A remote marina. Beware of multiple sandbanks approaching by sea. The marina has many steps so be careful walking around. You need a car to shop in krabi 45 mins away. Tesco is 30 mins. Hence if u want to store your boat here its ok, but for a stopover u are better at krabi river marina in the centre of town close to the shops. Phone them for help to access the river. We used krabi marina for about 2 years, but went through weld splatter on our yacht, a local manager who was next to useless and I understand from langkawi, he ran away for stealing. Ladders in the yard had over 500mm spacing to rungs. Power sockets and the yard were different. Krabi / Phuket have changed so much from the early 90's with rapid development that the area has lost its uniqueness due to thousands of tourists. We departed the area and left our yacht in Langkawi which was quieter and cheaper. Update 18 july 2018. The owners response does not alter the factual comments given. This hotel is best, clean, and comfortable. But the issue is a bit far to going town. When you drive 30mins to town. The manager and the one little girl is very helpful people and you have any proble or issue you can ask them, there will help you. I like this place.

Marina and condominiums, very upbeat but also very isolated. Only one restaurant with poor coffee and very pricey.

Up market place with lovely apartments and marina. However very few amenities, only one small restaurant and coffee not good, I didn't try the food.

Super Marina and staff … Catch Cafe is excellent too!

Peaceful and beautiful location for a short break.

The place is secluded and requires a car or motorbike to move around as there is nothing.

My friends have there boat here and ive visited on a few occasions friendly atmosphhere.

Amazing place sit in mangroves, very near International airport. Stunning views from room over looking Marina as well as Sea view. Nice people and friendly staff will welcome you as soon as you park either with a boat or car. Highly recommended!

I have been working at Krabi Boat Lagoon since the 1st May as a Operation Service Manager, The Marina is in nice peaceful surrounding with a Swimming pool, 2 Restaurants, Condos, Massage. It has a great hardstand all concrete with 2 contractors on site. Every Sunday will be having a day called the Mangroves Sunday includes a tour around the Mangroves, visiting the condos followed by a BBQ, Hope to see you at Krabi Boat Lagoon soon.

Nice marina with full service boat yard and chandlery. Swimming pool also available as well as small store and restaurant. A bit out of the way for grocery shopping but good taxi rides can take you to a few really nice supermarkets.

Place with specific atmosphere and touching to around the world boat trips.
