We had the most amazing time here! Loved every minute of our 5 days here. The resort boat from Phuket was fab and the local village behind the hotel is also amazing. Stunning sea, sand, scenery and staff.

Amazing place, great food and service, the Spa is one of the best I have been to, and the view from the massage cabin is priceless.

Loved every bit of our stay here. It is a perfect getaway at a very reasonable rate. The views are picture perfect! They make good arrangements for excursions. Food is good. The best of all is the infinity pool overlooking the ocean with bar inside. Authentic Thai restaurants, amazing spa and very courteous hospitality! All in all a great value for money and I highly recommend staying here! Also they have a cool coral reef right outside the resort where we spotted many clown fishes around!

One of the most amazing hotels in the area! Simply beautiful, exclusive area, very good breakfast and good choices of restaurants with one pool pub and pool bar, and one cafe. We had the beach villa which was immediately at the pool. Plus the staff were very helpful and supportive. Just a note when you arrive during the low tide the boat will stop a bit far from the shore and you will need to walk in the water for around 150 meter, but the helpful staff will take the luggage on a bamboo barge.

Fantastic resort, environmental friendly, and with a great staff. They take care of every single detail, the food is excellent with lots of options, the staff is very kind and professional. The options for your leisure come from scuba diving to spa massages. Two excellent borderless swimming pools add to the amazing beachfront for enjoy the sun. A main international restaurant and a romantic Thai restaurant complete the package. Strongly recommend, planning to return as soon we get a opportunity!

If it’s total relaxation you require then this is the place you need to visit. You have the peace and tranquility of the resort and also the use of the Village at the rear of the Resort where you can get real authentic Thai food at excellent prices Phi Phi Village will always be on my places to stay when I visit Thailand as it is a fantastic resort with friendly Staff. I believe that if you treat the Staff with the respect they deserve you will get it repaid twice over. Love this place ❤️ Food is Good although a little expensive these are the prices you’d expect to pay especially taking into account of location and not compare to main land Thailand. Overall I can’t find any fault with my stay at Phi Phi Village.

It was great experience to stay in Phi Phi Village. The service is great! The staff not only friendly but also helpful. Breakfast was good and pretty complete. They charge you for boat transfer from pier to resort, 200 baht each person for round trip. There is local village that offers you local food and massage with good price.

Couldn’t recommend this resort enough, from the moment we arrived at the marina for transfers to the moment we checked out everything was excellent. Also would suggest getting hillside villa with pool as the views are out of this world! Food was a little more expensive compared to the local village behind but that’s to be expected, the breakfast was fantastic lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Make sure you go to bamboo island only a short boat ride from phi phi village. Would definitely return in the future. Big thumbs up for this perfect paradise!

Aahmaazing! Love, love loved it! Could not recommend highly enough. My idea of paradise! Loved that it was quiet and secluded, with the village behind to go to for a bit of shopping and lots of restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffet at the resort was awesome! Best I’ve ever come across and I’ve done a fair bit of travelling. The pools are both beautiful. The Bungalow we had was just perfect. We did 2 day trips. One with the resort and another with Mr Mote (whom I’d highly recommend) from the village. We enjoyed both experiences very much! My son and I had a massage at the spa, which was lovely. The spa itself is built among the treetops and is just gorgeous. We ate at the Thai restaurant on our first night which was beautiful. The staff are all happy and friendly.
If you stay here, a walk over to Nui Bay to watch the sunset is an absolute must! A bit of a hike, but soo worth it.
I hope one day to return to Phi Phi Island Village resort.

Very nice reaort, nothing to recriundermine well run and clean. But really far from the city where the tours depart. (Each transport costs 200bath per head and is available up to 2pm which does not allow you to visit the City D evening) All really expensive. The basic price is added to 10% of service (gratuities) X the stuff. Dinner is buffet (breakfast 7/10 dinner 6/10) and is still counted the service 750bath plus 10% (service that is not there) and il7% of tax (which should as in TT the posts be already included) with a total of 17% extra on all tours and Super expensive divas better book them from CIT Tà. You will pay 1/3 of what you propose to know I would have booked elsewhere.

We were there in first two weeks in may. Place was not very crowded. Also the price went down to 140e for room. Nice 2 pools very nice and clean room. W stayed in a bungalow. I appreciated privacy of this bungalow. Beach very nice although quite long Access to swim and snorkeling while low tide. Restaurant super expensive. We did not take anything beside breakfast which was good. Various choices including some Thai main courses. We also I took an early bird trip by boat with snorkeling. Honestly snorkeling was a bit of disappointment. Apparently is not the best place. You can see some nice colorful fishes but corals are quite poor. But baby sharks saved the trip :). Thumb up for happy hour on cocktails! This one we enjoyed a lot. For dinner and lunch we used an opportunity to go outside the hotel and we were just happy about it. Good food and also prices.

