Absolutely wonderfull hotel and staff! We were treated like Kings and queens and Wicha was the perfect hostess! We are definetly coming back some day! By the way: Wichas breakfeast soup is sooooo missed.

Great value for money. Location is a little isolated but a quick grab ride gets you most places. 10-15 min walk to the square. A few minor things pull this place down a little. The rooms aren't well insulated, so the noise of showers, shoes etc is very loud. But including nice breakfast makes it a great value hotel. Wife loved the friendly cats which roam the hotel.

Cozy place, nice bedroom, very comfortable bed. The hotel is artistic. It has a comfortable common room for relax and small workshop or meeting. Meals sold at its cafe is okay, just need to wait. It offers western menu. I like breakfast menu. The area is quiet, no public transport. You can find small cafes and simple food stalls around nearby the hotel.

Simply one of best I've stayed in. Lovely manager, amazing breakfast (with real sausages! ), very comfortable rooms, quiet location just 5min walk to the old city.

If you are looking for a fantastic hotel in the centre of Chiang Mai this is the best, it’s a brand-new hotel with absolutely wonderful staff spotlessly clean so peaceful and every amenity you would like is here even a rain shower a normal shower and extra large bath you wouldn’t get that in most hotels. I would recommend this highly don’t miss this opportunity I will guarantee you would come back again and again and again.

We LOVED sugarcane! Everyone is so friendly and kind and the ambiance is amazing. It’s decorated so nicely. Breakfast is simple but satisfying with a variety of yummy, good quality options. They also had really good looking lunch and dinner menus but we never were able to eat at the hotel during those times : (The pool is really nice, good temperature, clean, exactly like the pictures. Saw in a review the beds were comfy… it’s so true. We have been traveling for a month now and these are the best beds yet. The bathroom is nice and clean as well with a great shower and tub. They provide free waters and little cookies you can buy as well as ice cream and stuff — cute little touches that make a difference. Overall a really great quality hotel. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

My friend & I fell upon this place driving our motor scooter looking for healthy lunch. We were so impressed we really wished we could’ve moved our hotel accommodations to this location! Not only was the food absolutely delicious… but the staff even helped us fill our motor bike full of gas while we drank wine ate duck & salmon salad & explored the property. Will def recommend this location to friends from America planning travels to Thailand this year. Rooms are gorgeous, beds r super comfy! balconies, great views, big pool, etc. Our airb&b bed was a shitty boxspring. The owner spoke proper English, the service was above & beyond. Very quiet area, lots of clean areas to chill. I took lots of pics to show friends. Wish u much luck & prosperity 2018

We loved at our stay! If you've stayed at the Nest in Chiang Dao, it is run by the same owner. She is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. There's a vegetable garden where they grow vegetables to use in their restaurant. There are lots of cozy places to sit and relax. The pool is gorgeous and all the rooms overlook the pool. Great view of Doi Suthep as well. I live in Chiang Mai but I stayed here with my family while they visited. Even though we were only a short walk from the Old City, I felt like I'd escaped the city. This would be a great place for a stay-cation! Very peaceful, clean, spacious, home-y. Loved it!

What an amazing five days! This brand new gem, has been wonderful-even during their soft opening. The rooms are beautiful & they all have balconies that look out to the pool. Sugarcane is on a dead end sleepy street, just a few minutes walk to the old city. Breakfast is delicious & beautiful-the owner is a chef. Don't miss the Roti man, who comes nightly & makes a crepe like pastry from his scooter. Wicha-our many thanks for a great trip to Chiang Mai!

A beautiful and peaceful hotel right in the city! The owners and staff are welcoming and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated with simple touches of Thai culture. We enjoyed spending time downstairs in the outdoor lounge area as well as around the pool. We will definitely be staying here again!
