Came for a 4 days yoga retreat with extended two days stay. The owner and the staff pampered the guest, good organic and taste food. Most of the foods growth from the owner farm. The resort arrange everything for you, the in-house product is cheaper than outside and good food. … A place that I like to come more often.

Beautiful teakwood Thai style hotel.

The food is great, the place wonderful and a price well acceptable.
It is 10-15 minutes from the center of Chiang Mai car.
Beware of the prices offered in the packs, it is cheaper to organize it on your own.
I would only improve the Wi-Fi, it was really slow.
Outside that, the people and the place is unbeatable. They're very atenciosos. We had to leave the hotel at 4:30 and we had prepared a takeaway breakfast.

Lovely boutique hotel made by Teakwood. I enjoyed every moment. Breakfast was good-there are various teas, homemade yogurt & Jams, you can choose AMBF or Thai style. Both were great!. The room was clean, comfy and well designed with teakwood furniture. Every staff provide an excellent service. Particularly, the reception staff was so kind and helpful, always with smile. I had a chance to talk to the owner. She grows all the vegetables & fruits at her farm to provide a good food at the hotel. The location is not far from Nimman Heamin, 10mns by walk. I spent a wonderful holidays in Chiang Mai thanks to them and I will definitely come back to have another great experience in this marvelous hotel. Highly recommend! 감사합니다.

Good place if you like quiet. But not accessible to even convinence store.

Amazing, quiet hotel. Very friendly staff, seems like it's family run. Not far from the old town area, but too far to walk.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is delicious and supplied by their own organic farm. I stayed for 4 days and should have stayed longer. Yoga and massages of a very high standard. Highlights were a visit to the organic farm, followed by a trip to a local market to buy freshly pressed coconut milk and cream and then an al fresco cookery lesson by the pool. Plans to expand (bigger pool and more accommodation) will be a marvellous addition. Authentic feel. Highly recommended.

Nice Hotel. A Bit far from the center of the city, but quiet and there is something to breathe (in the city strong gas pollution)

This is a charming, 13-room boutique hotel, with beautiful teak wood work, well-kept grounds, and a pool. It's family-owned, and the staff are kind, personal and helpful :-) The design of the rooms has a modern flair, with good lighting, great bathrooms, and a reasonable amount of space. This is an oasis inside of an oasis (yes, I really like Chang Mai! ) Highly recommended.

Exceptional room, great interior design, great garden. Very helpful and friendly staff. There is also a small common pool. Not many options at breakfast.

Booked 4 days yoga retreat during January 2017. The place was simply heaven on earth! I cannot stress enough how much I enjoyed my stay there. I was given a warm, personal and welcoming but also extremely professional VIP service.
— The hotel manager made sure that I enjoyed every bit of my stay — checked often if the schedule, the food and program works well for me. It really felt like his main goal is to me *me* as happy as I can be. On the last day I wanted to skip some of the program so I can see elephants and he rescheduled everything so I can enjoy both the elephant trip, the massage and the food.
— The cooking lesson and visit to the market was one of the most authentic and amazing experiences I had in Thailand. The owner was extremely patient showing me every stand and explaining me about every fruit and vegetable, then taking me to see how coconut milk and cream are manufactured.
— The yoga teacher was professional and even though according to schedule we only had 1 hour a day — made sure it would be effective and relaxing.
— The masseuse lady gave me the most amazing massages I had in Thailand (and I had a lot of them) — taught me that there is a great difference between a professional massage and those you get in the streets.
— The rest of the staff were also super nice. Seems like they all knew exactly my schedule, and they helped me fit it.
— The food was delicious, pretty and healthy which is not easy to come by.

Excellent hospitality and good location for relax.

Bed and breakfast in great style teak building has featured the only inadequacy is that the environment is not a quiet roadside car motor is too noisy.
