39 bungalows in the jungle and along some rice fields. 2 swimmingpools 2 bara and one restaurant. Eco resort wkth no Tvs in the middle of nature. Very friendly staff. Perfect to relax.

Overpriced and run-down. There are way cheaper options in town with the same standard. The Mae Sakut trail that they are so proud about is currently unwalkable after Station 7 (broken trees cover up the path). The pool only smells like chlorine which makes it disgusting to swim in, moreover it‘s very old and run-down. The food in the restaurant is ok at best but overpriced (150 Baht per Mail + VAT). Instead of building a new pool and a new bar, they should focus on maintenance of what they already have…

The place is a bit run down but I loved their lots of trees. We were there for some errands so no need for sightseeing. It was raining, so we stayed in our suite watching series all afternoon. It was one happy moment. Nice lighting in general at night. Anyways, when it comes to sleeping, the mattress was not a very nice one. When it comes to their restaurant, food was ok but quite pricey. Staff were great though. Can’t blame for that. No pictures here. Sorry.

Hotel in the middle of the jungle.
I have no words to describe it. The place is amazing, the workers are friendly, helpful and with a sense of humor.
It's not a matter of luxury, (which too) but with integrated natural beauty.
I feel immensely lucky to be here.
Wi-Fi works at full speed, the air conditioner is new, the coffee is great.
If bugs come into the room, it's because you've left your windows open. You also have a responsibility to make things work, as I insist, you're in the jungle.

Super beautiful Hotel Complex, which had a famous Visit in 2014. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been Holidaying there.
Our Room was great and the Complex is simply idyllic in the middle of the Forest.
The Restaurant in the Hotel is also really good and can be recommended.
One should note that the Complex is just outside of the City. Sometimes fast walking into the City is not possible.

Once probably the best place in town, according to the numeruous pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. But the resort has seen its best days, and they'd better invest in a brush up than in a new swimming pool as they are right now. The food is also just about average, sorry to say. So this hotel is for you if you don't want to invest time for research for a better place, just sleeping there before and after a tour and want to enjoy certain advantages such as airport pickup, tour guide connecting etc. But we saw nice places driving by, so I'm sure there are better opportunities if you invest some time to find them. So I don't disadvise, but I wouldn't recommend the place neither.

Beautiful place, real special atmosphere. Breakfast is the poorest ever.

Top notch resort with amazing dogs running around playing. The surrounding area is lush and beautiful. Clean rooms and great service.

Wonderful scenery with peaceful ambience. The place is beautifully lit at night and there is an outdoor camp fire where you can chill around. Rooms are nice and clean, and a few friendly dogs roam around.

Stayed for 2 nights in a suite bungalow (free upgrade). I very much liked: garden, location, spacious room, cocktail bar. Disappointed by: breakfast, staff, bathroom, restaurant, swimming pool.

Of course, in the years come, of course, should be refurbished, of course, internet in the restaurant, poolside and bar is too little. Nevertheless: to recommend all around if you like peace and nature! From me 5 stars!
Great bungalows between shade-giving trees. Today, in the middle of February, we have 35 degrees, in the bungalow the (silent) ceiling fan suffices, the living room is pleasantly cool, the (existing) climate remains.
No star restaurant, but good local Thai food and the red curry is delicious!
The staff is very friendly and even if it is lacking in English, the communication works somehow.
My highlight and unconditional Enpfehlung: The "Mae Sakut Trail" — a trail that starts behind the restaurant, after a short climb to the Nationalparkseingang leads (200BT entrance) and then leads over 8 great kilometers through the jungle! Along Brooks and waterfalls, steep on — and descents that are worthwhile, with indescribable plant variety! Since up to the last Kilomater everything in the jungle it is essentially in the shade and thus also to withstand the temperature (water taking is obligatory anyway).
Recommend to leave early, because then one (perhaps) an honor is given that is not affordable: The resort's dog flock (3Stück) gladly accompany the early hiking group! What fun with the small lively mongrels, led by the small, terrier-what-also-always mix with the name snow-White (immediately recognizable why the name Snow White)!

Tiny place in a big jungle. Clean food, very helpful staffs. Worth to spend a week stay here!

Great hotel, located in the middle of the national park, you can still hike in the afternoon to a waterfall, if you are early enough.

A wonderfully quiet resort with beautiful scenery. The rim we stayed in was a little cottage with a private balcony overlooking a babbling brook and gorgeous greenery.

Very good resort, comfortable rooms, swimming-pool; be cautious about the Wi-Fi. After using their Hotspot, I had issues connecting properly to other rooters.

A very nice place to stay in Mae Hong Son! Not too far from the city, we were looking for nature and an off-the-beaten-track feeling and that's where we found it! The bungalow are really cosy, swimming pool is huge and fresh (when 40 degrees outside, it's definitely a +! ) and staff was extremely friendly!

Wonderful place to stay, mostly for the setting. Accommodation is a bit rustic but still pleasant.

Eco-friendly hotel with beautiful nature and landscape. Friendly staffs, no internet, no TV, rather for nature loving travellers and not for guests addicted to luxury.

Low season but the surroundings are stunning. The pool is not top notch but it's ok. The rooms have seen better days and I even upgraded to a suite. But still 4 star for the price and location. I hope they will maintain the place better or else it will be 3 star very soon No Wi-Fi in room also brings it down a bit.

Total peace & tranquillity. The resort is set in a lush green valley of rice paddy fields. Seeing the sunset from the outdoor bar is quite something. Food and service was excellent too, with a good choice of local, Asian & western food.

We stayed an extra night … Friendly staff… Lovely surroundings… Excellent restaurant… We would stay again…
