Clean and decent size rooms. Toilets are big with big wardrobe. I like the firm beds but the pillows are too soft. The breakfast variety is more than I'd expected. Swimming pool is too small for the big resort with so many guests, so there isn't enough lounge chairs usually. Overall, will recommend.

The rooms are clean and the service is good. I would stay here again. The restaurant next door I can recommend at samed villa.

Pros 1. The rooms are really good. 2. Cleaniless is good. 3. Breakfast spread has lot of variety and delicious. Cons 1. Sea facing rooms are not available. 2. Was expecting slippers in room. 3. Toiletries could have been better too.

Customer service is good. BUT Wifi is 100% useless, Shower water is inconsistently either extreme hot or cold. It is totally rediculous for the price im paying.

Samed Pavilion is a very nice resort, perfectly located just off the busy Sai Keaw Beach. I have stayed at Pavilion Resort a few times now and I am always happy to be back there. It has a cozy atmosphere, nice lighting details, fresh flowers and alot of natural vegetation. The pool is not the biggest but always very clean and keeps a nice temperature. The service and the staff is genuinely good. This place turns you into a perfect chill and relaxed mood. During the last stay we rented the Family Suite, a 2 bedroom place with a safe lounge in between the bedrooms. All rooms has a TV with international shows. Very nice beds and pillows. Big bathrooms with both a shower and a bath tub. The only thing that is not working to well is the internet access, their Wi-Fi-solution is outdated and nowadays it is a big issue for travelers who are constantly crawing the social media updates. Another minus thing is the breakfast, it could most definitely be better, at least the coffee. It is a high starred resort and they need to invest in a proper coffee machine. I love my morning coffee, but in this case I chosed tea instead of the instant version of coffee. Very good beach restaurant options nearby. Walking distance to most perfect small hideaway beach, where you can have a perfect rest and almost feel a bit like Robinson Cruse :) Not many people around and no beach chairs or sales people, no jetskis or parasailing.

Well organized. The common spaces are beautiful. No beach is bad. The beds need to be bought. It's not ice, either. There is a shop with KURORTNYMT goods. That's a big plus.

The hotel could be so much better, but it has come down so… too bad for the actually nice facility. Everything is dirty or broken… there is an employee who could really tackle/clean it every now and then.
Breakfast is the purest chaos — every morning the same problem: no room for all guests! The juice dispensing system at the buffet — oh my God, totally filthy — my kids were not allowed to drink juice from it.
The staff is eager but not really well trained!
Mosquitoes Hello! Actually, you have to be constantly on guard, there are just a lot of people. Were glad we had a net for the night.
I can't recommend this hotel.

So Lala. Hotel has earned 3 stars but no more. Something in the years. Pool OK. Room OK, climate does not regulate time. Runs all night, temperature adjustable. Door slightly leaking therefore mosquito net recommended. Selected staff friendly, not meticulously tidied rather serene and anxious. Would have expected more for the price.

Good location, around 60m walk down to the beach. Room is tidy and clean. But water temperature of bath shower is unstable/too hot.

Beach hut was very comfortable. Food good and very friendly. Free upgrade. Pool and beach clean.

Nice hotel, the pool is a little small but ok. Great breakfast and close to the beach.

We changed the room twice. Overall, however, there were 5 rooms which had problems with the air conditioning. Terrible breakfast. Overall, the facility is quite modern. Nice and helpful staff.

The place is well maintained with qood quality rooms and facilities, including an on-site shop. The beach is just tens of meters away, less than a minute walk. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The swimming pool is rather on a small side. Each guest gets a beach towel. Breakfast is served outdoors and it's a really impressive buffet — well recommended.

The Hotel needs a refurbishment, it’s made for mass tourism. Staff is friendly but not much flexible if you have questions. The beach is dirty and not suitable for kids. Better to look for better Hotels close by.

Small rooms without place for drying cloth except toilet. The receptionist was not helpful that made our two rooms separately far away even though there was empty room next to mine. Perhaps we were not lucky. Others were so so since the price level was not high. What could we expect more?

Hotel a little off the beach but beautiful and with beautiful romantic rooms. Nice Buffet. Staff OK Hotel and clean room. Pretty Small pool.

Very nice hotel!
Room a little "cheap" for the price but I think it is one of the best hotel on the island. The staff is nice and welcoming and the breakfast buffet is really at the top.
They do not hesitate to raise prices like savages in times of affluence. At the death of the King, many Thais came here on weekends and everything was booked. They set the price for their room at X10!

Generally a nice little hotel. However, since it is very small, if it is well attended you has little privacy. Even at breakfast everything is very hectic in the small lobby is served. Rooms were clean and well equipped. This hotel is definitely among the better ones on Koh Samet and I can recommend it.

Well-proportioned space, dream the perfect combination of light and lighting function. Plants and water features complement each other, simplicity and luxury of perfect furnishings, elegant and humble hard to co-exist in harmony! Seemed to draw the gold. Thomson house creative inspiration. To personally experience this beautiful feeling!.

What a trick. There are 2 resorts with almost the same name. The resort uses the great reputation of the competitor that is right in front of them. The rooms are clean and above the average of what you would expect on that island. But the check in and food area as well as the pool make you feel a bit awkward. The staff seems to be bored and keeps looking at the guests. Or they hanging around with their smartphone all the time. No greeting. There are definitely nicer and cheaper places. And don't get scammed if the booking says sea-view — it is impossible. I might not come back again.

Hotel is nice and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Stuff was polite enough. Breakfast was various and tasty. However there is one particular thing. Hotel does not posess place at the beach. It is situated behind Samed Villa Hotel. Thus we had to ask place at the beach in front of neighbour hotel Silver Sand, because Samed Villa Hotel's beach was overloaded as we had been told by it's stuff. The beach is quite clean but there are stones in the sea at about 20 meters from the shore.

But this incorrect may cause some inconvenience, misunderstood or unimpressive to the customers of the two resorts, Samed Villa Resort and Samed Pavilion Resort. Thanks.