Amazing resort in the Phi Phi Islands. We loved the stunning scenery with the best being the Hillside Pool Villa privately secluded on the gentle slopes of the tropical rainforest. We loved the outdoor private pool with the resort below us. The food, spa and friendly people made this such a magical stay. Also we took the resort tour boat to Maya Bay (The Beach) and we had a head start on the crowds and a wonderful day out swimming in the area. It really is a paradise on earth.

Arrived in Speed Board from Phuket (50min) The view is sublime! The hotel is alone on a beautiful beach! The reception is superb with a welcome drink, the room (Deluxe see View) is immense, clean and pretty, the bed is very large and comfortable! The bathroom is large and functional, just some odor in the toilet. The resort is huge with two nice pool! The breakfast is very good great variety! The staff are friendly! The restaurants are good but expensive! You can go to the small village just behind to eat or have a drink! The excursions are great! (Maya Bay, snorkeling, Monkey Bay)
If you go on Koh Phi Phi I will advise this Resort!

Heavenly Hotel! Surely the most beautiful resort of the island, quiet, in a green card with a private beach arriving at the hotel by shuttle, the reception is very good. We stayed at a sea view bungalow. 2 Swimming pools (funny pool and lazy pool, more modern and quieter). Exceptional setting. I advise the boat excursion "Early bird" which takes you to Maya Bay. Just behind the hotel, small village with a lot of shops and restaurant. I also advise the sunrise. The beach is punctuated by the tides.

Very nice resort located on the island of Koh Phi Phi. The area is vast and peaceful. We were there at the end of the season (early May) and the experience was very nice as very few people. The Resort directly overlooks a huge private beach. The arrival is also by boat via this beach. A beautiful memory!
Services such as catering are of quality. The service is very good. The prices are higher than elsewhere but corresponding to the standing of the hotel (count 750 baths per adult for the evening meal, or 150 baths for a fresh coconut at the pool for example). For cheaper alternatives you can go to the small village a 5 min walk from the resort. There are small restaurants that are good value for money.
The bungalow was just exceptional. We had enjoyed a bungalow with a view of one of the two swimming pools. Great location The bungalows are spacious and functional.
For swimming several options, one of the two swimming pools (the main general public and the quieter secondary).
Regarding the Wi-Fi nothing to complain about it is not very high speed but the whole Resort is covered.

The hotel is nice and spacious but our room was a bit far away and the tide went down a lot in the afternoon so the beach couldn't make the most of it. Very friendly staff.

Decent resort. Was able to get into our room at 2 and tried to make reservations at one of the restaurant for two people and they said it was completely book. I find that hard to believe since they didn’t seem full. They didn’t want our money so we went to a place across the street in town. Tried to book an island excursion. They said we needed 4 people which wasn’t on their website. Again didn’t want our money so we went with a company across the street for much cheaper. Our room came with a free breakfast room service. Filled out the form and left it in the box right outside our door. Waited and waited then called. After two times calling the front desk they said that they couldn’t find our order. Beautiful resort but save your money if you’re going to eat, sightseeing, and drink and go across to spend money.

Excellent resort, the food is very good, the comfortable and comfortable rooms, the only thing that would lack would be a Spanish speaking guide for the excursions that give to the nearby islands.

Wonderful place! Had a beach front Villa with an awesome view right from our room. The water level change due to the tide is pretty extreme. Thought the tractor in the ocean was pretty funny.

Definitely beautiful and up to the expectations… if the evening there was a little more movement in the village would be better from my point of seeing.

Very nice facility! Very large with wide paths, but with very nice sprawling beach! Service capitalized! Behind it a small village with some Thai bars and restaurants! Villa near the beach is very advantageous! Fitness OK but somewhat neglected! All around really great!

Great hotel. Very quiet location — you hardly hear motorboats as usual on other beaches on Ko Phi Phi. Beautiful bungalows, very friendly staff, top service and terrific food. Varied choice of fresh food and even lots of fresh fruit juices for breakfast!

We're a long way from the postcard landscape. Polluted beaches, polluted seas, polluted roads. And not just by tourists.
The restaurants are very nice and we eat very well at reasonable price.

