Very nice hotel. Home extra. Staff very well. In the middle of nature at 15 minutes with feet of the centre.

Lovely and peaceful place to stay while in krabi. Lovely staffs. Booked all the packages (7 island tour, Phang Na bay tour, phi phi island tour and Hong island tour) through them and it was arranged perfectly with reasonable price. Would like to stay here again. Spacious room with great views and incomparable service from start to finish. Just love this place. Kubkunka.

Relaxing, spacious rooms, very large bathroom with tub for two. Too much moisture because it is located in a wooded area. It is far from the beach area and the center, however; there is free taxi service which I found very effective. The staff were very friendly and helpful. How opportunity area would say to expand the breakfast menu a little and do a remodel to the reception as it looks decadent. For the rest, and for the price. I think it's a hotel I could return to in the future.

Lovely place to stay while in Krabi. Great room and pool. Lovely staff. Very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. Good hourly drop off service to the main shopping area and short walk to the beach from drop off point. Beach towel allowed to be taken out of the hotel to the beach.

Awesome resort and friendly people at the resort. Facilities to visit the market are also fantabulous. Resort people are very helpful. As a couple we enjoyed a lot.
Also many of them were cute and almost everyone were courteous

Amazing place. Spent about 10 days here for our honeymoon! Can't say enough about the amazing location and view. You don't get to see the ocean, but instead get to see an huge and beautiful limestone cliff that looks amazing at night. The cliff also hides the city and street lights from the beach bustle and allows for some nice night time star gazing. The area is also far enough from the main street that it's quiet without any bikes or noise from crazy tourists and binge drinking college kids. It's also close enough from the main road in Aonang that you can walk to the hustle and bustle areas.

Good resort. Little away from town. Staffs were friendly and helpful. They have shuttle every hour to town free of cost. Breakfast spread was ok for our kids. Restaurant closes at 10pm and nothing available post that. They set the expectations correct once you arrive so nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work guys!

Oh this place is heaven. People at the desk, restaurant are so good that you actually fall in love with Thai people. They were so courteous and ready to help with any problems you have. Mr Prakong if I remember the name correctly was very helpful and arranged a very good stay for us.

Pro: — Rooms are the best we saw in Thailand. — Staff is nice and helpful. — Location was secluded and hotel offered transport to town. Con: — Wi-Fi was slow and periodically disconnected during our stay (we were in H block). — A few mosquitoes were in the dining area and the hotel charged 159 b for repellent. — Spa workers are brought in on demand and quality of work will vary. My massage was good but my wife's manicure was uneven. Tools are not properly disinfected. — Only 1-2 of staff can speak English at a given time during shift. It is better to speak to them in person rather than the phone.

Luxury Villas. Spacious rooms and a large bed. The bathroom with an attached bath tub is also uniquely designed to leave one with the experience of luxury. The architecture is also soothing. The swimming pool has stunning views, as if right in the middle of the jungle. Surprisingly, mosquito free. Shuttle service to the beach is complimentary… Adding to the convenience. Must stay place. For nature lovers.

The rooms are cabins, large and beautiful! The hotel is located away from but leaves the micro each time. To be in the pool with that view is priceless. It is very well attended, are in the details. The. Breakfast is super complete.

We went there for honeymoon. It was absolutely amazing. It's nice and close to the beach. It's about a 2km walk to the beach but you walk through the town so it's pleasurable. There's also a shuttle hourly that takes you in. The staff are incredibly friendly, the breakfast is great, the rooms are amazing, the view from the pool is breath taking, even a refer 2 weeks. I think the best thing is their prices. The rates are fantastic for what you're getting. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Also the town of aonang is awesome and so much fun. It's such a central location… a real winner.

The property is really good. We loved the following about this resort: 1. Rooms are extremely spacious and the washrooms are splendid. 2. Breakfast spread although small is changed almost everyday offering variety 3. Extremely good and prompt room service and hotel staff 4. Lush green property and they offer a porch with every Villa where you can sit and relax A few downsides to the property: 1. The location (2kms) from the beach but they have regular pickup and drop shuttles to take care of that 2. No fitness center and massage place 3. Overall a small resort, not much to do inside We booked the property a month in advance and found it to be value for money and I would recommend this property to my friends.

Wonderful resort and really nice staff, we stay here 6 nights, I am so glad I choose here to stay. Great foods, you must try the baked Rice with pineapple served in a pineapple. We really don't want to leave, strong recommend!

I recommend this hotel for Tranquility ' its warm welcome and an exotic setting to wish, the whole crown ' of large luxurious rooms.

A great place to spend your vacation. With lush green ambience, background view of cliff and great architecture makes it a perfect place for stay. Market center is not far and can be reached by resort shuttle, which is tgere every hour, or you can hire a bike for long stay.

Nice setting for this hotel with the mountains in the background of the pool and the terrace of the restaurant spacious room and beautiful bathroom with shower + bathtub The restaurant serves European or Thai refined dishes.

It was a beautiful place to be at, reception staff was nice and courteous and did come up to the expectations of being customer centric. They also arranged a small celebration for my wife's birthday which was sweet of them… only thing which I got upset about was the ground staff… we were tired towards the end and saw the resort shuttle… and requested driver to leave us to the resort… specially when the resort offers free pick up and drop, even when the driver was free and was going back to hotel empty car he asked us for 100 THB for drop as their was no scheduled drop… I think these small things make you exceptional at customer service… rest every thing was fine.

