A big 5 star rating to the Banyan Tree staff. No, we didn’t get the opportunity to stay there as my wife contracted covid a day before we were to get there but the hotel staff so amazing and thoughtful esp Miss Ploy, who empathized with our situation and helped us with the cancellation and refund process. Great people make a great destination!

Overall, I had a great experience with the Banyan Tree Phuket ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great, love free-flow sparkling wine for breakfast. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our hideaway weekend!

Banyan Tree is amazing! Seriously had the best time ever, the resort is amazing, the food just incredible, the staff super nice, the beach is great, easy to book tours, etc. They just take care of everything for you! Shout out to Tak (Suwaporn) for taking such awesome care of us. You were so lovely to us and helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely be back to Banyan Tree Phuket because of you!

A true piece of heaven. We absolutely loved our stay at the Banyan Tree. Amazing helpful staff made our stay very smooth. Our villa was so quiet and we slept extremely well. Waking up to birds singing just made it extra special. The pool is luxurious and the scenery is stunning. The bar makes fantastic cocktails and the beach is amazing. We would highly recommend the Banyan Tree 💫

This resort is fabulous! The staff is gracious, the rooms are large and comfortable. They have a wide variety of food and all of it was delicious. We had a massage and it was fabulous!

Beautiful scenery, surrounded by many lakes, many beautiful birds, rich and delicious food, warm and thoughtful service, swimming pool oversized, hot water spa, indoor shower room with sauna, room design classical and stylish, room with minibar and coffee machine, kitchen and refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine, knife and fork, etc. Very convenient. Here isolated for 11 days, even feel that time passed too fast, I really hope to be isolated here for a month.

Have their own private beach. Renovate the old rooms. Sound proof glass so not noisy when other room decides to swim with kids at night. Not enough staff. Disappointing so far.

This was our first trip to Phuket, and despite all of the amazing sites, Banyan Tree might have been the highlight. We stayed (6 people) in the double pool villa and it was not only plenty of room, but so comfortable, homey, and luxurious. I have traveled extensively all over the world and stayed in many nice accommodations, but I can honestly say that Banyan Tree Phuket is the best one I've ever visited. The facilities and pools are top-notch. The villa itself beautiful, cle…an, and filled with every possible amenity (the incense was a nice touch). Food was superb. The highlight however was the overly kind and attentive staff, including our personal attendant, Joy, who was on call whenever we needed her, delivered everything we needed, and even brought us fresh made ice cream every day! Thank you for everything, Banyan Tree, and we hope we can be back very soon!

We really feel so happy to stay there, everything is prefect. All staffs are very helpful and kind. The room is very comfortable. All restaurants provide delicious food. Good facilities. We are so enjoyable the Spa treatment let us feel relaxing, it’s wonderful. We also found the Orange Car Phuket. Great service and really attentive from the start and great prices at the same time! Would recommend only using the Orange Car Phuket if you are in Phuket.

Spending my birthday here was the best idea ever. The staff is incredibly nice, the villas are beautiful inside and out, and the food is great! Can’t wait to experience the amazing spa too. Best hotel in Phuket! Highly recommend ✨ look at the beautiful balloons they surprised me with on my arrival! Couldn’t be happier!

We love this hotel — the double pool villas are sensational. Over the years we have stayed in all the pool villas and they are all great. The staff very friendly and helpful. We loved the extra touches — the boat on the lagoon playing Thai music and the ice cream boy at 4pm. We used Orange Car Phuket rent service. The driver is friendly; know the location and always on time. The car also very clean with good air condition.

The place is a little run down. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed at the two bedroom pool villa and enjoyed it very much. Too bad both Tre and the Japanese restaurant is closed. Saffron is a bit let down because the food takes too long to arrive.

The perfect place for a relaxing and private holiday.

My family and I went on a trip to this wonderful hotel. Upon arrival I was amazed by the beautiful reception in addition to the friendly staff. Wait time to be taken to my room was not too long. Upon arriving to my room I was even more amazed at how beautiful the house was, and the best part was the private pool and jacuzzi! The spa was also excellent especially the massage which was done by true professionals. The food their was excellent and I would definitely recommend the banyan burger, one of the best burgers I have had to date. The pools there were generally not crowded at all, and the scenery around the lagoon and everywhere really was breathtaking. Despite not having a supermarket in the hotel itself, there is an easy to access shuttle bus that takes you on a short trip to a center with a couple supermarkets and various other accessory stores. Transportation inside the hotel itself is very easy as you can rent a bike or just order a golf cart to come pick you up. The beach is right outside the hotel and you can easily access it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for all the amazing things above!

Absolutely amazing place. I was treated here for a peasant from my friend and it was fabulous. Staff were so lovely and I walked out with my skin feeling the best it has ever felt. Would highly recommend and will be a must do on any other future trips I make to Thailand.

An absolute delightful resort! Stayed in many lovely resorts over a 2 week holiday and booked here for our last two… Great choice picturesque setting, tranquil and truly a 5 star resort. You really do get what you pay for breakfast is a real treat thank you to all the staff who are also a pleasure!

