Family business, everyone was really nice. Spoke English good were very helpful, good location close to beach and downtown but quite at bungalows. Comfy beds!

When I arrived the room was bug infested and I don't say this lightly. I went to the front desk to tell them about it, and all they did was sweep up the ants. Well of course more came. So I asked for another room… just to have the same problem. I booked to stay a week here… needless to say I only stayed one night cause it was late and I was backpacking.

Air con was too weak. It took always long time to cool down the room. Rooms are large, but old. No breakfast. Stuff not always friendly. Loud music at nighttime from the neighbor bar/restaurant.

First the positive: + beautiful garden + restaurants and shopping facilities within walking distance + beach in 5 minutes walk + large fridge + good Wi-Fi neutral: ÷ rooms are simply furnished and equipped (only large towels, no kettle, hairdryer or bedside tables) ÷ rooms are not cleaned automatically, if you do not hang the sign a point of criticism — in the bathroom reeks of runoff but the biggest criticism is probably the poor quality of service!
We were very surprised by the many positive reviews, because we always had the impression from a young lady that we were undesirable as guests.
Missgünstige and annoyed looks were what we received when she did not look at her cell phone once. This girl definitely belongs to no position with customer contact. The young man on the other hand was extremely friendly and anxious. Unfortunately, he is apparently in the Hackfolge further down, because he too was very reluctant after the newly mentioned girl interrupted a matrimonial good and friendly conversation with him by pushing him to the side to ask, "What do you want? You want to rent a car? ". Yes, before we had asked for a rental car, however, the way was to finish the friendly conversation (about something completely different), very unprofessional. It was also unprofessional that in spite of the subsequent agreement with her the next morning no rental car came until we again asked the young man to ask for it. At one time it ran.

I stayed for one month and couldn’t have asked for better! The staff are friendly, speak English, and were equally as sad as I was when I had to leave. The bungalow was clean and air conditioned and has a mini fridge, TV and some space to hang your clothes. I would have liked a closet or drawers to pack my things since I was staying so long, but managed without. There is a restaurant on site with a varied Thai and Western menu. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and Pangea bar (which rocks on Tuesdays). You can reach the nearest bars and restaurants within 10 minutes of walking or can hail a tuk-tuk quite easily if you need to go further. It’s a 5 minute walk to the KoHub co-working space. For shopping, you can get to Saladan within 10 minutes by tuk-tuk. There is a supermarket (Lanta Mart) and a Tesco’s at the Walking Street (Thai stalls for clothes and souvenirs) in Saladan. All in all, very good value for a Wonderful stay. (P. S. They have a friendly chicken who walks among the bungalows)

Very nice facility, very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Minus: In the complex next door, there is a very loud celebration every night until early. Sleeping without hearing protection is not possible.

Friendly family run place with clean rooms and beds. Close to beach. 400 to 1000 baht low to high season prices.

I stayed for a month. Fantastic place! The staff is very lovely, rooms are clean and well maintained!

Tasty food, large menu, fair prices for a touristic restaurant and open late at night.

This place was very nice… people who work here are so nice… and we are coming back again.

Has strong Wi-Fi, nice room and bathroom, the short path to the beach, near food stalls and retail stores like 7-eleven. But must go by ferry to go here.
