver who went above and beyond with his kind gestures. He wrote our names down and learned them by heart when he first met us, so he could address us whenever he serviced us. Additionally, we casually told him one day that we would be at Cafe del mar that day and planned to be back by 4:30. We were meant to walk to Kamala beach from Cafe del mar to catch a free ride back to the resort. To our surprise, Chai literally went into Cafe del mar, exactly at 4:20, looking for us (waving his arms and all) so that he could personally send us back. While we decided to stay for the evening, we were touched by his attentiveness and goodwill. Chai, we told the manager about your services and we wish you all the best. Please accept the tip we left you at the reception as our way to thank you.
Nice stay with super relaxation here. All foods are very good. Peaceful and claim 🌴

This is our 2nd time stay at Paresa. We last stayed at Paresa in year 2013 and this time my husband and I celebrated our 14yr anniversary here and we had a super great experience. We are still impressed by their room and service. I would like to especially commend Katie, she has been a great help to us, going the extra mile from bringing us to the Police station to make report to booking services for us. Highly recommend to stay here for couple or family stay. We will be back Paresa!
