Friendly staff, great amenities… hope the staff stays the same especially one of the front desk workers I am in love with… she is a sweetheart!

Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff friendly and professional. Nice large pool and the hotel also brews its own beers which is a nice touch.

A dated hotel design but everything is maintained well. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is decent.

It's OK for the price but not terrible breakfast the room is very decent.

The room was clean and well appointed. The room was was at the back of the hotel. Also close to the night club (not associated with the hotel) so load I may as well as been in the club myself. No sleep between 12 and 4 am. I was on the 12th floor. Still load enough for the bed to shake.

Very large hotel very luxurious very good restaurant home perfect room level for everyone very good location taxis at the foot of the hotel the tram is at hand very good start to make good visit to Bangkok.

The Pullman used to have one of my favorite bakeries but a change in ownership has badly affected the baked goods, both in terms of quality and choice. I will note that this has started to change for the better. Hopefully it will return to its former glory soon. Update… it did not get better, which is disappointing.

Classic hotel, a bit dated but very well maintained so it still feels comfortable. The service is excellent, the personnel are professional and friendly. Great choice when in Khon Kaen.

Great beer from in house brewery. Fabulous breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Wonderful architecture. Staff are little stuffy especially reception. No in house Wi-Fi for non guests. Prices are not cheap and although prices include service charges a tip is still expected.

Pretty. Own. Nice room But it's dated and poorly maintained. A showerhead on the head is not top and a toilet bowl with traces of black. Nothing serious but for a Pullman I wonder. Staff very friendly and well located in the city center…

Because the U Bar is at the back of the hotel, the music is loud at night, so ask to stay in a room at the front of the hotel if you don't want to hear the noise. Checking out was slow. Rooms and hotel are good and it's a good location.

At best 4 star hotel. Everything else clean. Pool and fitness room. However, 500 bath per person for breakfast is already crass. Wi-Fi is also not special.

A little run down after a few years. Also not sure about pirated TV channels in a supposed to be international chained hotel! Although staff were attentive and very friendly.

Worst Pullman I've ever visited. Avoid this one. I'm a platinum member of Accor and have stayed in at least 10 properties across multiple continents/countries. This is easily the worst by a long margin. Take the Accor brand down off this one, it's damaging your image. The bad. Terribly tired hotel. You can't simply put up some new modern art to get it to standard. It's tired. Looks like early 1990s era. Well maintained and clean but simply tired. It desperately needs a refurbishment. 10 years over the used by date. The noise! Thumping disco music and screams constantly until after 2 am at least. Management — go stay in a room one evening on the front side, Friday or Saturday. It's horrendous. There's no escaping the sound, bring ear plugs. Small things matter. The following is trip specific. Booked 2 rooms. Explicitly 2nd room to be a twin for my children, even commented in the notes to the hotel in addition to the twin configuration booked through Accor website. Arrived at 1am after a 7 hour journey, it's a double bed. Upset teenager as we had to throw pillows in the middle of a bed — how was this missed by booking? Booking was prepaid. Told on check in 2 months after the booking they couldn't deduct from my card at the time of booking so I pay at check out. How can I possibly check it now I'm on the road? No email to inform me or want prepaid as booked in the preceding 2 months? Very poor customer experience.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff. But can hear loud music from disco until 3 AM and very poor internet connection.

First impression that this place is old… with old design inside, but can be said they did do the maintenance well… professional services… nice selection of buffet for breakfast, although can be improves more. Size of standard room's just as same like other places, shady light, big windows pointing around the city, spacious bathroom (yeah. Its really plus point from other places). While, suite is like super size room, not much anything. Just need to walk a lot to do one things to the other… super wide windows (yeah… with 's) — with a connecting door in case u have big family to stay there, it would be great.

Very nice, clean and silent and good food. Good option of body massage available. Must stay when visiting Khonkaen.

Great five stars hotel, the best in town. The best brewery at the underground with happy hour buy 1 get 1 before 8:00 pm.

Great building and most of the facilities are good but is lacking direction. Check in and out was slow and confusing, no wax in the boot polisher since installed. But good value if booked online.

The service is as expected top and quite the architecture with its ergonomic structure. The top 4 floors are reserved for the royal family.

There are few restaurants in the hotel but no comment as I always order room service. The room service food is good & love homebrew beer. Variety of breakfast choice. I visit this hotel almost 10 times already and never have any issue once.

I have just stayed in 38 different hotels/resorts, in the NE, Laos and Vietnam, over the past two months, and this hotel is by far the best I stayed at. The a/c is great, the Wi-Fi is great, the hot water lasts through a shower. I stayed for two nights, the first night I used the curtains, and the room was 99% pitch black, it was rather amazing. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, the chairs were nice, in fact everything in the room was nice. The reception staff was nice, and so tall! Every hotel staff person I spoke to was pleasant. Over all it was a wonderful​ stay. The only changes that I'd like to see, are 'bum guns' by the toilet, I just don't think toilet paper provides the same level of cleaning ability. And a better movie channel (English) than Fox Movies, HBO would be nice. I'd like to compliment the hotel manager, as this is not a new hotel, but it's being well taken care of, which in Thailand is not very common.

Nice Hotel, modern, attentive staff, not speaking English well it was our little care. The bedding, as in all the great hotels in Thailand was blameless. We missed a buffet.

Very spacious, great real benefits, large clean rooms. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Pool side rooms are exposed to noise nocturnes of the surrounding bars, if you prefer quiet pick rooms entrance side of the hotel that are perfect.

Formerly a Sofitel, this property has been rebranded as a Pullman by the ACCOR management group. One of the highlights of the hotel is its own micro brewery situated in the basement — well worth a trip for those tired of the limited variety of beers available elsewhere in Thailand. This hotel remains one of the foremost hotels in the city of Khon Kaen.

In the heart of the city. An older hotel but well maintained, updated and clean. Worth the extra few dollars to stay here when compared to the other hotels in the city.

Quite old hotel but well management, Wi-Fi connection was terrible can't connect to even it has full signal. Breakfast was a thing you don't need to waste your money for better find food outside hotel. However, room is clean and spacious and comfy bed.

Wifi is Suck. I would go elsewhere for more value for the money. Sure the girls downstairs are beautiful.

Looks like it was once very nice. Certain parts are now starting to deteriorate. For example, the pool needs some repairs. Each time I tried to drain the bath tub, some of the water backed up out of the floor drain, etc.

This hotel is by far and away the best I have ever stayed. The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are large and clean and the beds are excellent. The breakfast choice is amazing. Sushi, Chinese, English, Thai. The pool is a moderate size but big enough to exercise and there is always a sun lounger to throw your towel on. I love Khon Kaen and I love this hotel. Top marks.

Located at the heart of the city. Rooms large and clean, but a bit pricy for this region.
