Rooms decently appointed for a reasonable price. Quiet location alley 12 adject to pattayasiaong road. Friendly and helpful staff. On site laundry service available. Within 5 minutes walk to pattaya beach or central shopping plaza. Many resturants and bars in close proximity.

The place was nice to get everything like go to island eat out dinner. We stayed 2 night but they didn’t cleaned up our room.

The 4 stars are representative of the overall experience. The star rating for the management and staff should be 6 or thereabouts. Good sized rooms, huge beds and a location that could not be bettered unless you had a bed on the beach — but then you would have noise! At the siam its a little bit of tranquility situated in the eye of the storm!

Worst hotel I have ever seen. No Wi-Fi connection available in room. The room photos shared by hotel and actual rooms are very different. The rooms are not clean. They dont even provide water for drinking.

Nice small, clean room. It is in a small, quiet street off 2nd Road, a very central location. The staff are very friendly. The only negative was that the hot water supply was inconsistent. Otherwise, the hotel is good value.

Had a 2 week stay at the Siam Guest house and will definitely be booking again. The location is excellent as everything is close by including local mode of transportation. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh beddings and towels. Staff were friendly and one of the owners was always there during the day who was always more than willing to be of assistance.

Friendly staff nice and quiet but close enough to the night life and beach, very clean would recommend to anyone coming Pattaya.

The location is good. In 5 minutes shopping center Central, and all you need. But the room is weak, and small. One night no more!

It was a pleasure staying in siam guest house, from last 2 years I have been staying in this place and always found it comfortable, specially one pretty lady in reception always give me big discount as well.

Very nice hostesses, Dobrodushnyi, always help advise, unobtrusive service. And the main thing is not expensive.

Fully-functional Standard Double Room, the space is appropriate, I this lg air conditioning is not too cold soon. Overall it feels good.

Hi I will be staying at the siam guest house from jan 25 2015 second time there highly recomended.

Extremely good value hotel. Rooms cleaned and towels, bedding changed every day. All the staff are very nice and friendly. To me an ideal position for beach, bars, shops and because its set back from the main road, quiet at night. I have just spent three weeks there and loved it, I will definately be back later in the year. All the best to all staff.