We booked a grand 2 bed room villa for 4 nights and loved it. It's fully furnished and Air-conditioned with your own hot tub jacuzzi and pool. The master bath is huge and has separate showers, bath and wc. The 2nd bathroom even has an out door shower like the master bathroom. You can rent bicycles to go around the compound, but there are also regular shuttles that you can use to go around the entire area. Morning breakfast is sumptuous.

The resort is old but very well maintained, making it a rather charming and unique experience. The villas were beautiful and not a sterile, uniform, conformist and characterless resort. Service was impeccable. Food at the breakfast buffet was good but service really made the experience just that much more special. Will definitely return!

Beautiful and serene but with lots of fun activities. Accommodations are fantastic, spa is amazing and staff is so kind and thoughtful. So hard to pick a favorite but the outdoor tub is right up there at the top!

NS do not come to have a guide who speaks French. For smokers it is a catastrophe when NS are not under the Sun as they have not even laid out a shady place ns are around our pool eaten by mosquitoes. No chain in French movies are paying (everything is paying except water to wash teeth) by cons the Villa is pretty. In big NS will not come back, pay so much to find yourself between 4 walls did not arrive a do not talk to anyone it is not top. The prices in the shops is even more expensive than Bangkok themselves recognize that the prices have flamed, it's not here that ns make D3 good deals.

Its an exceptional and cosy place in Thailand that make it ur vacation unforgettable. Definitely its an wounderful experience that will never forget. Absolutely I will come back next year and the nexts.

Traffic is not very convenient, out to eat and drive a little distance, at night a lot of mosquitoes, not suitable to take children.

The Banyan Tree Phuket was chosen as the site of the Babymoon holiday. The Grand Banyan tree Pool Vilia gives us a comfortable space for relaxation, a spacious garden and lagoon view.
Let the older daughter give vent to her good energy.
Although not the most innovative equipment, but it gives us a most relaxed feeling, especially the large swimming pool outside the room, but also the daughter woke up every morning, must yell to play water reasons. The hotel's facilities, but also to stay in the hotel is not willing to go out of the reason.
The intimate Trutle Kids Club is a place where parents feel intimate, not only provide toys facilities, but also special care, can let parents relax to enjoy the spa or golf.
Different dining options are available daily, and the variety of options does not make us feel like eating a duplicate meal.
What's more, their airport pick-up options can be arranged in a number of different vehicles, making them feel at home. Banyan Tree Phuket, I am looking forward to my next visit with my friends on holiday.

The hotel is a dream. The facility is super nicely laid out. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place.

Our family, 4 adults and the twins with 16 months were from 20 January 2018 to 2 February in a villa.
The condition of the villa was very well maintained. We liked the architecture and the design. The babies have enjoyed the pool with swimming wings every day. Very clean. That there are still geckos, frogs and birds, one can quietly evaluate positively. The number of mosquitoes was tolerable. We have successfully kept the plague spirits away with mosquito spray.
The car service from the villa to the beach or to the restaurants always worked on time and that was not easy with the young children.
But the most important thing about my rating is the immense friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. An example: Every morning an older gardener sweeps the lawn and the street in front of the villas. When she sees us, she beckons us and sends us a radiant smile. At the Cadydamen at the golf course one could still file the quality.

This is definitely one of the most luxurious resorts on Phuket. Extremely comfortable, very romantic. So beautiful. Very safe. Every suite is a detached home with a private pool. The entire Laguna resort area is on a completely different level from the rest of the island. Very, very clean and manicured The downside is that the restaurants on the resort are fantastically expensive. We paid 700 baht for two drinks at the pool. You'll also need to take a 45 minute drive to get to Patong Beach. This was good for us as we wanted to be in a quiet and relaxing place, but could be a bad thing if you want Patong. The beach at the resort is quiet and has great local seafood restaurants which are a strong value. Feels like that 'old hawaii' which is so difficult to pin down.

Very good hotel but you need to pay a lot for that. If you find something similar, you can find a lot of similar hotel which cost less. But if you need a definitely good experience, this one is your choice.

It’s extremely expensive for this quality in an established brand name hotel. Room service — lousy and cheap amenities. massive resort but no clear signboard to navigating around. PRO: Restaurants — excellent fine dining, wine selection, staff service needs to improve! Breakfast — buffet is good in selections but crowded. Resorts — lush & tropical naturally well maintained landscaping. ambiance — very quiet. Beach — nice and clean turquoise ocean. Conclusion: there are plenty of much better private pool resorts out there with lesser cost and offered true luxury facilities and services. You get better value spent than this one which is way overpriced and overrated! NOT RECOMMENDED for double pool villa. Overall total disappointed.

Just perfect! A very nice and large hotel complex. Super friendly. Every wish is fulfilled. By the pool you get a cooling box with water, refreshment spray and cloth. Breakfast hardly goes any better. If you want to spend a little more money on holidays, you won't regret it here. Dream holidays at the highest level.

