Beds are hard as rocks Bathroom smells they try to keep clean but would not recommend, cheap toilet paper, no soap, old fridge needs ice box cleaned out, only nice thing the people are nice but would never stay here again Very basic but you get what you pay for when cheap.

I like this hotel a lot, it is situated in a quiet part of central Pattaya away from the noisy bars, clubs and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a small padding pool on the roof area together with seating and is a great place to relax and take in the views of Pattaya. I have stayed here on 3 occasions and have always enjoyed my visits, on my last visit I stayed in the larger room which has a small kitchen area and was adequately equipped for basic cooking requirements. This was a fantastic bonus as we could shop at the local markets for fresh fish, vegetables and fruit, then have the luxury of being able to cook an excellent meal for ourselves without having to go out to dine. The maid service is everyday with fresh towels and sheets, also provided are complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel is reasonably priced for the level of comfort provided and is in a very good location close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and quite well sized with TV, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and hot water shower. I'm would recommend this hotel without a moments hesitation and have always enjoyed my time here. Check it out for yourself and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

The price is not, the environment quiet, do not ask the best choice.

Excellent value for money the two girls at reception are funny easy going girls which I found great some confusing over the booking for 12 bucks wow dated family room but hey was very comfortable quiet room. The game changer for me was no safe but I new that before I booked but just wanted to try it out for the experience pool on roof.

Nice size rooms parking for motor bikes handy for town well priced clean not noisy.

Located in the swampland of Pattaya, on soi 14 amidst the Indian majority. It's budget accommodation, but much better places in the area. Catch 22 because patronage drops and the upkeep gets a little less. The pool is not a big one and can be a bit toxic. Reasonable price rooms. Location is central Pattaya.

Quiet but a short walk or drive to beach, nearly restaurants and conveniences stores etc. The facilities are basic but clean and comfortable with good room size and reasonable rate.

Very quiet location but very central. It's probably because it's in a dead end. Very clean and here daily the room is cleaned up, new towels and the bed is freshly upholstered. Directorate of proximity There is good food, massages and also a family mart.

Staff were friendly. There's a problem with the plumbing-there was no hot water in one room in the other leaked ceiling in the tub.
It's too bad to be serving breakfast.

We visited here for twice and next time the 3rd the 4th… We will come baack.
