Great service and friendly staff. Beach front here with the bar is amazing. Superior room facing ocean view has a private balcony and sofa, which overall is quiet and spacious. Perfect for family and couple. Also, I highly recommend spa program with khun Amm, Spa Therapist, I’d say she’s one of the warmest person I’ve ever met and her massage skills are beyond words. Thank you khun Nut for a great recommendation for local restaurant and wonderful hospitality!

All staff are very nice and friendly also breakfast very good but room is not clean enough not very good thank you.

I definitely recommended Centara Q Resort Rayong to one of the top hotel if you want beautiful beach hotel that quiet, peaceful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, it's perfect facility if you want to come for business meeting or host the special events like wedding, festival. The location is not too far from the famous island where you could travel to the island within 30 mins. I will come back again for sure!

Just back from the hotel with a large group (50+) the hotel and room design didn't impress me, but the service did! great service from great staff esp. K. Natty and K. View who are friendly and so ready to serve us with great service-minded attitudes! thanks again for everything!

Had our Valentine's Day stay here, I kept it a surprise and had some things arranged in the bed room beforehand. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
the room was simply amazing and the view from 7th floor was incredible.

It's a beautiful hotel! This is the second time we've stopped getting angry. The staff are insanely attentive and friendly. Remembers your habits and tastes. We came here as if to his home. Very warmly farewelled by the al-minister and staff, it was a pity to leave ( ( (the hotel itself is small in the area, but very conveniently located. Clean. Lying and soft pillows are enough with excess. In July there were waves, but not swimming, strong wind. But saved the pool — it is very cozy and clean! Wonderful breakfasts — just very tasty, 4-5 kinds of fruits, cheeses, sausages, cereals, a little pastry, detox cocktail, Asian and European cuisine — hungry will not go away. We dined on the hotel grounds, cooked a delicious, beautiful serve of dishes. From the hotel are taken to the village of Maen Ping on the tuk tuk of the hotel on schedule back and forth. Free to rent kayaks, balls, bicycles. We took a bike-straight to the reception and we brought a bike with helmets directly to the hotel, took away too at the checkout. Very convenient) Bike helped — where and when they wanted, there and went. In the village is a delicious restaurant Tequila Sunrise and a bar next to it, in the season there is his musician, in the evenings of the diva music. The voice is incredible. And a restaurant with cool steaks and buffalo Bill-fire burgers! Were in Rayong, in 2017 there were no Russians, this year two Russian families noticed. The rooms are all convenient, everything is!

Nice hotel. We stayed in the rooms near the pool and they were excellent. I liked the fact that they had thought of the little details like providing good quality flip flops and robes. Breakfast is good. There are a couple of waterfalls and a national park within an hour's drive. Lots of choice for food. The restaurant in the hotel has a great menu.

The room (4th floor) was cool and had all the necessary amenities. (Luckily we didn't run into any trouble other guests who stayed before us encountered). The gym was a bit small and dark but I only needed to run on the treadmill so no worries here. We didn't swim but it seemed a bit small. Breakfast was really good. I would have thought that they served breakfast sets but I guess more people were around so they provided a buffet. The place is a bit quiet overall and away from everywhere else. We had a car, so it worked out for us.

Excellent beach facing rooms. I liked the ones in the main building. I enjoyed the Thai sea food here.

Pros — Very nice Hotel, luxury. Excellent staff, various problems sorted professionally and quickly. Spa services really nice and recommended. Beach area opposite hotel best kept and nice. I kinda like the Babylonian terraces feel. People who dislike stairs, unfit, crippled or lacking legs will not. Cons — not the largest hotel, long and narrow. Car park small. F&B weakest link here, food small portion. Below average in taste and texture. Expensive and everything is advertised before VAT and service charge. Unless you have a car your stuck there. Service can be slow as it feels one guy runs the QuickSand beach front restaurant/bar and the QUBE bar/bistro by the pool as well as room service which involves lots of stairs and quite the distance from the beach to the tower/lobby which all the superior rooms are. Ocean View Superior: paid about 3, 090 THB a night, nice room. Excellent views of the ocean and acceptable balcony which you can sit and drink with a friend. However the bathroom sink is next to the bed, tad odd. Only shower. Ocean View Deluxe: paid about 3, 990 THB a night. You don't really see the ocean but the pool and trees, and everyone has a good view of your balcony and room — be weary if your into exhibitionism. You get a bathtub and separate SHOWER, Room about a third larger than superior.

