➜ A good but already a bit of an old hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food very good and plentiful. Above all, we were convinced by the staff's willingness to help, because when we wanted to withdraw money by credit card in front of the hotel, the amount was displayed, the device rattled and then the card moved in. We immediately reported the incident to hotel staff who contacted the bank immediately. … And lo and behold: Despite the holiday, 15 minutes later, a bank employee stood at the vending machine, filled it up, handed us the money already unbooked and gave us the credit card back. — Our thanks to everyone involved, because this is not common even in Thailand.
