Everything is almost excellent, only if they care about the cleaness, It will be so good I really meant it, I've been there for several times already. And I still like it here. Just hoping they will be upgrading their cleaness.

The linens are stained, the room is smelly and we were welcomed by someone else’s poop in our toilet. It has a good location and it has a small pool which the kids liked.

It is a nice place to go to. Situated near a beautiful beach of Rayong. To the left there are restaurants and a coffee corner. To the right you will find seven eleven and many more. Massage is next door. Don't expect to much from the swimming pool.

The hotel is nice, big room, nice loggia, on a loggia there is a washing which is very convenient. The hotel is very clean. Good for a 3 * breakfast. The beach is across the street. Water in the sea is transparent, but why-in the water floats rubbish, then it is nailed ashore. From the shore it is cleaned, but it appears again. It is not clear with what it is connected… This is a temporary phenomenon or not. There were 4 days and there was always rubbish in the water…

Very enjoyable here, mainly because of the great location. The hotel itself is a typical mid range with a decent enough breakfast and a nice swimming pool. Good service all around. But what sets it apart is the very pleasant, relaxing beach just across the road. Great beach for families. Mostly gentle waves, crystal clear waters, and delicious food vendors are what make this so awesome. Very reasonably priced. Fantastic seafood! Everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend this for a relaxing beach holiday.

Worst. No Wi-Fi at the 4th floor. It says free breakfast in the website but it was a joke. The linens were smelly and the room smells of cigarette. The pool was only open from 8am to 7pm and it was so dirty, the water looks slimy. Definitely not coming back. Ever.

Just a bed and a breakfast, nothing more. TV broken, no hair dryer. No internet in room, but a good swimming pool for kids and food for beakfast is fresh. Nothing around the hotel except the beach so rent a bike or a car if you want to do something as you are 20 mn from the harbour or the city center.

The hotel is old and feels bad care by the owner, poorly run sewage, sink clogged with no Wi-Fi. The rooms and the hotel itself are clean. Across the road the beach with free sunbeds, the beach opposite the hotel is regularly cleaned apparently by the hotel employees.

Although it was a nice hotel I found the staff to be highly unfriendly. Their English is incomprehensible but they pretended they didn't understand my Thai. The rooms were nice with an Ocean View. There's a small swimming pool that only opens until 7 pm. There's no Wi-Fi in rooms but you could use the Wi-Fi in the lobby.

Cheap rooms, close to beach and a decent bar, we only stayed 2 days at the start of our vacation at the wether sucked, so maybe not a fair grade.

Shabby but clean. Awesome location. Every room has a bath. The decor is very aged but we keep coming back because of the easy location… Good facilities. Restaurant. Car park. The rooms are big but old. Great sea or mountain views. Just an easy place to enjoy nature.

The endless length of the coast right in front of the hotel, you can be sure that 50 meters from you will not be people. Rayong is a convenient transit point for those who want to sail to the islands.
About the hotel…
Food is scarce, it is a fact. There is no fruit. The hotel is old enough, the staff is friendly, really. Only European pensioners are around. Absolutely no entertainment at the distance of the nearest 3 km. There is absolutely nothing to do in the evening.

Across the road from a fabulous beach, the views are very nice! Let down by a lack of Wi-Fi in rooms, and no beach or pool towels. You can take your bathroom towel to the beach but then have to run around to get it replaced when you return! Close to little cafes this is still a very nice, well priced hotel to stay in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is average. Nice view from the room to the woods and the lake. I'd give the hotel three stars. Nice pool.

It's clean every day. The rooms are spacious. There is a small swimming pool with a sea view on a three-dimensional floor, with design tables and design sun. Big balcony.

Good location but rooms a bit dated.

This is a terrible place for you holidays. Sleep on the bed is torture. Terrible odors and dirt. They did not return the deposit because we moved out to another hotel.

The worst hotels in which I have live
The bathroom was very old, the toilet was Protikal, and there was no plumbing in the room, and the mattresses from the glue (this was only seen in the infectious hospital). The air conditioning is filthy when the scent is turned on. The fridge works when you're in the exit room. There are no spoons, no forks, no knives, no cups, no kettle, no plates. There's a mini bar. They give you two old and dirty towels. For breakfast, it could be a fried pork with a hot pepper that's not really eaten. They will also take the deposit at the settlement (for what? ).

Room smelled like a mixture of mold with insect repellant. Children had drawn "art" on the bed sheets. Safe in the room was broken. Sea view room should be renamed to tree view. Don't bother taking that one. The bed was terrible. We just travelled 5 weeks through the Isan but this hotel is by far the worst we slept in. Paid for 2 nights but wanted to leave the next day. Hotel didn't refund the 2nd day but we left anyway. Wi-Fi didn't work. This hotel is a dump.

Nothing special. Rooms have a decent view from upper levels and pool is ok. Beach is long and beautiful but the beach area in front of this hotel was quite dirty. Perhaps they should consider cleaning it up a bit if they plan to use that name. Walking 5 mins away in either directing the beach is generally well kept though.
