Great views of the mountains from most rooms. Too far from everywhere if you're staying any longer than a few days. The room rates vary depending on which floor which side if it's on the corner or not although they are all 99% the same size and decor. After choosing our room the price mysteriously rose a mistake by reception the owner informed me (every room was discounted except the one we chose) The Wi-Fi is ok (3MB speed) unless there are a few guests also staying in the hotel/lodgings then you will have problems. The Wi-Fi is also a problem because browsers refuse to connect they say it's untrusted. It turns out all traffic has to go through a monitored reception filter a precaution the owner said was necessary as he doesn't want any illegal activity blamed on him.
Quiet, well run, fresh mountain air, close enough to everything.

Lovely and easy night spent here. Had no strange experiences. Just paid the rate up front and was done haha. Nice decor, with good lighting. Peaceful outdoor area in the room, as well as a quiet and inviting lobby and patio. Certainly you'd need a scooter to stay here, or use Uber I guess. Spacious room, dreamy and peaceful little spot in Chang Khian, one of my favorite neighborhoods in cm. Good value, as a person who has stayed in many hotels in cm and around Thailand.