The transfer of personnel is poor, from booking to check-out problems, pick-up to the hotel communication is poor, leave the flight query error time, resulting in 30 minutes before departure to the airport, and from check-in to the delivery machine has been booked good expertise, leaving the hotel, almost let us get into a paid taxi.

Banyan tree phuket hotel and resort is one of the most luxurious hotel resort in Thailand and in the world… rooms are so luxurious that you don't have to go out … all rooms are suits and have their one swimming pool… for honeymoons its the best place ever. Please have a look on the photos.

I think we looked at more than 20 hotels before we landed on this one, and I gotta say it was not disappointing. My wife and I are traveling with 2 kids and we booked a villa with a private pool. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and spacious. On the other hand, the water and ACs are a bit unpredictable at times. What I mean is without playing with he AC settings it would get super cold then super warm. Same as the water in the shower. But it doesn't happen to frequently to be annoying. Half the mini bar in the room is complimentary and they put water bottles everyday. There is a good varaity of restaurants with many options to choose from. One nice thing the staff did in all the restaurants is, when they would see the kids, they would get them plastic plates, cutlery, and cups so you don't have to worry about them breaking anything. Speaking of the staff, they are all great! Very friendly, helpful and great with kids. The hotel is quite large so you can call a golf cart to take you anywhere you need to go in the hotel. They have their own beach access too which is nice, and have a shuttle around the Laguna which stops at a small supermarket, which is convenient. On the down side it's pretty far from most of the attractions in the city. Min 30-40 mins to get the main sites. But if your coming here to chill in the hotel that won't be an issue. All in all we had a great time here. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Phuket.

Perfect place for me! I have seen well interiored hotel and resort like that, but never seen heartfelt service! When I checked out at really early morning, they prepared lunch box like my mom. They were always smiling and trying to make me comfort. I wanan visit Banyan tree if I go to Pucket again.

Staffs are not kind at all. Nobody said goodmorning to me in the morning at the restaurant nor lobby. Especially guest relation staffs are too arrogant to be nice to their guests. BT is a very expansive venue where we will never stay in the future. I've stayed at three different hotels during my trip to Thailand. Ba is the worst hotel!

Privacy … View … Good location near the sea … The hotel service is comfortable and very helping … The breafast is deliouse and has world wide variety … … But mosquitoes are all around the place … The hotel seems to take care of them and keep the away but still I got 7 bites.

Luxury resort with lovely staff. Looking a little tired though. Didn't eat within the resort much, though the in-room meal we had was great. Had a great time overall. Pros- *Private pools in large villas are awesome. *Villas are quite well appointed. *Free shuttle into town for more dining options. *Buffet breakfast had a great range of options that varied a little each day. *Complimentary bikes allow freedom and autonomy to get about the large resort. Cons- *Mosquitoes — was bitten over 10 times while in the room. They were spraying on the day we left. *Complimentary bikes need updating/better maintenance. I had three during my stay. First had a broken chain guard and jammed the chain. Second had broken bearings in the crank and a crotchety stand. Third had worn bearings, the light did not work and the plastic pedal was broken. *Complimentary bikes can't leave the resort, so don't imagine yourself riding out for dinner. *Wi-Fi was shoddy in the room. Turned off the very old DSL router in our room and joined the neighbor's for slower/weaker, more constant performance. But even that crapped out on the last day. *Large grounds give a feeling of space, but would have liked to see more gardens.

We are staying for 5 nights in the le grand villa, today is our 3rd，our pack wage includes in villa breakfast and tea daily. It also includes a BBQ in villa dining on day of our choice. Frist of all this is our first time at banyan tree resort villa stay. We have stayed at four season resorts mostly. This time we have a special package we are enjoying so much that we will go for more banyan tree resorts in the future! price wise: much much cheaper than four seasons, service similar but the Thai food is much better and more authentic, our romantic moment deco is so beautiful, must be one of the we've seen so far!

The pool villas are beautiful as is the hotel. I love the brekfast here. Staff are fantastic. But these rooms are getting dated and were built without regard to noise standards. You can pay a lot of money a night for the pool villas only to not be able to sleep till past 3am if you are unlucky enough to have noisy neighbours who play music all night. The bedrooms are back to back which is a design flaw for such expensive rooms. We are in room 511.

A beautiful Resort that forms part of the Laguna in Phuket. The coffee shop is also used as the club house of the 18 hole Golf course. Very tastefully designed Hotel and lovely Landscape and Spa.

Pure paradise on earth, where the definitions of tranquility, peace and luxury are set. The resort provide not only marvelous properties but also flawless service! Heaven!

A great place to relax. The grounds are so enormous you need a bicycle to get around. The villas have a pool and overlook the golf course. The design of the villas is modern classic Thai. The villas are close to the beach on the Andaman sea, where I found a nautilus shell and flotsam that washes up daily. The golf course is one of the nicest tropical locations on the planet. Thailand is beautiful!