The Resort is awesome. Well organised, great structure, professional staff, the rooms are great, the private beach, the swimming pools and on and on. I highly suggest doing Phi Phi Island by staying somewhere like this Resort and actually taking your time to see everything. We spent 4 days and it was good enough for me. You also enjoy the benefit of not having to put up with the busy day tourists that come every day to the main village. Having said all of that, massages, drinks and food at the Resort are very expensive (sometimes 4x more expensive). There is a village though just behind the hotel that has everything for fair prices. As a matter of fact we could see everybody from the Resort going there to eat. The only things I would suggest to the Resort owners is to: implement recycling. It hurts my heart that all that plastic, glass and paper doesn't get recycled and launching an education program for the locals not to pollute the public spaces so much. The village and the pathways out of the Resort area were pretty trashed. At the end of the day tourism shouldn't be only about leisure, it should serve to better the place as well.

The small village in the vicinity is ideal for a drink or eat at a low price.

The place is very nice, very good scenery where you are. Although it is great the resort is easy to get everywhere. Breakfast is spectacular and bars, restaurant and pools very good. The only thing to criticize: although not serious, q do not have free transfer from the port at least for arrival and departure, but given the location.

Hands down one of the best stays at any resort. This resort is pure paradise with a boat ride to take you from the main streets of Phi Phi to the other side of the island. With tons of activities available along with a lovely little town at the back of the resort with little bars and shops which was nice… And if you like breakfast every morning they practically held a international breakfast convention each morming… Amazing. Staff were so polite and accommodating also. Highly recommended for couples they even set this up in the picture for us too have a meal on the last night, picture does not do it justice.

Large rooms in individual bungalows well equipped. Private Paradise Beach (main reason for high price) on a gentle slope with turquoise water. Haven of Peace away from the restless centre of Phi Phi.

To be in couple and if you get in the way people are very well, but if you are restless, you like to move, meet people and restaurants, this is very small. I have found myself isolated from the world, the nearest town is within 1 hour walking, Tonsai, which of course I recommend more. Otherwise it is well, very polite people, although they try to swindle you in prices, you must offer half.

Beautiful village is Beautiful island. You can do so many things even on foot and excursions to the nearby islands. The resort is very nice and has three restaurants and two bars. The bungalows are very spacious and clean. Only flaws a little bit are the tractors they use to carry them. Pwrsone to the boats when there is low tide.

Maybe our favourite place in the whole world! The first time we visited we decided it was the perfect wedding venue as simple as a few years later we made it happen. The whole process was very pleasant and the staff definitely helped us create some amazing memories. We will continue to visit and support this little piece of paradise!

Very different from a resort experience you’d have in Mexico, Dominican Republic or Bahamas. Everything is overpriced and the only thing included were two tangerines and a few bottles of water. For example, as soon as you get there, they hand you a welcome drink, but only one for free. In other words, they’ll charge you $500 a night but won’t spare a $0.05 drink. Nothing really impressive about this place. Small pool and beach was okay. Not that big. My Room was nice and very clean. It’s also very quiet. Overall, I wouldn’t go back.

Good Resort, high prices. Spent 2 nights there, we did enjoy it however as previous reviews mentioned beware of this place in regards to cost. Check in and out process does not align with price paid per night, also green pool in high season is not acceptable. Overall experience was good because of the location only, good snorkelling closer to the rocks near Villa 360.

The best hotel I have ever experienced! Those who do not book it are their own fault. From the first second it felt like vacation. I could be raving for hours. We got the first guests that day were upgraded to a superior bungalow and I would book it again immediately. The facility is much larger as expected and also much nicer as expected. The breakfast was the best I have ever eaten at the hotel and I have received a better one on my round trip through Thailand Nirgens. There is the possibility to go to the village if you want to eat cheap what we did but didn't feel so good compared to other restaurants in Thailand. Price is also minimally more expensive than anything else but understandable since you have to have everything delivered. We were unfortunately only 3 days but will only come back because of this hotel but then as many days as our purse can. Due to the 2 times ebb and flow on the day, we could also get into the water more often than anywhere else. Especially in the evening the water is extremely warm which I did very well as a woman. All in all perfect and so far by us many travelers the best hotel we were allowed to visit. The service is very great and adorable and all clean.

Lovely location on large private and secluded beach, of the tropical type. At low tide the water recedes for about 200 meters, which prevents bathing at sea.
Good choice for restaurants and bars, with medium-high prices for the area; but good for the Western tourist.

Nice place. Great location, beautiful surroundings. Excellent service and Thai food. Very clean with really good accommodation. Expensive food and drinks, but the location makes it worth paying for. If you're up for a hike/walk go and find the view point looking down on Tonsai Bay, it's a bit uphill through 'jungle' like vegetation, but the views are worth it.

