I mean wow! A great stay. Well maintained and clean rooms at reasonable price.

Attempted to stay here two nights on the 6th floor. It was LOUD and CHAOTIC! I could hear the couple living in Room 615 all day and night. Non stop conversations, doors banging loudly. Another guy in another room, turned his TV up so loud you could hear it for about 2 hours. They rented me a room with mold and the paint was coming off the wall due to moisture. There was blood on the bed that you can see has not been cleaned. This is disheartening because this is the second time I've been here and they rented me the dirtiest and loudest room. This will be my last stay here. Disappointing.

Nice location, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Hired a motorbike from the lobby. The motorbike was unregistered and I got a police ticket they refused to pay the ticket and they pulled the registration out of the office desk and stuck it on the motorbike. The room was dirty we had a nine month old baby who found 3 used earbuds on the floor. I have stayed here many times butI will never go back unacceptable terrible stuff Uncooperative and friendly not a nice place. This place is really gone downhill over the last few years.

Typical sterile rooms but good quality furniture. Clean with cameras all over the place.

Good value. Large condo style unit. Well equiped. Microwave lge fridge etc. Clean. Great staff. Local market within walking distance. Onsite parking.

Just arrived and I'm pleasantly surprised. Nice clean well appointed and at a good price.

Location is good for cheap food but if I was to stay in that area again I'd pick another hotel. Room was dirty compared with other places I have stayed and I noticed sometimes there was a really awful smell coming from what I think was the drains.

Stayed for 6 months and was mostly fine until the last month when a noisy ignorant couple in the next room kept us awake most nights shouting and screaming at 4am. The staff did nothing about this even though we complained many times. I guess they had just signed a long contract and since ours was nearly finished they didnt care. We decided to move out 3 weeks earlier due to the constant noise from next door but they refused to give even half the monthly rent back and were told that we had to keep the room and collect the deposit at the end of the month. At the end of the month we went to our room to collect our last belongings only to find someone asleep in our bed and they had been using our room even though we had still being paying for it! The rent for the last month came to nearly 900 baht (we stayed for just 11 of those days with everything switched off after that). Previous months were less than that for the full month. They also tried to keep as much of the deposit money as they could. 500 for paint. Nothing needed painting. We got 7500 back from a 10, 000 deposit after all their silly and scammy charges. I had previously recommended this place to a few of my friends that visit Thailand often, but now I have warned them of my experience. Be warned, if you stay here and leave your room for a few days you might find someone sleeping in your bed when you get back, along with your stuff gone.
