The villa is beautiful. The buffet breakfast is awesome. Ms penn ended being a family friend. She was very sweet and helpful. Will surely visit this place again.
Extremely Big and Clean Villa! We had a family trip in Chiang Mai. We stayed here for 4 nights. Their hospitality is very good. They had a professional crew who run the villa. They clean the room daily, cook you breakfast daily. Clean the pool daily. Greet you daily… Overall experience is very satisfying and comfort. Price also very fair, really valued for the money. The only downside is location is a bit away from town. There's nothing much within 2km radius. If you need shopping/food, you need to drive out. This Villa is located at Mae Rim district. If you rent a car, if you holidays with big family (>5 people), then this is definitely the place to stay.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff are all very hospitable. Our kids enjoyed the pool especially in such heat. Breakfast is great…! They have an espresso machine for DIY coffee drinkers.
