Verblijf 4 t/m 6 juli 2018. Locatie is prima. Kamer met balkon (met mooi uitzicht) zag er netjes uit en er is voldoende ruimte. Badkamer is klein en schoon. Personeel bestond uit drie personen waarvan 2 Engels spreken. Bij de incheck vroeg meneer 'I need to know what you are doing tomorrow and what the plans are! ' en daarop aansluitend 'We work with our own travelagency. ' terwijl we na een lange reis de kamer nog niet eens hadden gezien. We vonden de vraag en de houding van meneer erg direct en niet beleefd. Voor de Phang Nga Bay tour vroegen we in de middag zowel aan mevrouw als meneer om de trips opties. Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk op hun EIGEN voorwaarden. In het foldertje staat namelijk dat een halve dag tour 950 baht kost. Zij benoemden als enige optie privé tours te hebben voor 2800 baht voor een halve dag. Dit vonden we té duur. Meneer gaf aan contact op te nemen bij hun eigen travelagency en of ze nog iets konden regelen. In afwachting en na meermaals te hebben gevraagd gaven ze als enige optie voor een privé tour of een dag tour. Hier gingen we niet mee akkoord. De dag erop hebben we via MT Tour bij Hassim en gek genoeg binnen 1 uur tijd een taxi + halve dag privé tour kunnen regelen voor 2100 baht. We hebben een super tour gehad! Ook voor vervoer naar Khao Lak was bij Hassim 100 baht goedkoper dan bij Home Phang-Nga Guesthouse.
