Bad managemant, poor servise&food, bad expirience in hotel.

Had to give a star, just to write this review. Would rather not stay here even for free. Service is worst, cockroaches in food & rooms, never cleans rooms when we ask for room services, receptionists and workers here are rude as hell to customers, don’t even have to mention the conditions of rooms & bathrooms. . The first day when got to hotel, had to wait for 2 whole hours, to get into our ‘already booked’ rooms, and the day when we were checking out, because our agent failed to pay on time, these people denied to give our passports back to us, and behaved so rudely. . Highly suggest not to choose this hotel, if you don’t want your vacay to be ruined.

Hotel ok ok but good thing is guest friendly place.

In very simple Its worst Hotel with even worst Hotel Staff and owner. All are so rude there, think as they are king of word and you are stupids for spending money. Communication is so weak even they forget bookings and when you reach they will make you feel that you are biggest fool and they do not have any booking. Its only one man show who is owner there he treat ill to all guests, he can even dare to ask you why you have own AC in Room. there Restaurant staff (Nepalis) is same and argue more then there owner and ill treat guests as they are giving food for free in restaurant. Food like Buffet (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) have very bad taste and there is no variety. they will offer plates as they are doing any eashan to us, Out side restaurant timing is till 12.30 PM, in lift they say 2 PM and actualy they close there dinner at 10 PM. And no one can even request them to give food. All hygine is even very bad inside kitchen. There is no AC in Restaurant and there is one Fan which hotel Owner will keep direction on his table. Rooms are stinking due to Wash room smell coming, ACs are not working in rooms. No guest supply at all. washrooms are in Bad condition and there are lot of mosquitoes and roaches in room. Belive me hotel do not deserves to be in operation any more, Your choice your money now. Show less Room Tip: No room is good try other hotel.

Ok indian food in Pattaya.

Un Tidy hotel with no proper A/C.

Never ever think in mind to go tez palace. Even if rooms are cheaper there. Spend more or stay in other hotel. It's your choice now u will only experience same worst experience and behaviour of owner and staff, if u desided to stay there due to any reasons u own ur mistake.

Paid online through Agoda. And when I got there they had no room. And they wouldn't pay me back.

Excellent hotel good hotel for indians.

Good place to be with family.

Have looked at the rooms and are quickly gone again. Moist blankets and it stank of undefinable. Fingers away from it.

Good hotel to stay Indian owner.

Superb bed, comfortable and with nice linen. Decent size room, safe, minibar. Location 5 minutes walk from walking street in the Arab quarter, good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff on check-in though required deposit or passport kept on check-in. Shower was cold but only stayed one night so didn't ask them to fix. Wi-Fi strong throughout stay.

Didn't stay at the hotel but the massage in the hotel's lobby is terrible. Short-changed me on time (almost 20 min). Loud talking amongst themselves and the on the phone. Dirty. I wouldn't go back there for free.