Don't listen to bad reviews! I am a world traveler. This place is beautiful! I was a little worried with some of the reviews but this place is paradise. The breakfast buffet is amazing! We are in Deluxe garden room its Perfect! The help have only been kind and helpful. The village behind resort is great for Thai massage and authentic Thai food a lot cheaper. Very relaxing place. Also the resort was very accommodating when I got sick and changed our transfers and plans a day later. I recommend this place!

Check-in is the first "pampering", the guest is welcomed to the boat with scented wipes and once they have been accommodated, he is offered a spectacular drink with coconut and pineapple… the rest happens without noticing!
The bungalows are spacious and clean, built on stilts.

Beautiful location and resort, only let's itself down because there were a couple of forced money making schemes. You have to pay for the shuttle boat into and out of the resort. For the money paid it could be a cost they can swallow. The restaurant prices are high too for the area, excellent food but pricy. If you have cash to burn the place is great for you. The tours are excellent too but again high prices for Thailand. Great overall stay though! Staff so sweet and helpful!

Room Delux superior to the top. Clean nickel nothing to say. Comfortable bedding. No room between the rooms. The complex is very large. The beach clean.
A small group of music in the evening very nice. Quiet place. Ideal for rest and families with children.
Only negative the staff a bit ' bizarre ' it would say it work force… otherwise everything is fine.
The hotel is far from the city center which deserves to be seen. Boats make the shuttle (around 25 min) to go. Everything is done to consume on the spot.

It's quite a worthy place. Houses and territory are clean, there are no insects and animals. The service is good, the menu too. There is thai and European cuisine. Holidaymakers are mostly Europeans. Not noisy, huge area, several pools (i. E. And children's), bars, spa, tennis court… By concept resembles Turkey or Varadero, but without animators, all inclusive, entertainment and noisy tourists)

Not a fan. Wouldn't go back. Resort is lovely to look at and the breakfast is nice. The rest is super sketchy. Pool side lounges were very hard. Pool music came off and on randomly. Pool service was available if you got up and ordered it! Then the dirty dishes would sit there for hours! Main dining room at night was so bright it was like cafeteria eating! And the open bar next door had live music which was so inappropriate for nice dining! And not good either. Pillows were big and hard. I asked for different ones which were better. Bathroom amenities were not replenished in 3 days. My husband did a 2 tank dive and he was very pleased. The gym was basic. The service staff were lovely.

Excellent hotel to spend the honeymoon or to stay a few days in the utmost tranquility. Nestled in a luxurious setting. The whole hotel is beautiful, and although it is a bit pricey, it's worth it. What I liked the least was that it is a little incommunicado because to go out only can be done by boat, as long as there is light, or taking a two-hour hike. As far as prices are concerned, they abuse a little of the incommunicado, but they usually treat you very well.

Beautiful and quiet place. Perfect for couples an families. It has two wonderful pools and very long beach which disappears when the tides are high and water is far away when tides are low. Perfect and comforting if you like to walk in the water. Don't come here if you are looking for party and night life. This is about 30 min. By boat from Tonsai Bay or 1hr. Walking in a non lighted path full of bugs and garbage (very disappointing trail).

This was my favorite resort! It is away from the party scene but its nice and relaxing. The islanders only travel via boat so you need to take the boat in order to get to the other side. I loved the food here and the atmosphere. The deserts were not the best but the food really makes up for it.

Plus Q a hotel. You have private bungalows… Simple twins for families. Some with garden view, d other Full sea view… Some with private pools and exceptional view. Have a tried all the categories. The best? The full sea view… Three great restaurants. Paradise for a relaxing holiday. (Far from the city center). The hotel organized all the outings, excursions… And the service is customized, restorations Ceans the rooms until 00:00… The staff is top. And at 100 m from the exit you have a small village with two or three small two-star hotels. With plenty of restaurants of massage parlors from bars to gift shops… and less luxurious outings but much cheaper than at the hotel.

Phi phi island resort is best place to stay. If you have any budget issue. And you are more then 4 person. Take one room beach view and at the back of phi phi island resort 10 min walk you will find three star resort which cost around 2000 baht … my recommendation junior suit is good at phi phi island but if any budget issue you may enjoy the beach by taking three star resort at back of phi phi resort. Enjoy. At least stay for two days…

Wonderful place to visit. I had to be firm with girl checking in and replay phone call with reservations in order to get rate promised and not be charged extras. Otherwise good experience. Food is good, not great. Walk to the village behind complex for better and cheaper food.

