Really enjoy staying at The River Scene Hotel. Very clean, beautiful rooms and awesome service❤️

Great clean room, top level with view of the riverside area. Very good price for the quality…
Only minor thing to note is that there is no elevator…

We stayed there for a night, and the room was quite alright. We had a balcony. The place is very stylish and fans of classical pop culture will be very pleased with decoration. Breakfast is in another building, across the road, and it was truly delicious.

We stayed here for 3 nights, as a party of 5, and enjoyed our stay. Staff: The staff are often distracted at night watching TV; however they are helpful. Room: The beds are firm, so if you like a soft bed I would suggest staying somewhere else. The rooms are clean however and the air-con was sufficient. *There is no elevator here, so you will have to walk your bags up the stairs to your room, this did not bother us however. Facilities: The hotel offers a laundry service which Is slightly more expensive then going to another store (30 baht more) but worth it. The breakfast is outsourced to another restaurant which is nice enough for what you pay. Two eggs, 2 slices of toast, bacon or sausage, is the standard choice. No other facilities on site. This hotel is worth it for the relatively low cost to use as a waypoint for excursions around Krabi.

Serious quality, cleaning, and maintenance issues and low build quality in rooms, surly and unhelpful staff. 1) Our sheets and comforter were visibly stained (don't want to know by what) and we ended up sleeping in a towel 2) bathroom looked unfinished, I could have done a better job laying tile and installing fixtures 3) doors were difficult to open (handles opened by turning up, not down) and don't automatically lock when closed 4) towels we're completely threadbare and tattered at the seams, in bad need of replacement 5) cold showers to top it off…

Slightly over priced hotel probably because of it's proximity to the river. The room I stayed in was Michael Jackson themed and was fairly clean and comfortable. Note that there's no lift in this hotel so prepare to climb stairs with your luggage.

One of the worst hotels we have been in Thailand. For the price this is a highly overated hotel. I was there for 2 nights with my family, right on arriving I requested if the staff can help with some of luggage from the taxi as we were managing our 1 year old and 4 yr old girls and I had the bigger backpack. Immediately the staff were reacting as though it was a horrible thing to help us out, I dont understand Thai, but facial expressions and gestures dont require language. After that I asked them not to carry it and my wife and myself picked up the luggages. They then returned to their mobile phones. The breakfast is in another restaurant. The location is quite central. But the worst experience was when we were leaving in the morning, again I had to carry all our luggages from 2nd floor (no lift), while the front desk staff were watching TV. Throughout the stay the staff were super rude, I seriously will not recommend this place, there are much better places with welcoming staff, glady it was a short stay for us.

Lovely room, clean and tidy, friendly staff, basic facilities but very pleasant. Spacious room and shower room, great views, air con, TV, great central location, river views as promised, balcony, local 7-11 and lovely Black Canyon coffee almost next door :) excellent food at night food market locally, plenty of bars and entertainment too.

Nice place, basic but does the trick. Friendly and helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel and thr receptionist Mai was very courtoues. Language is an issue but the way they treat you is exceptionally good. Stayed from 1st to 3rd jan 2017 and they even gave us complimentary breakfast…
