Update: stayed here again. Things have changed. It's loud, many partiers this time. Less of a family atmosphere. I had no hot water, I told the manager and it was over a week before anyone showed up to look at it. I had reminded her two times. I will not be back to this hotel but it's not a terrible place and might be some place for you to look into. They have also changed their pricing. They don't have the 10, 000 baht a month with electric included. I lived in The Net serviced apartments for 3 months. During the time I was there the cost was 10, 000 Baht a month that included electric and water. I lived there December, January, February and part of March. The management was outstanding, they were always helpful and pleasant. The net is always spotless, cleaning staff do a great job. The reason I rated Facilities a 2 is management turns off the internet early in the morning and after a few hours turns it back on. This may not be a problem for most but I'm always up early checking emails. After a few days you get used to it and just don't get on the internet until it's turned back on. During the holidays management had free food and it was really, really good food. The apartments are located on a quite soi, a few roosters in the early morning might cause some a problem, I enjoyed the sound. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this apartment.
