October 2017: Pretentious hotel in an awful location in a dark alley. The room wasn't clean, the TV didn't work, there was only one plug in the entire room. The staff was unhelpful and everything but friendly. I would recommend everybody to visit Khon Kaen city, it's a nice place — but stay clear of this hotel.

I've travelled all over Asia, the rooms are ok and clean but breakfast was dismal. Nice staff.