So far so good. But I also want to say that based on the price I would rate it more as 3.5* place. The staff is friendly and helpful (and awake). The check-in process is easy and there is a parking spot in front of the main building. From here you will have a lot of stairs, up or down. The gym is nice and has some newer machines for your workout. You can also ask for a PT. The pool isn't really a hit. Clean, but tiny compared to the new build Hotel/Residence places. The deluxe room we had was just in front of pool… so don't run around like Adam&Eva. The way it is built gives it larger impression. It's clean and has everything you need. There is a fridge in the room. Stuffed with beer & beverages as well as tea and coffee. The flat TV is large (if you need that). There is also a terrace facing the pool attached. There is eating spot at the pool and a larger area downstairs next to the fine sandy beach. The food (expect some smaller portions) is a bit to much made for westerners. I personally didn't get the authentic taste, but won't say that wasn't good. Also here, the waitress even he has to make the stairs to serve food and drinks was friendly and most of the time available. Enjoy the silence.

I just want to thank Centara Q Resort Rayong for outstanding service and going out of their way to make our wedding a huge success. The time and staff that were allocated to the set up and running of our wedding was outstanding. An amazing wedding supplied by an amazing establishment and a wedding we will never forget.

Very nice place, but need transport to get to places. Private beach & food is good.

Hotel at the end of the world… no activity nest proposed… do not stay more than one night at the risk of depressing… do not speak a word of French and their English is incomprehensible! A shuttle every 3 hours to get to the "City" (Fish market).
And icing on the cake… ask for a deposit of 1000 baths for the room.

Please read my comment on my post with pics of this resort circumstances. My post is open to public. Appreciate very much every service we requested from Room 702 for 3 nights. Especially my first impression regarding Khun Gae who managed things efficiently as professional Hoteling Services Coordinator at the front road by the beach, also at the A La Carte Dining Room, and at the Buffet Breakfast Room.
Sound like she appeared everywhere in the resort… hahaha Thank you and everyone again.

Sensational Plant! Great beach area. Heavenly Rest!

Nice, clean, and cozy rooms with a private peaceful and sandy beach. Two big beds made the stay more comfy. The chef and his crew were super friendly and caring. A recommended place for active people (several flights of stairs here and there) who seek serenity for their vacation.

Pros: Peaceful Nice quiet private beach Friendly staff Nice (though small) pool Acceptable breakfast with local and some western choices (baked goods not great though) Cons: Rooms have minor issues indicating not great maintenance — my room had the rain shower switch missing Sea view from Deluxe rooms obscured largely by trees Lots of steps to main lobby/beach — though they do have a drop off. Smaller building close to the beach has no lift.

Nice but with limited parking lots that can potentially lead to a dispute when certain customers think they permanently own a parking lot even after leaving for a quick dinner and return.

Stay in new building. The room is new and comfortable. Ocean facing room give beautiful habour view. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Wifi is high speed. Provide USB slots for device charging, blue tooth, aux, HDMI connection. Staff is nice and attentive. Break fast is included. The pool is rather small but give the horizontal scene to ocean. The beach is clean and private only separated by local road. There are seafood restaurant near by, can access by walk along beach, seafood is fresh and price is reasonable. The con is mosquitoesss in evening, you may need repellent. On the 7th floor while we stay it is very windy.

It is very good view with superb service from staffs. We have been here twice in one year. Close to bangkok. Drive about 2 hours.
