Very nice setting, typical, home top and the service ditto. Breakfast delicious home.

Excellent report quality / price, very good situation, quiet, air-conditioned rooms are very clean with a small swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and available, able to hold up any tourism activity in the two stroke thread. Tours, Excursion, boxing, cooking classes etc.

Very good address. Staff with care and very effective. Very comfortable installation and very good tastes. Very warm welcome and the interior setting gives a very typical and zen atmosphere.
Large offer of very well organized and very interesting excursions.

Very good and especially good location. The hotel is non smoking except in two areas close to the street. Pool small but sufficient. Paul The boss speaks French, it can be useful.

A beautiful hotel with lots of character and interesting themes like the internal sitting and garden areas. The staff are lovely, helpful and always have a smile.

I would recommend this place very well place and Zen setting. Lots of shops nearby. Off the road. Very nice staff. The director speaks French and is good advice. I'll be back without PBS. The small pool allows you to cool off.

My place if I have to stay in the center of Chiang Mai. Managed by Mr. POL, a Thaï who speaks perfect french and english. Beautiful old house with an interior garden. Friendly staff and just 5 min away from all nice places inside the old city. Best rate for price and quality in CM…

Disappointed with the performance of this establishment which has the appearance of a hotel of standing but which, when looking closer is expensive for the comfort offered.

Really nice! The hotel has its own unique character, you feel like you are at home. The staff really do take care of you, from giving you guidance on what to see to booking tours for you late at night. Oh and there are cats and dogs which you can play with. Sure there are areas of improvement like breakfast (i. E. Limited options etc) or absence of a kettle in your room. But given the price I think its a fantastic place to stay!

Fairly clean, breakfast a bit overpriced by Thai standards but by no means expensive. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is such a lovely place, and has great value for money for what it gives. We stayed six nights, and had no issues at all. The rooms were quaint and tidy, with daily cleaning. The staff are lovely and speak good English, French (and maybe German? ). Wifi was sufficient, but don't expect lightning speeds (~5mbps down)

This hotel had the most helpful reception staff ever! When l asked where the local hairdressers was, the receptionist actually escorted me to it… We changed one of the rooms to an upgrade which was lovely. The cleaning staff were equally as cheerful and helpful. Location perfect. Certainly recommend.

Lovely buildings with exotic appeal and nice room at a premium price. Good location within walled city. However mean spirited approach by management. Small things but count for a lot. No tissues in room, no hand towels, no hand soap in bathroom, breakfast available but not included, Wi-Fi exists but unuseable. Jug provided for hot water but nothing else — no cups, tea, or coffee. Wouldn't stay there again.

A GuestHouse in a quiet street but well located. The place is nice, the bedding is good and there is even a swimming pool. The owner speaks perfectly French and will be happy to assist you.

What a lovely accommodation in a beautiful Thai house with lots of atmosphere. The location is perfect. In the old town and close to the night market. You can walk to the pubs and loud noise while not being next to it for a good night's rest. Still you are surrounded by many small restaurants, travel agencies and massage salons. The rooms are neat and clean. They have tea facilities but no tea (so buy your own). The standard rooms aren't that big. When travelling with a baby/toddler I'd recommend booking a bigger room. There are also family rooms available. Be aware that not all pictures are accurate when booking through agoda. Staff is extremely friendly. They do their best to make your stay a comfortable one. Also their English is very good. We booked a room based on pictures on agoda, but it turned out to be smaller in real. They upgraded us with no extra charge, so we would have more space for our son. I would stay here again. I didn't find the breakfast they provide (not free of charge) not that tasteful though. But there are enough options right outside the house.

Clean, quiet hotel. But for the price (THB 800) lack of fridge, TV. Her free bottled water daily is non-existent, breakfast not included. Competition does not lack and offers better for this low season tariff…

The only reason they get average rating instead of zero stars is because they paid for my tuk tuk somewhere else after overbooking me. Paid in full before hand on agoda and they didn't have the room.

Beautiful rooms, friendly atmosphere, clean room, American breakfast. We were here for 3 nights and absolutely satisfied.