Nice view but far from town with limited boat options from hotel after 4pm. Either you negotiate by your own with a long tail boat before leaving hotel to visit Tonsay by night or you'll have to face abusive prices from local taxi boats in town (once they know you're going to Phi Phi Village and they are the only option available). The hotel should give more options to guests! About the restaurants, they are expensive for the meals they serve… we found two bugs in our rice and salad and we had to insist not to pay for the meal as we heard only "sorry"… There's a small village behind the hotel, with market, laundry, bar and restaurant with fair options to eat.

Best Hotel in the world it's great. A private beach pool with bar. (You can drink alcohol compared to some hotels "railayvillage Beach and Resort")
They welcome us like royalty. We have a tsunami shelter in the coline in case. Finally no point negative everything is positive. I would highly recommend it for a great stay.

But beware, with the low tide, it becomes complicated to go swimming and the currents at this time can be important.

Fantastic place. We had some unforgettable moments in this wonderful resort. The breakfast was very good and with a wide range of dishes. The hotel offers different types of restaurants but are quite expensive compared to the average Thai. As for excursions you should exit the village and ask the locals for getting quality and lower prices.

Comfortable bungalows, fine two pools, good restaurants. Very silent place, no roads, no cars, time is going very slowly. You can get a boat with driver directly from the beach and visit any other islands. When sea level is low, tractors transport people to the boats and this view and noise disturb us.

We booked 4 nights here in a deluxe bungalow and arrived by private speed boat from phuket marina, we were greeted by staff and were made to feel special the whole time we were there. The resort really does feel like another planet, it's isolated enough to forget about all your troubles, I will definitely be going back. One tip is to try the small village behind the resort where you will find fantastic small restaurants with the best Thai food you will have.

Gorgeous resort with its own beautiful beach, isolated from the village (expect about 45-60 min to walk there through badly marked paths, bring a GPS! ). The bungalows are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good and has a wide choice (it's a buffet). You can reach town without getting lost in the jungle by hiring a boat. The downside of this isolation is that you will often eat at the hotel's restaurants, which are good but not cheap by local standards. The hotel also has a diving/snorkeling club you can go to for checking out the marine life (which I heartily recommend as it's as beautiful below the sea than above! )

One of the best hotels that I have ever been to. The staff is very polite and had service awareness. There is Wi-Fi almost everywhere (we had Wi-Fi access in our room) and the breakfast is very good.

If your looking for that luxury experience in krabi this is the place to go. Beautiful pool and beach front huts. Only downside is the beach is very shallow and hot even at high tide.

It is a hotel that can be hotelazo or stay on average. It all depends on your experience. In the first place, we had an hour waiting on the pier feet with an umbrella, until they were able to find our reservation after about 8 phone calls. Pretty bad entry since we were only 2 nights, we arrived late and over we had an hour waiting. Then the hotel was a last, the pool, the beach, the food in general good and not overly expensive considering the price of Thailand in the south area. The room is what it was a lottery, the our was correct was very good, but he was very old, and we saw how they works ALL DAY in the bungalows of the side, so you couldn't relax or anything like that in your cabin so we were going to the pool or beach. We saw a snake on the porch, I think it was water, our cabin was near a large pond for the night you could hear a whole orchestra of frogs, insects etc on the outside. It was not very nice, the truth, and less after seeing that snake. We make sure that everything was sealed, and so was, and was, in the room was not even a single mosquito, so well. The hotel is the farthest from the village. The good thing about this hotel, is that coming out of him, you will find plenty of beach bars where you can eat, dine and tours very well and much cheaper. Would return, but would ask for another room closer to the beach and away from the wetland.

Never been. Just sent and email enquiry through the hotel website. After one week of silence, I asked for any news. They replied me they would have replied by the next day. Then 5 more day have passed with no replies. If you don't care about me, I will never come there.

Great gem in the Indian ocean, however be ready to have very limited mobility and pat steep prices to get places via long tail boat.

Very nice hotel and good service, the beach is excellent. The problem you are having is that it is far from the Center.

Come here if you're looking to get away from the busy areas of Phi Phi, as it's a good 25 minute boat trip from the main pier and restaurants. Once you arrive, you're pretty much based there the whole time. This isn't a bad thing, as the pool area is nice and there's a swim up bar. I found the beach to be pretty dirty and the staff not that friendly compared to other resorts I stayed at in Thailand. We stayed in a superior bungalow, which was far from superior, with very bland decor, unfinished furnishings and a huge hole in the roof.

Rustic but nice. The resort has excellent service with lesser English speaking skills, but some staff better than others. The pool was great and the village behind the resort had excellent food. Don't be afraid to venture. The food at the resort was more at the "good" level but I didn't try any of the fancier restaurants. The transportation two and from the resort was timely. Everyone was friendly.