The resort is excellent. Location is good, not far away from aonang beach. They have free shuttle service to beach every hour. Staff is excellent. Don't have much options in their breakfast menu for vegetarians. Overall experience is great.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean. They have shuttle services for free to ao nang for free that comes quite frequently and reliable. The breakfast was okay. The staffs were very warm and welcoming. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful location in middle of the mountains. The room which was provided had both the mountain view and as well as the pool view. They decorated our room to make our stay memorable. And they served amazing breakfast. The best part was they run a cab every hour as free shuttle to the main city and back to hotel as well. Made our trip memorable and this place is highly recommended.

A very nice hotel to stay at Krabi… Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are something that you would fall in love with. It's in close proximity to the best Bar that is Chang Bar. Pool at Phu Petra is nice and calm and overlooks a majestic cliff, which is a Best spot for some nice clicks. Overall a Hotel with, one of the calmest and Soulful stay.

Nice secluded, quiet resort. The only thing I heard in the evening besides nature was the occasional chanting of monks or some other religious figures. I always found that the staff would acknowledge and greet you. They were attentive and friendly at breakfast, and would always try to provide advice the best they could. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious with high ceilings and had good air conditioning. The resort had a pool, restaurant and massage area, but otherwise there wasn’t a whole lot going on. The inclusive breakfasts were very satisfying. In addition to a small buffet, you could order a Thai or American dish for each breakfast. Apart from breakfast the hotel restaurant was nothing special. “Happy hour” drinks went for 160 baht and the food was also quite expensive especially considering its quality. For the average person, Aonang Phu Petra is not within walking distance of the town, so you can either take the shuttle, get a taxi or rent a motorcycle. I did feel like I was being nickel and dimed at this resort between the expensive food (with no other nearby alternatives) and other miscellaneous charges. Case in point, the morning we checked out they charged us for taking one of the laundry bags, even though my family and I had been sick with food poisoning (5 people) and all missed the previous 4 breakfasts. Couldn’t the 2nd best resort in Ao Nang just call it even?

My second time to stay at the place. Not so crouded and relaxing place. Not very far from Aonang. Great place to stay for relaxation.

Beautiful, large, individually standing bungalows. Very clean, but beds quite hard. Breakfast for Asian conditions OK. Staff very friendly.

Great place, beautiful pool and scenery. Excellent rooms. The service could have been more accommodating though. Like extra free water bottles.

Nice customer service. Would like yo try the beer garden restaurant just near the hotel. But didnt get the chance. We walk mostly back to the hotel if we had meals outside in the main street. Otherwise I think renting a motorbike will be helpful. Was not impressed and rather disappointed by aonang krabi. But this hotel was wonderful and staff very helpful. The rooms are huge and affordable. Anyway u dont really get beach hotel in aonang. You can see the starts at night if the sky is clear. Very great experience. Thanks.

Bugs everywhere, (uncomfortable beds) GREAT food, AMAZING service the workers are so nice and ordering for is magically instant, this place is a wonderland.

Located in an extremely sceanic surrounding, the resort has it's share of beauty. The cliffs next to the resort are breathtaking and the nautral aura of the resort adds to the combination. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Although you do not have much food option in the resort, the restaurant that serves the meal is decent. The pool is nice and the service is ok. For most of the times, the staffs are courteous but can also come off as a bit rude at their will. The resort is located a few miles away only to the market and the beach and has shuttle service to add to the fun. Overall a good experience if you are into green nature and like a bit quiet after the big cities most grooling over the top excited life offerings.

Stayed here for two nights as a 60th Birthday treat courtesy of my wonderful kids. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Extra friendly staff. Room very large and very clean. The Bathroom was bigger than our lounge! One word to sum it up — Magical :-)

Nice resort, friendly staff, rooms were ok. A little further from town than initially thought and the shuttle that Phu Petra gives is not great. They will drop you off in town every hour. But only pick you up at a few specific times during the day from the same spot they drop people off. This made no sense to me. Drop people off every hour and pick people up every hour. This would have helped a lot with the resorts location. You also can not leave your air conditioning on when you leave the room. Krabi is hot and humid, this would have been really nice to be able to leave on. However, they have air conditioning, which is a plus! This plus a few other minor things made this 4 stars. Not crowded, nice pool, great views.

Loved my stay here. The rooms and facilities was great. Service was friendly. Food is ok but really you should get out and eat from local places. Wifi was a bit spotty.

Me and my fiancee are still staying in this place. Firstly, we must admit that the place is all round good, nothing stands out. Service is very good, friendly staff, wonderful location, 2 floor has some nice rooms, very clean and cozy, prices are not bad (could be worse). However, the same problem, which we have noticed ALL OVER this place is the internet access! This varies from awful to so-so. This place has it at "so-so" state (weve seen much worse). But that is the problem throughout whole Thailand (excluding Bangkok). So, overall, we still recommend this place:). By the way — the restaraunt, which is located right downstairs is really good! The hotel is located right on the beach, in the middle of "action" — stores, travel agencies, restaraunts, burger king (not that we are fans of it, but still), 7-11, and whole bunch of other exciting places. Last, but not least — the beautiful beach, which is located right accross the road! LOL:).

The hotel in wrong location and it is not " AO NANG BEACH RESORT" it is AONANG PRINCE VILLE AO NANG BEACH RESORT, located in "ao nang beach " not in Krabi town.
