Everything is neat and clean. I luv very good smell in the room. Even shower and bath cream and conditioner are very good. I recommend you to buy it back to home or for souvenir.

Perfect location, great services, beautiful garden, rooms, suites — amazing pool with waterfalls, decent gyms All was great except for breakfast and lunch and meals — need to improve on that.

Perfect is the correct word for this stuning hotel. Just I step my feet in I feel fascination on the decoration with the northern Thai culture style. Not just only how beautiful this hotel is. But the service from staffs since check in through check out is absolutly great. I been take care and look after like a princess. The food, the resturant will make u don't wanna eat anywhere else. All I can give is 10/10 scores. I really love here and for sure I will come back here again. So beautiful hotel and beautiful service mind from staffs.

I was VERY IMPRESSED staying at this hotel. The kindness of the staff, amazing rooms, beautiful common area with an amazing swimming pool and resting area. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. All the staff are very attentive and very helpful. The restaurant offers an amazing selection of food. I also had an amazing experience at the spa of the hotel. The hotel is very well located in Chiang Mai. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this hotel and I definitely will stay in next time a visit Chiang Mai. Congratulations Chala Number 6 and all the staff for the unique and excellent service.

Breakfast and other restaurant staff attitude and smile good The only drawback, check in when the counter reception lady to see us a glance, no smile, no greeting, turned to continue to busy her, and so I called her to come, five-star hotel, should not have the situation, good later another senior staff appeared to improve.

Hotel environment and design are very stylish and very good, room space is also large enough, the only drawback of hot water is unstable and small.

Love this beautiful hotel in the old city area, convenient and at Sunday the night market is just outside the hotel. Big and great room, but lost one star because of the bad pool.

Still some way to go. In time, Chala may be a nice hotel, but I feel it is currently a little rough around the edges. The staff tell me it is open for business only 2 months. I stayed here 5 days. Everywhere around the place there are works underway, piles of rubble, construction noises, smells, bare plaster, cracked concrete. The strength of this hotel is the outdoor landscaping. The grounds are just stunning, particularly at night and first thing in the morning for breakfast. My major concern is around issues of public safety. For example, an open drainage hole in a public thoroughfare with no cautionary marking. Also, crumbling concrete steps that are a potential tripping hazard. See pics. The rooms are very nice, but I felt the design of the bathrooms was poor. The instant hot water unit is not sufficient to power either the shower or bathtub. It supplies a few seconds of hot water and then goes cold and then hot and then cold. The maintenance manager checked mine twice and said it is a problem in every room and that they are aware of it. There is a raised marble lip/edge between the room and the bathroom. Why it needs to be there, I have no idea, but I stubbed my toe on it twice and it really hurt! : (There is no space on the bathroom vanity for any of your stuff. The professionality and training of the staff is another problem. Twice I stepped around groups of staff that were playing games, play fighting and laughing loudly in the hallways around guest rooms.

Fabulous attention to guests' comfort. Superb service. Central to the old town. Lovely pool and water feature in the relaxing central courtyard. Magnificent attention to detail in fixtures and decorations. I cannot think of a more welcoming and relaxing place to stay in Chiang Mai. Recommend and will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I travelled Thailand for 3 weeks and found Chala Number 6 to be our most pleasant hotel experience. The hotel is brand new, has everything you need (restaurant, lounge area, pool, spa, and gym), and is exquisitely designed so you may not want to leave. The hospitality is amongst the best I've ever had. The staff go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and happy. We loved the hotel so much we came back with friends a day early before flying home. Highly recommend staying here while in Chiang Mai!

The hotel was very nice and breakfast was great. The waiter remembers the coffee you are drinking and takes the initiative to refill it. The soft drinks in the room are free. Location in the ancient city center. It's very convenient to take a two-way car. Just tell the driver when you get to the Chidiron temple that he can send you to the hotel. The Sunday night market is in front of the hotel. The Saturday night market was 5 minutes away. The service is very good. Gym Coach Mei is also very responsible. Develop fitness plans for individuals every day. And put towels and water on the gym. Very good hotel.
