The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. But the bedspread on the bed was filthy — dirty: (

Quite salchichero and a bit far from the center.

It's just a quick walk away from the main part of town and was a very comfortable stay. Large rooms, comfortable beds, nothing to complain about :)

Clean rooms and very polite and professional staff. They will help you book excursions or ferries and provide the transportation to the ferries or excursions. Guesthouse also has washer and drier for inexpensive price in case you need to do laundry. Wi-Fi was not the greatest in our room, but just strong enough to send messages.

Was nice for the 3 nights — the Yellow house next to it and the one in which I now live just around the corner are all family owned here you can get relatively cheap rooms even for long-term holidaymakers like me suitable air conditioning, flat screen TV, fridge, balcony "in my Room a big "all available, bed linen for the double bed (good slightly harder mattress;) and kettle you have to get yourself, the whole to 4500 baht + 150 water + electricity 9 Baht per unit — still ask?

Its location is good. It is located near the night market. You can walk there from here. You can also walk around the town from here. There are 2 convenient shop nearby. The place is nice and descent. It has a balcony which you and your family can definitely sit and enjoy your beer at night. Nevertheless, there is a super nice and helpful receptionist. She can speaks good English. She helped me a lot during my travel here. The price here is reasonable as well. You will never regret if you want to find a decent place with low price. Thumbs up.

True 3 nights here, the rooms are actually functional but OK, with kettle, flat-screen TV — room cleaning would forget on the 2nd day friendly owners who have more "guesthouses" houses in the area.

The owner family is suprisingly friendly and helpful for Thailand. The house is basicaly hotel with one of the rooms converted to a dorm feels a lttle cramped when full. Clean, with aircon and small common area downstairs. Is a little away and up the hill from the center but still a walking distance.

The room was great The city centre is a short walk away, you can rent scooters on site. On the other hand avoid breakfast it is really not terrible.

Big rooms, have balcony, fridge, conditioner. Not so far away from night market and pier. Also near is seven eleven and ATM. Friendly personel. Best what you can find in Krabi according place and price aspects.

Very clean and friendly staff. Ideal for families. 10 minutes from Krabi night market and 100 meters from the seven eleven and transport facilities. Count about 10 to 15 euros per night for an air-conditioned family room please!

Not that much good located inside of main krabi road.

Great place to stay in Krabi. Staff was overly kind and helpful. Tickets and transportation available at very good prices. Location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the walking street and night markets. Center of town is right around the corner. 2 min walk to 2 different 7-11s. Breakfast and lunch spot right out the front door. Or at the hotel itself.

Fresh but boring rooms. Nice staff. Got what you paid for, nothing more nothing less. Pleased with my stay there.

Very good hotel. Very clean and spacious room with a balcony and air conditioning that works perfectly. Laundry Service on-site for three times nothing. Very quiet and the staff adorable. Parking free motorcycle. For the price it is a gift.

10/15 min walking from the city centre but still close to shops and 7eleven. Host super super nice always a kind smile and helped us to sort out problems with the ferry! Would come back any day.

The price/value ratio is pretty good. The reception is very helpful. The air conditioning is working great. The room is spacious and clean.

A place worth recommending. The apartments are big and fairly clean. The internet signal was good in the room. There was also a fridge and electric kettle as well as air conditioning. The downside was there there was almost no place to unpack, some more furniture would be useful.

The owner is really kind, and the place is very lovely.
